Had them install air bags on my F-350. Price of kit and install were very reasonable. I hung out in the waiting area during the install. They had complementary sodas, coffee, water, and popcorn. Waiting area also had a TV to stream my favorite shows. Very pleased and will definitely use RWT in the future.

This place is awesome and I can t stop coming back to get more parts for my truck!! I got the fender flares and the mud flaps done for pretty cheap!!

Purchased some seat covers some time ago for my 2022 Fl150. I told them that I'd probably be in the road when they arrive and if it would be ok to have them stored until I got back.The communication they had with me when they arrived and just letting me know was awesome and piece of mind knowing they cared and remembered.I got back home and called them and they set me up with a same day appointment. Freaking awesome!They installed my seat covers and I couldn't be any happier, I went to the strata pattern. Real pleasure to work with. Wish I had known about this place earlier.

So this is new review of one that I deleted. I had a running boards (Westin HDX) put on my new Tundra. The placement of the step was positioned under the lower door casing so only about 1 1/2 inches of it were useful. this made it difficult to use and easy to slip off from.So after my review, I was called by Keaton, who professionally and politely asked me to contact them to see how they could help.Went down, had a polite discussion and we easily solved my problems and concerns. Upgraded to the Electric floorboards which are much wider and provide an easy step into the cab. The difference is night and day.I would like to thank RWT for taking the initiative to call, address my concerns and make sure that I was happy with purchase.It's rare in my experience to find a business that puts that much effort to please the consumer. I will use them again.

Bought a Leer Shell from RWT. Told them it was for a 2013 Chevy Silverado Extended Cab with a 6.5' short bed. I believe I spoke with the owner. He looked in the Leer book and said his used shell was correct for this truck. My son drove down to Twin with a flatbed to pick it up and paid about $2000 for the shell a decked system and a Yakima tent with rack. It was priced better as a package than individually.Took the shell to the painter to paint it my truck color. When it was attached, it proved to be the WRONG SHELL. It was for a Crew Cab not an Extended Cab. I had over $1,000 to paint and install the shell and decked system. It does not fit correctly and has to overhang over the tailgate. Looks like $%^&*.I called Rick and offered to bring the freshly painted shell back to his Leer dealership, if he would give us a credit for the correct used Leer shell we found at Martindale's in Garden City. They were asking $1050 for the used shell. I suggested if they would provide a credit for $1050 we could buy the correct shell and they would have a good used shell to sell for that much. Zero loss to RWT.Rick called and said no, they would not do it. IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE THAT CAUSE THIS PROBLEM, not mine. Rick blew smoke in my face saying we got such a good buy that we should just be happy with it. Nobody wanted the tent or the rack.I believe I talked to at least 3 men at RWT about this shell. I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM RWT or recommend anybody else to. At Martindale's the correct shell was $1050 and a decked system that was new, not used was $800. Should have dealt with local not driven 4 hours on the word of RWT. We were willing to pay to have the correct shell repainted to the matching color.When this wrong shell was first installed the shell rubbed the paint off the rear of the cab and front of the shell. Martindale's remounted It and overhangs past the tailgate to prevent rubbing. Not right!

These guys are awesome. After numerous phone calls around Twin Falls to get airbags installed on my truck, this was the only place that could get the parts and install it for me at the last minute so I can continue on my travels with my trailer. Great friendly professional service, highly recommend! Thanks guys, I appreciate your work you did for me.

I loved it! The new location is super nice. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. Very professional. Rick is a great guy and if there is ever a reasonable problem he will go above and beyond to help. Ive been to a few other accessory shops in the area and these guys know what they are doing. I did read a few reviews that might be a little hard on RWT. I can say the people leaving those 1 star reviews are inaccurate and trying to drive the rating down because they probably wanted something out of Ricks control. Look past those inaccurate reviews and go see the guys at Ricks Wild things, They will take care of you no doubt!!

I called in to RWT yesterday and they had in stock what I was needing. I didn't think to call ahead to schedule an appointment. They were busy and told me to come back in around noon. Once I went back in they got my pickup right in and got me out the door quickly. They were very busy but made time to get me taken care of. I highly recommend these guys. Customer service was outstanding today.

They helped me make a choice on which shell to get for my truck by showing me the different styles and letting me check some out in the back, super friendly, and installation was done within 20 mins. my shell also came in 2 weeks earlier than expected. I would definitely go back!

I bought a Leer camper she'll from Rick it came 2 weeks early. They called immediately and installed same day. I really enjoyed talking to Rick very knowledgeable. A day later I called Rick and ordered a sliding bed. It came the next day. I will definitely go back and recommend them to my friends.

Spray in bed liner, B&W hitch and a set of air bags were installed. Rick went over different options and we discussed the pro s and cons of the different choices. They were great to work with and did a great job for me. They get the job done and FAST!!!

Super friendly staff who go above and beyond to get you outfitted. I had a two hour appointment and they got me in when the said and out when they said. They also lent us a car so we could go shopping while we waited. I will definitely be coming here again.

Absolutely the worst customer careI have ever experienced. These guys are as dishonest as it comes. Sure They will take your money but once you walk out the door don t expect any after care at all when you have issues. When Rick wants to get into a shouting match you know your at the wrong business. There are better places to go for a camper shell/truck accessories in the Magic Valley area. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place.

Had them spray my bed liner and didn't have any issues. Also ordered my Leer shell from them and got a great deal on it. Was installed with no issues. Great service.

I purchased a couple things from them. The Leer camper shell and fender flares. When i when to pick up the truck the rubber on the fender flares where all tucked under and not in the proper place. (they told me the truck was ready) I had to bring the problem to their attention. They fixed it BUT i found that they had improperly installed the fender flare on the right side and left a large gap between the body and the flare. I was told to bring it back at a later date to fix it and MAKE an appointment. Horrible customer service. Horrible work. Drive to a better location

I buy all of my truck accessories from Ricks Wildthings. Airbags, hitches, tie downs, etc. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Great customer service and very fast at getting your products in.

Beware future customers. The salesman is a complete and total jerk!!! I will never do business with Wild Things EVER AGAIN!!! He'll tell you to F off if you want a custom order on what you want. Or ask questions about a product. Very very unprofessional service.

Quick install and great service , although prices are a bit on the steep side , also didn't act like they wanted to go above and beyond to make a sale , if the customer service took better care of me I would've probably spent alot more money , I was looking at 2 tool boxes for bed of truck also a brush guard and possibly a few more products , but I was brought in and got right out service was quick but I wasnt in a hurry and had money to spend , owell thier loss

Rick and his team are always there to help, I told them what I needed and within 2 days I had custom floor mats. Great service!!
