My family and I don t go anywhere but S&D I m always recommending them to everyone as well. Mike is very honest, knowledgeable, and quick to get you a response. Mindy is great at helping you through the process of your repairs. They have always gotten all work done in a timely manner and I never question the quality of work or price I am paying. Big or small job they have you covered, they ve done a transmission for me, engine work to simple oil changes.

S&D auto is amazing called to get a quote for my wife s truck it needed the water pump replaced before heading home for thanksgiving. I thought it was a reasonable quote they were able to get our truck in the same day and got it finished on the same day. Would definitely recommend taking your vehicle here if you need work done.

Wasn't able get my car fixed because of its dual clutch transmission debacle in my 2014 Ford focus thanks ford maybe why their TCM is recalled leaving me without a car. Through all of this S&D were patient, helpful and considerate. Love the service they provided up until the diagnosis. Ty mandi you're awesome

We had the best experience. We were traveling through when we experienced car issues. Looked them up on Google and got to the shop before they opened. Mike came out and looked at our rig, knew what needed to be done, and got Brian on the repair. We were diagnosed, repaired, and back on the road within 2 hours. DEFINITELY a return customer. We travel through all the time, so they will be getting our business again!!

Mike is a fantastic guy and he knows what he is doing. I had to have the power steering system replaced on my truck, however I found the price reasonable using a mopar power steering rack. It's worked flawlessly for a year so far and I hope many many more. If your vehicle is down I suggest S&D Auto too anyone who wants a trustworthy mechanic to work on it.(Although it sounds cut and paste, I really mean this. I am not paid to say this, just an extremely satisfied customer voicing my opinion).

Even though they were very busy, they got my car right in and out. Very reasonably priced and my car is running as smoothly as ever.

Reliable and honest. Our van had been having problems, problems starting up, needing jumped after a single light has been one for 12 hours, and other things that either pointed to a bad alternator, or a bad battery. We've checked the battery at other locations, and they said it was good. We took it here, and also to replace an air sensor, and they spent the time needed to identify that it was not a bad alternator, but a bad battery, something the other places failed to do. We replaced it and it was running great. They did charge us for every bit of the way, which was a little expensive with all the fact finding they did, but they provided results for every test and explained very well with what went on. If was a good visit.

Called to check on pricing to install motor mounts on a 2003 Pontiac vibe and the front desk lady was rather short with me. I have the parts and she told me that they don t install customer parts there, she then proceeded to tell me the reasoning for that before abruptly hanging up the phone. There was no thanks for calling have a nice day or even a goodbye to indicate that the conversation was over. Tsk tsk... how unprofessional and not at all welcoming. If I were the owner I would have some serious concerns. You re probably missing out on clientele due to your front desk lady s sour attitude about her job.

I feel really fortunate to have found S&D when I first moved to Twin. They are efficient, reasonably priced and do not ever recommend services that are not necessary. And I really like everyone I've met there. Unreserved 5 star.

I have been going here for my car service for 22 yrs. They are the finest, most trustworthy in town. I am now a single senior for quite some time. They always have my back. God bless S&D Auto

Diagnostics are not necessarily free, however, the comfort you get from knowing that knowledgeable staff are taking care of your vehicle is priceless. If something with your vehicle has you worried - get the S & D team to check it out. Appointment recommended.

These guys have done our "out of warranty" work for years. They are honest, fair and efficient. I highly recommend them for your automotive maintenance and repairs.

Honest place, good, honest mechanics that know what they are doing, will drop you off, and pick you up to work on your vehicle. They work on both foreign, and domestic vehicles, not sure if they work on motorcycles or not
