Dakota Hansen is such an exceptional employee.I m sitting In the waiting room, he tells me he gonna look at my rear brakes and I look up after 15 min. He is running to the parts store next to him to grab parts. He could definitely walk there but he ran. To help me get back on the road faster. This kid needs a pay raise. You don t see that type of work ethic anymore.

I have been coming to Lea Schwab for many years! They fix my flats for free and don t give me some run around that I need a new tire lol. Great bunch of guys and gals. They are always super friendly and their lounge is nice to wait in. They have a great selection of in stock tires and rims and their work and equipment is unmatched! Thank you, Les Schwab!

As usual, superior customer service. I got a hard-to-find flat and showed up at 8:00 a.m. without an appointment. They were done in less than an hour and gave me a nice spot out back to reassemble my car, which is a built out as a camper. Such kind people.

DO NOT GO HERE. these guys charged 700 for front break pads. Wanted another 200 for alignment. I was in a bind and had to get it done ASAP so I just let them bend me over. I called around afterwords out of curiosity and a few places would me under 400 for the break pad replacement. These guys are taking advantage of people and charges 600$ labor. Stay away

Do not go here! I came in for a tire rotation after I had my car aligned 2 days prior to my rotation. They told me I needed an alignment after my car had been aligned. Took it back to the shop who originally aligned my car and my alignment was out. I will never again support a business who purposely messes with your stuff just so they can make extra money. If they tell you you need something done go get a 2nd opinion they are liars cheats and scams.

They will try to scam you out of your money. "Your lug nuts are stripped" after they stripped them and then charged me for new ones

While driving north toward Twin Falls the front right tire of my class A motorhome blew. After four hours of waiting for my road-side-assistance to find a tow, I called Les Schwab (68 miles north of my location and about ten minutes before they closed). I spoke with the store manager (Chris) and told him my situation. He personally loaded a tire in a truck and drove to our location. With the jacks on my coach, three of his bottle jacks and a crow bar to dig a hole, he was able to mount the tire and get me back on the road.

These guys don't know anything. Just got a new to me car, which I would've taken right back to the dealership if they knew what they were doing. Told me it had air shocks and they were leaking. It has electric shocks and they're fine. What they DIDN'T tell me about was the nearly $7000 worth of repairs the vehicle DID need and now I'm stuck with a barely drivable car.

They took care of my car. However, my appointment was at noon today and they weren't done until about 630. What's the point of having an appointment if they can't get everything done! I understand they needed permission to fix the car, but really 630??? I will not be going back. This happened at the Blue Lakes location today.

Best customer service I've had... Jen you are so good at your job, your customer service is "top notch" you smile and your fast. I appreciate you! Chris your friendly, articulate and you explain things very well. I had to share what a great experience I had yesterday keep up the good work I will be back and so will my family and friends !!

I noticed a nail in my tire right before I left for Boise. I stopped here and they were quick to work in my car get the nail out and make a repair. The staff was friendly and have great service.

The best place to go if you are needing anything they sell. Jenny is the best customer service employee I've ever met. I'm sure there are others that are great but since she is the one in the front I deal with her the most. I've been here about 7 times for four different vehicles and each time it's nothing but ease. It really impressed me that I needed a battery and they went out of their way to get the battery from another store while I went to run errands. As soon as I was done I stopped by and the battery was all ready to go. All I had to do was sign. That's the definition of exceptional.

We had a tire issue with our RV and contacted Coachnet who arranged for Les Schwab to come out. They arrived very quickly and had us back on the road within a few hours total. Les Schwab did a hell of a job and if your in the area and need some tires or assistance I would highly recommend them.

My hub cap cover was not even put back on and was sitting in my passenger seat broken. I had to tell them to put it back on and fix it. When I picked up the car they NEVER mentioned it wasn't put back on. Makes you think what else they break but won't tell you.

These guys were awesome. Had to get a CV shaft replaced on one vehicle and a set of 4 tires on another. They were quick to do both jobs and inspected the vehicles and let me know what needed to be fixed and what was an issue but could wait a little bit to repair.

Best Les Schwab in all of Idaho. We will no longer be going to the pole line location where we ve been greeted with nothing but unpleasant employees for the last 4 years. Blue lakes location is where it s at! We ve never had better customer service! They were so friendly and easy to talk to. The guys stayed almost two hours after closing to fix our breaks so that we could be on the road for our vacation plans first thing in the morning. They didn t even hesitate to go the extra mile for us. They ll always have our business now. Thanks sooo much guys!

I recently moved back home and needed to have my tires rotated. I was so thrilled to be treated to the best customer service I have experienced in such a long time.The team at Les Schwab promptly performed a full inspection of my truck, rotated my tires, aired them up and gave me a status report of the brakes, tread, etc. I can't thank them enough, and no charge!! It's great to be back in Idaho.

I had one tire (Les Schwab product) was losing air pressure. I'd taken it to other L.S. Locations and was told I needed new rims. This Location provided excellent service. There was a screw in the tire and the tire revealed. I'm happy to announce that it has held air since then.

Very good. I have never been turned away if I came by later in the day and my issues seemed a priority to be taken care of. I also have not felt like I was paying for anything I didn't legitimately need. I feel I can trust the service they give..a big deal for me!

I came in close to closing time with really bad alignment issues. They took the car in happily, on a Saturday evening, that's saying something about the care. Thanks guys!4Years later and these guys from the blue lakes Les Schwab are still king in class hands down! Excellent management, this is apparent from the second you get greeted getting out of your truck to the well wishes as they hand you your keys. The Staff do their jobs above and beyond, as we all would hope for our family's safety on the road. A++ management, (shout out to the XO of this operation, solid individual!). Last but not least, thank you crew for all you do!-My Family

Free tire and brake inspection, they were very thorough and gave me a quote right away. They can get me in next week because they have to order the parts. The price was fair.
