Ron took time out on Saturday and Sunday of his 5-day Independence Day weekend to troubleshoot our slide out problem.He charged $150 an hour, and no extra for the education on how the systems worked.He kept in touch on status, and explained how to work around the problem since he could not fix it in the time we had in twin falls.Next time I'm in town, I will make an appointment for any service I need.

Ron is awesome. I had a slide out motor fail. He happened to have 1 at his shop. He got to my spot at about 8 a.m. and we were on the road by 10:30. Thanks Ron

Great service from a friendly professional! Our refrigerator quit working in Las Vegas where we had the control board replaced but it still wouldn t work on propane so we called Ron on our way to Twin Falls. He had it going again in minutes, fixed a minor electrical issue and located an outside outlet that we didn t even know we had. He was knowledgeable, nice and charged us a reasonable rate for the repairs. We recommend Ron for RV repairs that you might need when in/near Twin Falls.

We tried calling multiple RV repair businesses along the route we were traveling, and they were all two weeks or more before an available appointment. Ron agreed to see us even though he was said he was super busy. Made it there after 4 p.m. on Friday. Ron and Rick said they could fix the wiring to our a/c which was not working due to our refrigerator going out and burning the wires. We agreed to meet them at their shop the next morning (Saturday) at 6 a.m. The repair involved removing the refrigerator to reach the wiring. Rick and Ron knew what they were doing and finished the job by around 7:30 a.m. I would highly recommend Ron and Rick of Mobile RV Service and Repair for their skills, friendly service and reasonable price!Service: Electrical

We were 2 days in to our month long camping trip on a Friday afternoon and our refrigerator didn t seem to be working. We tried to contact other rv repair shops, but no luck. Ron was willing to take a look at it even though it was late on a Friday and he was swamped. He explained what was wrong (no repair needed) and sent us on our way. Very helpful and friendly!

Ron and Mike were amazing! They started working at 6:00 AM to replace the black water valve on our Minnie Winnie. Ron spoke with our insurance providing them with everything needed. Ron and Mike were knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. We highly recommend Mobile RV Service and repair. Thank you, gentlemen!

My experience was horrible. We dropped off our trailer because we were having issues with our heater. To be upfront we did say we were not in a hurry as we were done using it for the season. We didn't hear anything from them for several weeks so I reached out to them to get an up date but did not get a response. The following week I reach out again and get a response, they have not had a chance to look at it but they are starting it now and it will be ready to go the beginning of the next week. Another week possibly 2 go by and I hear nothing from them so I reach out once again. Ron calls back and says he can't find the problem. I have my husband contact him as he can better explain what is causing the issue and that he is concerned about getting it finished now that the weather is cold and our new batteries are are sitting out in the cold deteriorating. Ron tells him he'll pull the batteries off and bring them indoors and will have it repaired the next week. Once again several weeks go by and we hear nothing. Now its been over 3 months and nothing has been fixed. My husband calls again and basically tells him we're basically done and picinkg the trailer up. We find that he didn't pull the batteries off, the access panel to the propane tanks is missing, and he left the valves to both our propane tanks open so now the tank's are empty. Now not only do we still have to get it repaired but have to replace missing pieces, refill tank's, and replace batteries sooner then we would have needed to had they been cared for properly. This business is super unprofessional and reckless in the care of their customers property!

Amazing. We were in a tough spot and not only did he fit us in his schedule, he went off-site to help us fix a black water tank clog. His rates are exceptionally reasonable, service is friendly. Overall a great experience for something that could have been a lot worse!

We were driving through twin falls and our fridge quit. Searched for an rv repair facility and found Mobile RV. Called to see if they could fit me in, was told to come on in.Don't let the appearance fool you! Ron was courteous, extremely helpful, and had us back on the road in less than 2 hours. Fully recommend him.

One slide on our 5th wheel and the leveling system malfunctioned. Ron Rose went above and beyond to get us working and back on the road. He worked with our rv manufacturer and the slide/leveling system manufacturer to ensure it stayed under warranty and it got fixed. He worked after hours, on the weekend and in the rain. He is very knowledgable, very helpful and very caring. I would drive 100 miles out of my way to have him be the one working on my rv. I would recommend him to anyone who needs it done and done right! Thank you Ron!

Propane Regulator went out called ahead it was replaced and we were back on our way in less than an hour!! Not saying everything will be that fast but give a call and you ll get an honest answer!

We had a minor issue with a trailer, and they were super quick to get us in. It was more to get a diagnosis than anything, and he didn't want to take our money. Super nice guys!
