I definitely recommend the repair service at the Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dealership in Twin Falls Idaho. They are excellent. We have purchased 3 vehicles from them and always have had excellent service from them. I live 3 hours away they are great at making time for me on the day I can come. This means the world to me because I am a full time caregiver and it s hard to plan in advance. They do an excellent job servicing my car and doing any repairs needed. Thanks for all you do Duston

Guys at Lithia were great! I took my jeep in to get a new radio reprogrammed. they did the work in a decent time for a good price, gave me a ride home and picked me up to get my jeep back. Can't beat service like that.

My wife was having front end problems with her Gladiator. I was worried about safety issues for my wife. They immediately took our vehicle into the shop and found the problem. They ordered the part and got our vehicle in and done quickly. The service manager was awesome and was very understanding and concerned for my wife's safety. Thank you!

Travis was extremely helpful and went out of his way to service my car. He listened carefully to my concerns and issues. All problems were resolved. Vehicle failure is no fun, and neither is adulting, but the entire service team has truly been great to work with. Travis & Garrett especially handle the majority of my Jeep drama ; The compassion & integrity they share creates such a personable & comforting experience, please give them a raise if you haven t already!

Huge huge huge rave to Dustin in the service dept.! Long story short huge problem with my vehicle situation but they got it fixed and spent a lot of time on the phone back and forth and he did a great job taking care of me!

Parts dept was great getting in a fuel Injector we needed for a 2016 jeep cherokee trailhawk asap, they were able to order Monday, and have Tuesday, to get my stranded customers back on the road in very good time. Thank you!

Came in to get my new key fob programmed and cut. Everything started out good, they got me in, but when I came to pick up they couldn't find my paperwork, because it was under the previous owners name. After all was found I needed to schedule to have my recalled air bag fixed and we scheduled it for the following week early in the morning. When I arrive no one knew I was coming and still all of my paperwork is under a previous owners name, which is probably why. All the service I got was fine, that I know of, other than the initial person I worked with she needs to be retrained on how to properly check people in and make sure all the info in the database is correct. I got all services done, but still at this time none of the owner information has been updated. *eye roll* I have used lithia, in Twin falls, in the past, like 5 years ago, for a different vehicle and I can say the service received then was the same, my van didn't make it home before it broke down in the middle of the road. I was very hesitant to come in again and I should have followed my gut. I still need my air conditioner/heater fixed but I will be taking my car somewhere else.

If you'd like to have your vehicle Damaged, go here. A simple water pump recall, a storage compartment not opening and a weep on front of oil pan, came back with the radiator mashed on the back side, oil leaking past rear bumper ( they ruined timing cover), the grill was damaged, the dash was gouged with a screw driver when replacing latch on stg compartment, a fender flare was gouged ,USB port in dash got broken, turbo was left unhooked , damage to a door, retainers left unhooked in engine compartment. Highly recommend Larry h Miller in Boise. Lithia is the worst !
