The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Really appreciated all of their help! They answered all of my questions and gave me different options instead of most expensive. Would recommended them to everyone!

I went in just to price an upgrade for my system and the guys were very helpful. Showed me different set ups, and gave me detailed explanations of what would be best for my setup. He went out and inspected what I already have so he could give me the best advice. He even showed me his personal set up. I m definitely going back to have them install my new set up. Look for upcoming updates when it s done. Any bad reviews you see on this PROFESSIONAL shop should be ignored. THESE GUYS ARE TOP SHELF AWESOME!!!!!!February 13, 2023UPDATE TIME!!!Got my new set up installed today. Work was completed ahead of schedule, with an extremely professional job. The salesman even came out and made sure I was happy with everything, helped me make a few adjustments, and showed me a few things. I couldn t be happier. Unless I talk myself out of it, I ll be going back to add more.

I have always taken my vehicles to them. And will likely continue because lack of competition. Normally very satisfied but this they came up short. Seems to be different staff than have dealt with in the past and maybe its just Covid era service.

I m always calling in to get price quotes for customers and Power Plant is always so nice being able to give quotes and product info over the phone. Their prices are super competitive and their products and installs are Professional!!! Great job you guys, happy to have you here in Twin Falls.

Best audio shop hands down! I highly recommend these guys to do any kinda of car audio work, suspension, side by sides, just anything they offer it s professional & they ll get you done the right way! Blaine the owner is a super cool guy along with there sales guy Brendon. He helped me achieve the best audio for my car that suite it best. Keep him around he s gonna be a star for the company! Anyway I ll always shop here! Won t go anywhere else so if your hesitant on going in don t! They ll get you set up professionally & correctly!

Got gorgeous leather car seats custom made, perfect color. Soft leather to the feel & great quality. Very pleased with the installment along with remote seat & seat heaters (?). Installment was quickService, quality & Price 5 Big STARS. Highly recommend Power Plant!

Have taken our vehicles there for several years now and have had no complaints until now. We had a dvd player on hold and someone there sold it without telling the other salesman. We set an appointment 6 weeks ago because that's how long they were out, and when I called to let them know my husband dropped it off they couldn't find our appointment . We took a dvd player in that we had fixed and they called after it was in and told us there was an error. They said they might be able to find another one but didn't call us back to let us know they couldn't. So now putting the original stereo back in and still charging almost 600 bucks. Not happy at all!! Staff is different than a year ago and doesn't seem quite as good.

They have it all together here, someone always answers the phone, when they schedule you they get you in and out in decent timing, if you have any issues they always find out what's wrong and don't do a half a job they get it all done and done right. I wouldn't go anyplace else, trust me, I have and it was never good. I'm convinced this is a professional biasness here... Blessings

Hopefully this will help other Jeep Renegade Owners. I ordered the Trailer hitch retrofit kit for the 2016 Jeep Renegade with the enhanced wiring harness through the Renegade Ready website. So instead of doing a DIY project , I decided to try to find a local business that might be able to do the work. Power plant did an amazing factory looking job. Not only would I recommend them but I will continue doing business with them as well. They were fair, honest , and performed the job in a timely manner.

Had them install a Sirius XM receiver in my car. Very pro sani job. Took less time than anticipated. Works great. Was a tricky job routing the xm antenna. They removed a lot of trim for access, but it all went back in seamlessly. Great job, friendly folks.

By far one of the worst car shops I've ever been too, I took my car in to get subwoofers installed and now my car wont even start. On top of that the owner refuses to come out and speak with me, they have no sense of good customer service and cant fix problems they cause. I would not recommend this place to anyone, everyone I've spoke too says the same thing. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!

I have had a lot of work done here on multiple vehicles. They have good prices on what they sell and work really hard to get what you need if they don't have it in stock. I had a new head unit installed and the cost for the unit was comparable to what I could find online.

They did an amazing job on installation and were very helpful in picking out my new audio receiver. While they made helpful suggestions they were not pushy in any way. Great experience all around

Bought a used car, and the speakers put out a lot of static when I played my music. I thought the speakers were shot, so I set up an appointment to have some new ones installed. Instead of just putting the new ones in and charging me, the manager found out that my Bluetooth transmitter was the reason I was getting so much fuzz, and that the stock speakers were fine. I really appreciated his honesty, and I will be back when I need anything car-audio related done to the rig.

Not qualified to install a remote start. They ruined my mom's Infinity, a battery, and a tow truck later, she is now stranded out of state. Unless you want. 1999 CD player installed in your car, steer clear of this "business."

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went in at 9 am to have a stereo installed. I had purchased the stereo from Pawn one (where they tested it before selling it to me and it was working), then had Power Plant install it. After about 2 and a half hours of waiting Bryan came back to me with my keys. After about 2 minutes on the road the speakers went from the song that was playing on my phone to nothing but static. I went back to power plant and told them about the problem. After another half hour Bryan came back to me and said the stereo was "defective". The entire fiasco lasted over 5 hours and costed me over $150... And I have no stereo in my car.TLDR/ Payed them for nothing.

This business has everything you could want for your vehicles and side by sides. They have the best stereo brands available with very knowledgeable staff. They can install anything and everything. Great place to do business!!

Now I remember why I never go here cause I was just in there shop no one ever even noticed me or my wife was there. And even after other customers left they didn't bother asking if we need help and just went and sat down like what ever. Well I was looking at a 500 dollar system but not now

They just didn't seem interested unless I threw down 2000 bucks for some door speakers and a sub install. Got out of hand quickly. Too much for momas grocery getter.

Went in looking for a new sub and the guy in there acted like I was bothering him when I asked questions and didn't know something. Will not return would rather buy online where I get more help
