My experience with NuVu auto glass was exceptional. Needed both front and back windows replaced. My insurance company was being difficult to say the least and once Susan Herte at NuVu was involved she was able to get things moving and I had my car back shortly. One other best experiences I have had at a local business. Very pleased with dealing with them!

What a great experience! Susan helped me schedule exactly what I needed and then Chase and Aaron over delivered! I had a huge rock chip and luckily they spotted another one and fixed both. The best part was my headlight covers. They were so worn that they looked white and my lights couldn't shine thru. It was like driving with no lights. They treated them and my whole car looks brand new. Amazing work folks! Thank you!

The trim below the windshield was forced open by the Nu-Vu glass techs causing irreparable damage. When i showed it to the front desk clerk I was told it was my fault because of my vehicles age, didnt look like this before this service. No response or care afterwards, was told I would be getting a call from the manager. DIDN'T HAPPEN! Damage will cost 450.00 dollars that my insurance or extended insurance wont cover. Thanks Nu-Vu glass. Over-all sloppy job, didnt clean black shavings out of interior/dash or there muddy footprints out of door jams and carpet. Pictures included.

Best place ever! I needed a rock chip repair fixed and they got me in right then. Their customer service went above and beyond. Huge thanks to Neil and Susan for being so amazing! Will definitely be using them for all my glass repair!

Fast and friendly service . Susan was the best ! Overall they all did a great job . The other lady at the front counter wasn t very friendly but Susan was ! Would recommend them for windshield replacement .

Nu Vu glass customer service was first class. My windshield and sunroof had to both be replaced from a semi blowing a tire and debris. Susan, Chase and Aaron took care of everything. A very frustrating situation that they made easier.

Team Nu-Vu is a 5 Star vehicular glass replacement Service ! My Mercedes suffered a massive rock break from a not so nice truck and my concerns for unsafe appearance were completely eliminated having made contact with Twin Falls Nu-Vu Glass Specialist. Meeting Susan at the counter was such a refreshing relief. She ordered the replacement windshield and installed and aligned my cameras on schedule and within spec. I made reservations for a new windshield for my car. I called one afternoon and was able to get an appointment for the following day. The install took less than 90 minutes. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. My new windshield looks great.

I busted the back window in my truck and when I called Nu Vu Susan was so helpful and accommodating. They were able to get me in quickly and then I was late for the appointment and they still helped me out.
