We had our class A captains seats reupholstered here and we could not be happier! They did it when they said they would at the cost they said and they came out beautiful! We are fulltime RVers and our time in the Twin Falls area was limited, they completed the job with time to spare! So glad we found Mobile Restoration and had them do this job for us!Before and after pictures.

James and his team are superb! I work at a dealership and send all my guests vehicles to get work done here and know they will be satisfied. From a different upholstery to a fix on a windshield. I know the Mobile Restoration team has my back! James gets me in on even last minute appointments and has the vehicle done before the end of the day. He even works with your own insurance company to save you the most amount of money! The team will even go the extra mile in picking up your vehicle and dropping it off when it s done!! This family owned company will take care of your needs!! I recommend anyone looking to get cosmetic work done on their vehicle to go to Mobile Restoration!

I have a 2001 Ford Escape and after 22 years, the fabric on the doors were starting to come off. I saw the story of Mobile Restoration on KMVT and thought I would take my car to them. I am SO glad that I did! The fabric was replaced perfectly and they even buffed out some damage I had over my left front wheel without even charging me! They were great!

Although we haven't used Mobile Restoration service personally, we can tell you James does amazing work! He's one of the best around. Most importantly, James has a ton of integrity and takes pride in his work and a job well done. He stands by his work too. He is a super hard worker and will get the job done beautifully. I am a repeat customer of James. We had cloth and wanted leather seats. James craftmanship was beyond professional. The second rig was a real fixer upper. We were getting an older rig fixed up for one of our kids. It had a lot of issues and had planned on taking it to several places to get it cleaned up. We went to James first to get the seat re-upholstered. Not only did he fix the seats, he subbed out a detail and replaced the front windshield for one stop shopping. In an era when we as consumers will settle because it is hard to find someone just to do a job, James is an exception in that he has a real heart for service. James really looks to fix problems. I realize this company gets great reviews and they are clearly a big fish in a little pond because it is hard to find good companies but I am less than impressed. I had taken 6 RV cushions in for repair and I went into their office and discussed the project first. They gave me an estimate of $1100 to $1400 stating if they could reuse my cushions it would be around $1100 and they gave me a schedule of 6 weeks. We agreed that if they could not reuse my cushions they would call me first as it would be closer to $1400. I explained that I live in Mexico and this would be very inexpensive if I take them to MX so I really didn't want to exceed the $1100. I dropped the cushions off in mid May with a delivery expectation of the first week of July. I went in the last week of June to confirm I could pick them up the next week. They said they would have them the 2nd week of July. I went in the 2nd week of July -- they said it would be another week. Bottom line is they called (the ONLY phone call I received from them) the first week of August and said they were ready. When I picked them up, I learned they had used my cushions. However, one of the long cushions that were originally 2 cushions and joined together was now two separate cushions which was ok but they sit side by side on my dining set and they don't match. One is more rounded than the other. AND ... the bill was $1600. This was so disappointing because I was very clear that I would take them to Mexico with me and have it done there if it was going to exceed $1100. The fact that they have looked at this review and didn't even bother to call me to discuss it is indicative. Additionally, I let them know when I picked the cushions up I wasn't happy ... so why is it "the first we have heard about it"?

Left 2 rv seats for them to repair in March they called to say it would take longer than the 6 weeks originally quoted. Told them fine. Called in June and said they wouldn t have time to do them before we left the area in July. They had 4 months and never touched them.
