I was sold a vehicle that had some major problems that would not be covered under the 30 day warranty. After my experience with the sales and finance team which is still not resolved I expected the worst. I was 100% wrong. Brian Holt, Jordon Egbert and their team went above and beyond. 5 stars plus. I wish the dealership people would learn customer service from people who truly care. Thank you so much.

I bought a pilot from them a few months ago process was super easy great customer service and experience 10/10 recommended place to go definitely will buy from them again oh and the free oil changes is soo nice and simple

Subaru got us in on a weekend when our car was having major issues no other place would get us in, not even wills toyota after they diagnosed our car and said it was completely fine and nothing was wrong with it. Subaru checked a specific thing my husband had mentioned because that code was pulling from the check engine light and they said it looked fine and didn't charge us! They said it might need a speed sensor which they couldn't get in till Monday anyways so we just asked them to leave the key in it and told them we'd pick it up later that night. I would definitely recommend Subaru of twin falls to everyone they definitely have great customer service skills and take care of their customers

Hillary the service rep was courteous and knowledgeable. That was the positive part of the experience. They worked on car for 1 hour and charged for 2.2 hrs labor at 150/hr. When I questioned it they immediately changed the labor charge to actual time not book time. What a dishonest policy; overcharge for labor and refund if customer complains.Also, complete disregard for the health and well being of customers . Owners completely ignore Idaho public health recommendations, no masks, no distancing, shaking hands, rude and thoughtless.Service: Air conditioning

Lizet R. Is a great sales person. She is very friendly. A true asset to the Subaru dealership. Jordan in service is also very knowledgeable and a true Subaru fanatic like myself!! Love Subies!!!!

No longer part of the Subaru family. I tried for three years to get the same problem figured out and fixed with the nav/phone starlink system in my Forester. Everyone said they would figure it out and get back with me. The ball got dropped so many times, I thought it was a yo-yo. So, the business was sold this summer, so I thought I would try the service department again. Well, I had some communication with some one in the service department, but when she told me she needed to get more information fom Subaru of America, and she would call the next day, I had flashbacks of how I was treated before. Needless to say I traded my Subaru in this weekend for a Chevy, and am going to looking into either emancipation from the Subaru family, or a D I V O R C E!!

Absolutely amazing customer service, had a problem with a previously owned vehicle we purchased and was more than just compromised for the issue would recommend to anyone looking for a valuable vehicle and great customer service. Thank you Angelo Sessions.
