I brought my truck here for an oil change and antifreeze/coolant flush and exchange while I was passing through on a road trip. They were prompt on the oil change but completely forgot the coolant and had to bring my truck in a second time to do it. I didn t check the fluids as we pulled out, but later I checked my coolant reservoir and found that it was nearly empty and the fluid was very dirty and it was the same coolant I had before. They used yellow fluid at the shop and it s pink in my reservoir. I don t know how they could possibly flush and change my coolant for $130 and leave an empty reservoir with only the remnants of dirty old coolant. Terrible service. When I called they were nice on the phone and even sent me camera footage of them changing my coolant but whatever they did was completely ineffective. I ve attached photos of my coolant reservoir. I'm very unsatisfied with their service and wouldn't use them again.

Unbelievable!!! I really dislike car repair or maintenance. So when my daughter needed a new headlight, I was like..oh ok. But a friend told me that jiffy lube does them I was jacked. I went and got the lamp. And jiffy lube put it in at no cost. What a great service. Thankyou jiffy lube on Washington.

I went in for an oil change and had a great experience. It was fast convenient and most of all done right. Thank you and I will be coming back for future maintenance.

This was anything but jiffy! We waited for 45 minutes while these guys walked around, clicked their phones, drank coffee, poured out their old drinks, talked, ate and stood around. They can apparently only do 1 car at a time. I m currently stuck in the bay as they have pulled my oil filter and stopped there. The manager walked in and out of the office with his coffee, pointed at things, chatted and never helped them move the line of cars through. Definitely not confident that it is being done correctly. The total time from into the bay to exit was roughly an hour. Then when paying we presented a coupon which was not applied but for the sake of time we left because it probably would have taken another 20 minutes. Poor service!

Messed up my oil filter cap, stripped it and put it in at a weird angle so it now has to be chiseled out, and didn't tell me about it, just discovered this out months later and now I have to deal with it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE

Wasn't jiffy..7 people working..all working on same car while there are customers waiting in there cars in the other bays. One car in front of me..I waited over an hour to have a simple oil change. Once the 5 people on top started my oil change it took minutes...management ISNT doing their job

I drive a fleet vehicle and go to many Jiffy Lube's in the Pacific Northwest. This particular store in Twin Falls on Blue Lakes had the most courteous and professional staff I have ever encountered. The guy that guided me out of the stall when I was finished, tipped his cap and thanked me for my business. You just don't see that level of customer service anymore. Highly recommend

They always treat me good. Twin Falls has 3 locations, so if one is really busy try calling another one and ask how much time it takes for an oil change. Its amazing how much they do for you with the signature service. Check jiffy lubes website for 7 and 10 dollars off an oil change. They have many more service options for general maintenance related repairs and services. I will keep coming back. Thank you guys for consistent good service.

Sat in our car in the bay for over half an hour while the workers just talked and played around. Three people poured oil into one car which is a one person job, not two people standing around watching one person. Someone outside hit a pothole and three employees left the vehicles they were working on and went to go look at what happened instead of attending to the customers.

They claim to be fast, but are they actually putting new oil to your car? When I took my car they were done in 15-20 mins. I couldn't believe it, so I checked my oil and it looked the same. I couldn't see any fresh oil. On top of that my car didn't feel nice and smooth when I drove it.I called them and spoke to their manager about my bad experience. I explained him that I couldn't see any fresh oil and my car didn't feel nice and smooth. He didn't care and he made me feel that I had no knowledge on cars. According to him he is the "expert" and I should agree with him, but there are things that are just noticeable.Ever since then I go to a different place where they take their time to empty all the oil and put new fresh oil. A place where after an oil change my car drives nice and smooth.-The other employees were nice and very professional except for the guy who "changed my oil" and the manager.Service: Oil change

Jiffy Lube on Blue Lakes always takes care of me. Took three vehicles in and only had to wait 30 minutes once because four cars were ahead of me upon arrival. Typical oil change and service time: 18 minutes

Service was quick but refused to take my pre-paid signature oil service. I asked for a basic oi change and was charged $60. For the price, from now on, I will go to the Toyota dealer.

So I bought a used car yesterday. I went to Jiffy lube of course!! I didn t know that the lot I bought it from did a full service on it. I rather be safe then sorry. Anyways the guys could of played me made the shop sone more $$ last day of April and all. But he came in told me that my oil was full and clean. They topped off my fluids and fixed my tire pressure. Thank you guys for your help today, I ll see you in 3 months

They tightened my oil plug and oil filter so tight, when I went to change my oil for the next oil change, I had to use a mallet to get them off. No reason they should be that tight. Plus it was 60$ for just conventional when Walmart is 35$ for full synthetic.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I've been using jiffy lube in Twin Falls for 9 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The employees are polite, knowledgeable, and most of the time moving at a fairly quick pace. They always explain things really well after changing your oil and offer any needed adjustments or fixing.

The staff was very friendly, I got in and out in less than 15 min! They changed my oil, wiper blade and refilled my coolant. They where very fast and efficient. The lady that helped me was awesome, she was funny and had great customer service! I will be returning for future oil changes.

Customer service was phenomenal. We had a fuel leak issue on a 14 hour road trip, we took it to this JiffyLube and the guys here got us in and out back on the road in 20 minutes without an issue afterwards. Would highly recommend this location for the service times, and friendly attitude everyone had to help us out. They refused to take our money because of how minor the issue was, so we paid for their lunches. Awesome experience.

For not being around these parts of town I sure did love this jiffy lube location, the employees, and the service they provided. Explained things in ways your average woman could understand and took care of all my simple automotive needs. Car drives so much better and it was a great experience. Will be back for sure.

Slow.I m not sure it s worth the 90 bucks. My truck never seems to run as smooth after.
