Sales Staff/ communications was 5/5 However, here is the bad:1) Truck was listed as 32k miles, and when they sent the finance papers the truck had 36k miles. Ok, I accepted this as an honest mistake.2) March 29th Purchased the truck (2022 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4), had a brake pad sensor warning come on on the drive home (a long 600 miles drive). Ok, just an easy fix.3) April 7th, Driving home on a remote highway, and the transmission shifted into Neutral, and the truck would not start (seems like a transmission issue). I had it towed to a nearby dealership that's 3 hours from my home, and now I'm praying the dealership can fix.Truck was a Canadian lease vehicle, but I was assured that Ruby Mountain did an inspection and assured this truck was in good mechanical condition. Could be a unlucky, but regardless 1/5 star experience buying my first newer used truck.

We had a very pleasant experience with Ruby Mountain Motors since the beginning. I initially looked at the truck I liked through the internet and sent my info so they could reach out to me. It took less than a minute and I received a call from them. We ended up buying the truck, they have very nice cars & trucks. They were also very nice and helpful.

Jeremy and the entire crew at Ruby Mountain Motors on Kimberly Road were extremely friendly and helpful. They were all beyond amazing. Best vehicle buying experience I ve ever had by far. They rolled out the red carpet for us and did everything possible to get us exactly what we needed. Thank You!

We honestly cannot say enough good things about this dealership. We just purchased a Yukon from them, and our experience was above and beyond what we could ever ask for. Josh was involved with the entire process from start to finish. If you are looking for a vehicle, do not hesitate to give them a call! They will treat you right!

Definitely a 5-star car buying process. Really enjoyed working with Kellen from the selection process, trade in, to after the sale. We paid in cash but needed to move some funds around and they let us take the trucks with us. Very easy going. Would highly recommend getting your next vehicle from Ruby Mountain.

We purchased my wife s dream rig (Bronco in Anti-Matter Blue color) from out of state. Jeremy was amazing with making us feel like we were there when we viewed the vehicle with him over FaceTime and answering all our questions before we decided to purchase. He was also great with communication along every step of the way and very prompt and time we needed anything.Mike helped us finance part of the buy quickly and pain free. He was also awesome to deal with.Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a quality vehicle, especially if you are looking from out of state.

Jake down at Ruby Mountain is always so friendly and helpful! Just purchased my second vehicle from him and will always return here for any future vehicles! All of the other employees have been amazing to us as well! Such a comfortable atmosphere with no pressure! Unlike any other dealership I ve visited, not pushy and always informative and educating! Plus they stand behind their warranties with no questions asked! That s hard to beat!

Miguel, and the staff were awesome to work with. Very welcoming and friendly, not once did I feel like I was being pushed into something I didn t want or couldn t do. From start to finish Miguel was there answering every question I had, even going out and beyond to get me in the truck I wanted. Thank you guys again, and hopefully we can do business again!

I have been looking for my next family car for several months. I received an alert online about some new cars and was pleasantly surprised that they were still in inventory at Ruby Mountain Motors. I stopped by the dealership for a test drive and to get a sense of dealership personality. The lot is smaller, which I prefer, but the selection was great. I worked with Kellen who was easy to work with, straight forward and upfront about the options. I appreciated how they laid out the financing options and never made me feel pressured. They went out of their way to make sure the vehicle had everything I needed including replacing really worn tires with high quality option that works great for where I live. I found the perfect car for my family and feel like I got a good deal and was set up with great financing. I will be using them again to buy my husband s next pickup when it s time.

The associates are friendly, polite and professional. They went out of their way to make everything as easy as possible. There was no pressure. They also have an awesome coffee machine which I made good use of. I would recommend these guys any day of the week.

Best service in town. Friendly and no pressure sales staff. Always have great inventory and great selection on larger pickups and SUVS. We have bought a few rugs from them and when they haven't had it on the lot they have worked for us and found it for us and kept us in the loop while they where searching for the vehicle were wanting. Ourast vehicle was an AT4 Yukon we wanted with specific features.

We couldn't ask for a better car buying experience! Kellen had the perfect car for our family. He was easy to work with and immediately made us feel comfortable and confident with our car choice. Even after we bought the car he checked in with us to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We will definitely go to Kellen first when looking for a car in the future.

