I walked on the lot knowing exactly what I wanted. Test driving was easy and there was no pressure from anyone to buy. The staff was quick, professional and on top of things. The overall experience was easy and everyone involved made sure I knew what I needed to know. Devin was the car salesman (hopefully his easiest sell), Carlos did the paperwork and showed me the gadgets and app that coincided with the vehicle. Two other employees (I don t remember their names) also did the bargaining and offers- respectful and fair. I d highly recommend anyone to Rob Green for a wonderful car shopping experience. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Worked with Michael Fehrlen on getting the vehicle I wanted for the family. Michael made my experience enjoyable because I didn't feel pressured and he seemed genuine to me. I almost didn't choose this dealership until I had Michael speak with me. I would recommend if you go in have this gentleman help you out.

We were in need of a new car and not knowing exactly what we were after, outside of a mid-size SUV type vehicle. We stopped into Rob Green Hyundai to look at a few vehicles. We were greeted by Marcos, right away. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions and point out the features we had no idea were even available. Marcos was ready to take us out to test drive any vehicle we were interested in, but we had appointments but told him we would be back another day.Three days later we were back at the lot to take a few vehicles out to test drive. Marcos was out, for the day. We were greeted by Corbin, who was ready to pick up right where we left off with Marcos. We took two vehicles out to test drive. Corbin "chaperoned" us while pointing all the features out and answered questions. Upon returning to the lot, he willingly continued to answer my questions and trust me, I had tons! He even got down on the ground to point out things under the car I was inquiring about!Corbin and Marcos were great to work with! We also had the pleasure of working with Quade, Riley and Noah to purchase and drive away in our first brand new car in MANY years!I can honestly say that this purchase has been the ONLY car purchase from a dealership that I have written a review for and not wanted to walk out before the signing on the dotted line.Start your car search at Rob Green with Corbin or Marcus, you won't be sorry!

This is from a service experience. Rescheduled our vehicle to be serviced because it had a manufacturer defect and a tire leakage issue. We were also under the impression it was time to get the oil changed, which was under warranty. After our vehicle service, we were then informed that the oil change was not under warranty and that we would be charged. no one said anything before hand which I thought was unethical and extreme lack of communication. We Talked about when scheduling the appointment that we thought it was time for the oil to be changed under warranty so they were aware that was our understanding. To ne, it seems they were aware that the next oil change was at a later mileage, but went ahead and did it and purposely left out that there would be a charge. Very unethical but typical of what I hear about Rob Green.

Complimentary Oil Change and Tire Rotation. Rob Green Hyundai asked if I was going to leave the car and pick up later or wait for it. I always wait because after the oil change they pulled the car out and forgot my tire rotation!! I told the kid that checked me in, that they forgot. He was trying to give me an excuse. I told him I mark my wheels and was upset he did not believe me even though I witnessed it. They got the car back for the tire rotation and the workers seemed annoyed at me because I was watching them like a hawk to make sure they did it. So I tell everyone when they get service here is to be proactive and make sure Rob Green Hyundai does everything on the list. Also a simple carwash they included took 45min and it was a terrible job. It was still filthy. Will not have them wash my car again.

Marcos was very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. Answered all our questions and followed up with a courteous email. WE just picked up our 2024 Palisade and it s a dream car. Our experience started two months ago when we visited Rob Green and Met Marcos Monje; He is knowledgeable, friendly and great with people. From the day we drove the car, ordered it and picked it up, Marcos was always by our side.He is a great asset to Rob Green and we loved getting to know him and working with him. Love the customer service at the local Hyundai dealer. My salesman Marcos was knowledgeable in the vehicles and answered all my questions. Quayd also provided excellent customer service and they both stayed late to make sure I was taken care of. Appreciate all the assistance from the team to make my purchase smooth.

I've never had a worse experience at a place. My car has been in their shop for over 9 months needing a new engine. They refused to call me and give me updates when they said they would. Kirby was a nightmare to work with or get ahold of. I was originally told November. Called multiple times then got told the same story about they just needed to submit the paperwork and get the warranty approved. 4 weeks later in December and 4 more calls from me they gave me the same exact story.... January same stupid story and finally at the end of January they have my engine ordered. Feb no call back I had to reach out again and it magically showed up that morning and they were gonna work on it.I go to pick it up after 9 months and then get charged for a new battery with no communication that they were going to install one. My radio and center console screen no longer work and they did before my car was taken in. The mechanic was absolutely of no help and the dealership literally said "good luck" as I walked out the door.Long story short this place is aweful and I will never go here again.

We recently purchased two Santa Fe's from RG. One new, one used. Our salesman "Red" did an excellent job helping with selection. We did spend more time than I felt was needed waiting to go into the finance office. Almost 3 hours the first time and 2 the second. Other than that it would be a 5 star experience. As far as the "deal", NEVER accept the first offer. Know your trade in value and what other dealers have in stock. Everything is negotiable.

If you hate the long drug out experience of buying a car, then this is the place to go! And Michael Fehrlen is the man to talk to! We told them we needed to be in and out of there in an hour and they did it! Papers signed and keys in hand. By far the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Pressure free, and followed through with everything we wanted in the deal. Great Place to buy a car!!!

