This dealership was nothing but amazing! I am a first time car buyer and this was by far the nicest and most humanizing dealership I went to my entire car buying journey, they didn t just look at me like a cash grab and actually listened to what i was wanting. Ask for Red he is absolutely amazing and just a real down to earth guy. He won t try and upsell you and will have a real conversation . Riley was outstanding. he helped with my financial part and was just so real with me and it showed that he actually wanted to help me and not just sell me a car. He talked me through my payments and how to get the most bang for my buck when paying off the rest of my car and even financials in general, giving me all kinds of tips and tricks that he would recommend for me. overall this dealership was just amazing and seemed to actually care about every person that stepped through that door. Great experience with sales and management. We struck a deal over the phone and Marcos made The buying process easy. I drove from Boise to pick it up, and only spent 20 minutes filling out paperwork and signing before driving off the lot. Great team here and great prices!

Nice staff. Overpriced services $900+ to replace aftermarket light bulbs, on my xterra, for OEM lights that's way too much . Those light bulbs are not that expensive and not that hard to put on. $3700 to replace my timing chain . Also, they scratched my bumper so, They offered to take the car to repair the damages. I live an hour away and they would have kept my car for 2 days (providing me with a courtesy vehicle). That was nice. However, not worth my time and gas. But, the gesture was appreciated.

Every time I ve gone to Nissan Ive been taken care of very well. I ve always gotten all my oil changes and vehicle maintenance done here and it s been great! Came in to look at vehicles and was greeted by Mr. Michael Red Fehrlen. He was very professional and welcoming, Mr. Corbin Scott was also very helpful in having us test drive a car as well as gave us very good information about the vehicles. Not one time did I feel like I was being pushed into anything! If you ever need to purchase a vehicle from Nissan ask for Red ! He took care of our needs while still making it an enjoyable experience! The whole team was amazing. Everyone was very honest and upfront about everything. The Store Manager was awesome as well, he came out to greet us and give us more information! Come to Nissan Twin Falls!!

Rob Green Nissan has always done a wonderful job for me! Whether I need a tire pressure check, service check, or an emergency jump for my car when my battery suddenly died, they go above and beyond to help their clients. I highly recommend them and will return to them for my next vehicle purchase!

We had a terrific experience with Rob Green Nissan. Medo especially was very helpful. We came in from out of town and he helped us get everything in order before we came so the time there was not as long. They are very honest and upfront with everything. It was refreshing.

Marcos was such a great help! Super friendly and was able to answer any questions I had. Riley was also awesome very thorough and made sure I understood the documents I was signing! Overall a great experience! 10/10 would recommend!

Traveled from quite a ways to get the vehicle I wanted. Zach helped answer every question I had about the vehicle over the phone knowing the distance I was committing to. He also took my info so all that was left was a test drive and inspection. He even had it prepped for delivery prior to my arrival to save me time. Please if in the market near twin falls, go visit him

The best experience at a car dealership ever. My two sisters, my parents, and myself bought brand new vehicles from Robb Green. If you want to have an experience where your dealer is walking you through everything and letting you know all the deals and willing to work with you on everything you want in your car you MUST ask for Carlos M. He will get you the price you want for and will give you all the options for everything you want in your vehicle. And he will make sure that if you have a trade in that you get as much money as he can out of your trade in. He gives you so much useful about your vehicle as well. And he s so fun and kind as a dealer as well. 12/10 recommend. He won t pressure you into anything and will give you all the information he can for you to make the decision you want in your vehicle. Everyone that works there is extremely nice and wants to help you. Not overbearing but if you have a question they will get it answered for you. It s also a very clean and organized dealership. My family lives out of state and we all still plan on going back to Robb Green in Twin Falls, ID if we plan on buying more vehicles and will always recommend it to others. And we will definitely recommend Carlos M!!! Thank you Carlos for such an amazing first time buying experience!!

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had in buying a vehicle. Marcos Monje was my salesman. He answered all my questions and explained how the new electronics worked. Took a chance as an out of state buyer for an used car. Marci was fantastic, very unfortunate experience with Danny Backman on the sales team. Inquired about an SUV; required paperwork, down payment & shipping multiple times but barely any follow through via email or text. He was negligent, told my information would be given to the manager for follow up but nothing so basically given the run around and suddenly it was sold. Great way to lose customers and business, the experience was atrocious so wouldn't recommend this for any buyer. Dislike leaving negative reviews but this warranted one.

I was initially so impressed. Price was great and they delivered the car to me from twin falls to Nampa. Then my issues began! The temp tag (which was not complete with vehicle info) gave me less than one day to register. Appropriate forms for registration were not provided in order to register and salesman and finance rep were not available to help me. Thank goodness for a patient and kind DMV worker. After about 3 people and one hour, she was able to get what was needed to complete registration.

I would give 0 stars if it was an option.My Armada is a 2018. At only 5 years old, I am told that it needs a new engine due to a manufacture defect. My new vehicle needs a new engine that I was quoted over 17 thousand for.The service advisor, Kade Parsons, was less than sympathetic about the situation. He simply told me he can t control that my vehicle is approx 3 oil changes in mileage past a factory warranty. It has a perfect service history and this problem is 100% a manufacture defect. I was appalled at the lack of empathy, explanation of options and professionalism.After asking, I was told that I could call Nissan consumer affairs regarding the issue, but the advisor was inconvenienced when I asked for the number. To add salt to the wound, the advisor told me they got too busy with walk-ins to perform my oil change.While I would have possibly been interested in a trade in/purchase from Rob Green as I live in Hailey, this completely ruined the experience & I will never be back. I am also in the market to purchase a new vehicle for my son and will happily take my business elsewhere.I am a teacher. My husband is a 100% disabled USMC veteran and to say that we worked tirelessly to buy/pay off our dream car, the Armada, is an understatement. I m deeply sickened to know that Nissan will do nothing to help us in this situation. I will ensure that none of our friends/family take our business to Rob Green & will never purchase a Nissan again.

My husband and I bought a 2020 GMC Terrain a few days ago. Was very pleased with the service we received. Marcos explained everything very well and answered all question. Carlos was very helpful also with the financial part. Both were very easy to talk with.
