Was a good experience for me. They were super nice and was able to help work on our vehicle to find the source of the problem. In the end they didn't have the program to help reset my car (because it is a foreign car) but was able to find me someone that could at a good price too. So thank you to the great mechanics at Master Auto Tech.

I took my car in after I had a serious problem with it and they told me I needed to have my transmission replaced. They quoted me a price of $4000 and we put a deposit of $2200 on the transmission. With my veteran s discount it brought the total to just under $4000. I was asked before they started to work on it if I wanted to have my clutch replaced. I had it replaced already earlier this year and thought that was an odd question to ask since there shouldn t have been anything wrong with it. So I declined and was once again asked if I wanted my clutch replaced after they took the old transmission out. I again declined. I m guessing that s the equivalent to being asked if I want fries with that at a fast food place. I picked it up after the work was completed and I m very happy their work. My car runs better than ever!

I don't not trust this shop to troubleshoot sensors. I have a 2001 Hyundai sonata, came in with car that starts but can drive above 45 mph, they changed me 130$ an hour to diagnose the car, they determined that it was a cam shaft senor( all they did was open the hood and look at the wires). If the technician knows any thing about cam shaft sensors he would know its only used for starting the car, You could start the car just fine. I had to diagnose the car my self and it was a crank senor that was the problem. Fix it my self and it drive prefect now.

My car had a electric problem. Went to over 10 shops in Twin and Master Auto Tech and Cody the owner were the only ones who said yes to fixing my car. Reasonable Rates and they fixed it. They will be only people who fix my cars now.

They have a couple diesel technicians here, they do wonderful repairs and performance work on diesel trucks.

We broke down early in the morning on our way to Oregon. AAA towing recommended Addison Care Care to where we decided to tow our van for repairs. As soon as we arrived, the owner was able to inspect our van to find out what broke down and what needed repaired. We like the way they were able to inspect and take pictures of problems and issues. The owner showed us specifically what needed to be repaired and why our engine overheated. We appreciate the way he took care of us keeping us informed as we waited for the parts and repairs. While we were waiting he recommended Norm's Cafe, an easy few blocks away walk. This made for a better afternoon with five children wanting to get back on the road.

Man, these guys are one the ball. I had them replace a sway bar link and the struts on my 04 explorer that I have used as my plow rig. They got it done on time and at a good price. I ll be back.

The shop did a great job. Fast and Thorough.Short version, my caliber bolt to my brakes came out while I was driving back home to Vegas. They looked over my brakes, replaced the bolt and checked all the rest. I was back on the road in 2 hours. While waiting I could tell this shop runs smooth. Thanks guys...

Had replaced drivers side window motor.I was able to have it done the same day I called! They came through for me to get window fixed before I had to start a new job. Where all other places I called cost more, and had too long a time before you could even get in.Hopefully my other window motors will last.....but if they don't, I would definatly go back to Master Autotech as my first choice!Thanks again!Service: Auto side window replacement

On a road trip I came in with broken AC and Cody squeezed me in last minute. He explained everything very clearly and definitely had my best interests in mind. He had mechanics look at the car and give me advice for free. They weren t able to fix it because it involved ordering new parts but his time and expertise were invaluable. I would definitely be a loyal customer at Master AutoTech if I lived in the area.

Had a great experience! Stopped in due to an issue with my car that suddenly happened and Logan was very helpful! He took the time to check it out and then made an appointment for me the following week just in case. Ended up taking it in because the same issue came up and it was fixed the next day. Overall great service and communication!

Great service! We were passing through in a motorhome on a Tuesday and needed some work done. We were told they were booked up and could see us the following Monday, which would have really messed up our plans. So they worked us in the next day! Very grateful

We were supposed to be leaving Idaho to head home to Arkansas, and we had air conditioning troubles the day before. They got us in without and appointment Monday before they even opened. Cody and his team got us fixed up and on the road within around 4 hours and they didn t break the bank! The people here are extremely nice and helpful. While moving across country I started hearing a helicopter sound from my front end. I called them first thing in the morning and even with a busy schedule they squeezed me in to take a look warning me they might not have time to fix it depending what it was. They found the issue in under five minutes and had it taken care of in under an hour. Then didn t even charge me for their time. Thanks to them temporarily fixing the issue we made it to our destination safely. I do not live here but if I did I would definitely be using them for any of my car repairs. Our Tahoe had a check engine on and was surging and cutting out. These professional guys got us in and did a wonderful job. Super nice guys and very reasonable in their repair pricing. Totally friendly and professional. When I'm in town again and need repair for my truck or car, it'll be Addison Car Care, who will fix my car. I can trust them, and they are honest!

I had a car breakdown on I-84 near Twin Falls, ID. I called AAA and they recommended Addison Car Care. They replaced my clutch assembly. They have absolutely the best service personnel. This repair takes 6-7 hours. As I am not from Twin Falls.I had to stay overnight. They gave me ride to my hotel and picked me up the next day. I was informed of the progress in the repair and the cost regularly. They had to order parts with some needing overnight shipping. They were right on top of things and got my car back to me very quickly. Staff was extremely personable and helpful. I am sure the repair was done professionally as well. It was an expensive repair but I was glad to have it done well and promptly. I highly recommend this place. Given that I was from out of town, I really appreciated their kindness and promptness.Service: Transmission repair