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Rob Green Hyundai/Nissan, and it was truly an exceptional experience. We initially ventured to Jerome to test drive a used Murano. (A model and make, we had been eyeing for years) It didn't quite meet our expectations. On a whim, we decided to swing by Rob Green's dealership to explore other options.We initially drove around the lot and started looking at a few SUV's. Zach Robinson warmly greeted us and attentively listened to our needs. He patiently guided us through the different models and package levels, ensuring we understood each option's differences. Despite our initial setback with the Murano elsewhere, we decided to test drive another vehicle that aligned closely with our requirements. He introduced us to Red, who answered additional questions we had.Throughout the process, Zach remained in contact, offering alternative options and patiently addressing our concerns, even when we initially decided to pass due to exterior color preferences. His professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction were very casual and low pressure. I really wanted find a vehicle that I could make sure Zach got a sale but decided it just was not the time for me to buy afterall.After a couple days, I considered going back to Zach to test drive two other vehicle makes and models and rather, decided to negotiate the vehicle I originally test drove. One of the many services that have failed at Rob Green Hyundai. They check off the list everything looks good but yet oil all over my motor and air filter is black. And no water in my windshield wiper receptacle. I'll be finding another place to service our vehicles

We have bought 3 cars at Rob Green Hyundai. Every purchase has been smooth and the sales people have been professional, courteous, and accommodating. Our sales person for our first two purchases was Carlos Monje and we were hoping to have him for our most recent purchase, however he was covering for the finance manager who was out sick. We were taken care of by Marcos Monje and he did an outstanding job for us. We love shopping at Rob Green and can't imagine shopping anywhere else for a new car.

Brought my Ram truck into the body shop for repair work after a semi backed into it. I had a full trailer load headed to the East Coast and was desperate to get my truck repaired, as fast as possible, with quality work- so I could get my loads delivered and not lose $. This shop was effective in getting the repairs done, painted and back out in one week. They worked with my commercial insurance and got the job done! Would completely recommend to anyone needing work done. Looks like the accident never happened. Thank you!

Sooooo... This is gonna be a long one!!So on August 18th we bought a truck from Rob Green Nissan of Twin Falls... On September 10th the cluster started acting funny, reading 100MPH while it was IN PARK! Then on the 11th of September Anthony was driving home from work and noticed the airbag light comes on.. So I called Rob Green on Tuesday, September 12th. (Mind you we haven't even had the truck 30 days at this point.) So I called and talked to a technician named Kirby on Wednesday, he said he found the issue with MPH stuff, and it was covered under our extended warranty we purchased, he did mention it would need to go to FORD Middlekauf to be programmed once installed, ok.. That's reasonable.. When I asked him about the airbag light, he didn't even want to check it out any further, he said it probably has something to do with the cluster and that when they tried to run a code reader on it nothing pops, and there are no history codes or DELETED CODES - why would he mention that?!? .. I said, ok. But on the off chance that it's NOT the cluster I'd like you guys to try and recreate it, he told me that they couldn't get it to come back on. So I told him that sometimes it went on and off and I really hope they tried harder because if my husband was driving that truck and the airbag goes off, not only is that a safety issue but I have a serious problem with it... So he calls me the next day, tells me he was able to recreate the issue... I said great, he said unfortunately that is not covered under your extended warranty and that he went to the sales manager and they agreed to pay for half. So we would be looking almost 700$ to get the airbag replaced and programmed... I told him no way are we paying for the airbag when we have had it less than 30 days, barely put 700 miles on it and I don't believe it wasn't an issue that they deleted BEFORE they sold it to us.. So I fought with the service manager and the sales manager for almost a week. I asked the service manager for the maintenance records for our truck from when they got the truck . She said she would see what she could do, she calls me back and miraculously our truck was a vehicle they absorbed from another lot of theirs that had sold and they don't have the records right off and she'd have to request them... Still haven't received them... Finally I talked to the sales manager and he talked to Megan the Service Manager and she said she talked to a supervisor at the warranty place and they agreed to make an acception this one time and cover the air bag.. that was Thursday the 21st.. she said she'd order the parts and they'd be in by the 28th and our truck should be done by the end of the week... I called last Friday, the 29th to check on it and Kirby said they parts arrived and they were trying to get ahold of Ford Middlekauf to get an appointment to have the airbag and the cluster programmed, (not once in any of these conversations was the second key we had mentioned to be brought in.) So I called today, October 2cd to get an update on the truck. I talked to Kirby at 1030, he told me he'd call me back in just a few minutes... By 12 noon still no call back about our truck. So I called and asked to speak to Megan, the service manager, AGAIN. She gets on the phone and tells me that he wasn't able to get an appointment at Ford Middlekauf because they weren't answering their phones so they had to get an appointment at Blue Lakes Auto to do it... Again, NO MENTION of having to have the second key for programming... At the end of the day I call to find out why they were calling me at work at 4pm.. apparently they now need my second key when it's programmed or the key won't work when we get the truck back... I'm infuriated!! How are you the manager of a service department, and NOT know these things, or even better yet, a technician and NOT know that both keys are needed for programming...I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from them EVER! I am so disappointed with my experience with Rob and the taste they've left in my mouth.

My lease was ending on my Kia in 2 months and I needed to make a decision. As much as I loved my Kia I just couldn't and wouldn't purchase it because of the high interest rates.I chose to lease a Hyundai because they are reliable and local. Kody was fantastic to deal with. He went above and beyond to help me get into the vehicle that I wanted. He listened to me and didn't pressure me into looking at other vehicles. He said he would make it happen and he followed through with making it happen!! I'm now a proud owner of a 2024 Hyundai Kona limited!!I also wish to thank Reilly in finance for the smooth stress free paperwork!

I am soo thankful they were able to get me in and fixed my problem with short notice! The price was very reasonable and the technician was so kind, very communicative and didnt try to talk me in to doing more services. As a woman, its very intimidating to get my car worked on, but this man did not give me the vibe that most mechanics do. I live in another state but Ill be bringing my Hyundai to these guys for yearly maintenance!