Fantastic experience!! The staff was wonderful! The entire process of purchasing our new truck was super easy and extremely quick! We literally got in and out in a short amount of time. I m not one to ever leave reviews, whether it be good or bad, but the experience I had at Ruby Mountain was beyond exceptional. They are helpful and informative while also letting you have your space while browsing their selection. They even kept in touch after the sale was finalized to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I will absolutely be a returning customer and encourage everyone to buy from them if they are in need of a vehicle. Thank you Kellen!

Kellen went above and beyond for me in my trade in experience. I was backwards in my truck, but he gave me a deal no one would pass up without any hassle to me. Let me take the car to be sure I was going to be comfortable. Gave me a walk through to utilize all the upgrades and features and is still checking back to ensure I m happy and settled. Kimberly location went beyond expectations and are honest and true to their word. We re lucky to have such a great dealership in the Magic Valley. I am already referring friends in the same position. Thank you so much for making this so easy and getting me into my dream ride!

I've known what vehicle I've wanted for YEARS now. Every car dealership in Twin Falls has tried to get me into a lease option or sell me a vehicle I didn't want. I took a chance with Kellen at Ruby Mountain and it paid off! I told him exactly what I wanted and he found it! He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. Kellen and Josh's customer service is by far the best! They have an eye for the nicest vehicles and you will see that on their lot. I highly recommend taking your business to them.Just went back to Kellen at Ruby Mountain. Again Kellen and the team made this process so easy for us! We love them. Seriously go check out the vehicles on their lot.

We have bought 3 vehicles from Ruby Mountain on Kimberly road, recently a GMC truck. Josh and Kellen both are amazing to work with. If the lot doesn t have what you want, they will find it.. the right price, mileage, color, etc... and when they find it and you end up wanting to wait (we did that ),there is zero pressure for purchase. Easy to talk to. Quick to respond. Overall, you will not regret going to Ruby Mountain on Kimberly road.We will never go back to buying from anyone else!Thank you guys again!!

Ruby mountain on Kimberly Road was the best dealership that I've bought a vehicle from in years. The owner is awesome! Answered all the questions I had. The sales man Jake true professional! Worked his butt off to find me the right truck would fit my budget and checked all the boxes! My truck had an engine light come on a couple of days after purchase and these guys had no problem in taking care of it. They made buying a used car worry free!! Highly recommend!! Good job Ruby Mountain Motors!!! Will buy my next truck from them for sure.

I was concerned about making a deal on a car out of state without having looked at it first. The pictures looked awesome though and Kellen was really easy to work with. We made a deal and embarked on the 2 1/2 hour trip to pick it up. When we got there we the vehicle looked great. It was clean and in great shape as advertised. We only identified one issue with the vehicle which was a dead inner tie rod end. They guys apologized for the issue and got it into their shop to have it repaired. Since they didn't have time to repair it while we were there they offered to drive the vehicle down to us a few days later. This worked out well. Unfortunately their shop didn't replace the correct tie rod end so the issue still existed. We then made a deal where they cut me a check for the repairs so that I could get it repaired correctly and be happy with the end product. We are happy with our new car and glad that we bought it. Thanks for the help guys.

Jake and the crew at Ruby Motors Kimberly Blvd are bar far the best car sales dealers in the Magic Valley. I was recently looking for a truck and they went over and above to help me achieve my goals. Lots of places claim to be customer oriented. These guys are, without a doubt. Not to be confused with the other places by the same name this place and the people are special! Old fashioned honestly and integrity! Like nothing I ve ever experienced! I will be buying next vehicle from them as well! These guys are the real deal. Thank you for everything you did for me!

I cannot say enough good things about this dealership! They had a great selection of vehicles to choose from and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The sales people were great to work with and the financing was painless!! I absolutely LOVE my Yukon and could not have asked for a better car buying experience!! If I could give them more then 5 stars I would in a heartbeat!

Ruby Mountain Motors.....down to earth, knowledgeable, fair and honest dealership. My wife and I are truly satisfied with our experience. Our salesman, Kellen was awesome. Polite, productive and professional from the very start. I would and will recommend Ruby Mountain Motors to anyone that is in the market for their next vehicle. We have bought 2 cars from Ruby Mountain Motors in this last year. "Kellen" is our guy! After trying to deal with other dealerships in the area with very poor customer service ..we found Kellen and never search out anyone else when it's time to buy another car. We know when we need another vehicle we don't have to do much work because Kellen does it all for us! Great prices, great customer service! I would give 10 stars if I could!!
