I like Napa Auto parts. My 1st stop before anyone else. I usually use my aaa card for a 20% Discount. Also if they don't have it in stock, they can usually get it soon.

Usually have what I need.Always have a long line to wait in and employees would rather stand behind the counter and just point to where you need to go to get what you came in for

I ordered and paid online and went to the store to pick up. I was a little disappointed that I had to wait in line for my turn. The gentleman told me the others had been waiting and I would have to wait as well. This is a bit of a moral dilemma. I shopped online, made sure they had what I needed, and paid for the item. At the same time, I didn't want to take cuts. NAPA needs to figure this out if they want folks to order online.

The last few weeks have been doing a lot of mechanicing. There is a guy named Brad works at the front counter it's always extremely helpful when trying to get a the guy is one smart cookie

Been in there a couple times now and seam to always get Thane, he can never find anything and always has to have help from a nother employee. Yesterday I watched it happen at least three times while I was in line and then I got stuck with him and he still couldn t find my part but the guy I went to after him Rylie helped me out no problem. Thane should be sleeping the floor because obviously he does not have the ability to work behind the counter. maybe if he could pass the drug test he would do better but looks like he has after work activities that don t allow that to happen. I ll never be coming back to the twin location and rather go to O Reilly s.

I got some new radiator hoses (because I was replacing my trucks radiator anyways) and a new belt. It was a good price and hasn't failed me yet!

We were traveling to buy a car and needed help. We got none. The guy told us let's just get you checked out and out of here. I'm too busy. There was only one other person in the store. Could not answer any of our questions. Went a block down the road to a different part store and got amazing help.

Great backup if other stores don't have parts in stock and usually a little better quality parts available than other stores. Also competing more with better online discount deals etc. Much of staff have chip on shoulder kind of vibe, but helpful and proficient usually in getting parts in hand. Thanks!

Waiting in line with 4 other customers and there was only one cashier. I noticed 3 other people working in the back and not one of them came up to assist the cashier. 3 of us left the store without getting any help.

The lines were four people deep I couldn't get anyone to help me find what I needed so I left there without what I needed after walking all the aisles twice. It's okay Napa has changed just like every other store they don't even carry the same stuff they used to due to my guess would be their corporation deciding what we need at their store like others

Went in late at night for a part. I was not greeted and completely ignored by the people behind the counter. Found the item myself.Apon paying I was treated like I was horible for interrupting their personal conversation. Usually a good shopping experience, just not this time.

Napa needs to change their logo. Napa know how. Hahaha. They hire a bunch of people just smart enough to do what the computer tells them to do that actually have NO no how what's so ever. Most can't ever change a wiper blade. Really sad and pathetic to see a store manager tell a customer they can't help them with a simple wiper blade change because they can't figure it out. Yeah Napa knows how to hire people that hurt their company

Had a part no one else had. Prices are higher, but the store was super clean and they were able to find the seal I needed. Other parts stores uselly had a hard time finding the smaller one in stock items.

Seriously horrible customer service,I stood in line for 20 minutes, even I was told by mark on the phone, that my part would be set out and waiting for me,and when I get there doyle just says, they must be looking for it, another 15mins go by and nothing, so I left empty handed and disappointed. Never again will I or anyone in my fleet of 45 drivers will we shop here again. At least the other parts houses are honest when they say it can be here next day.

Friendly staff, great parts selection, they are the area warehouse for Napa parts and have daily freight deliveries from the northwest main warehouse in salt lake city. this means that 95% of the parts you need are either in Stock or are next day delivered to the store. very convenient!

There is a previous post on here from a "Dale Rhyne "saying that this was the worst place he had ever worked and was glad he was retiring. This was posted by a low life troll who has nothing better to do. (And yes, I know who it was) The fact is that this was a great job and he hated to leave. He retired due to health reasons and not the company. He liked his coworkers and customers and thought of some of them as family. I know all of this because I am his wife. So don't believe everything you read. Just ask.

Everytime I go in there there s a line and it takes 30 mins just to see anyone. I just go to o Riley s now. They tend to be better help and will get you the part you actually need

Usually my first choice for getting parts, be it for personal vehicles or company work trucks. From my wife's Jeep up to the Kenworth I drive at work they pretty much have everything covered.I have always gotten great service even when looking for odd ball parts or supplies. Can be a little more expensive, but I would pay a little more to get the part the day I need it, than wait a couple days or a week.

Anybody else have a custom build with no original engine or transmission? I feel like a lot of car enthusiasts do and to not be able to find parts by engine type because they need the year make and model to help. Well my vehicles don't have the stock engines or trans and for them to look at me like I'm stupid and don't know what I'm talking about when I'm looking for something as simple as a parts for a chevy 454 engine. It's ridiculous.

Many of their staff are super great at their job! realizing everyone is still human, I've yet to have anyone there be anything less than patient and helpful.

Both times I've been here it's because I needed a part no one else had locally available. Both times it would be the same exact part, but $20+ more from NAPA. Every time I've been here I got extremely rude employees who didnt care at all about my interest or car. They always act like I have no idea what I'm talking about because I'm only 26 until they realize I own and collect classic cars, and have been for several years. I absolutely hate going to these guys. I've had a ba experience with their front counter every single time I've been to this location. Also, they do not price match.

I did not appreciate being told after waiting till every one that was there when i arived and then some , that i should go to the end off te line by Billy , I had to be very blunt with him some people should not work with the public
