I went into today to get my oil changed and I left so happy! They checked everything for me and made sure I wasn t leaving unhappy. They were all so nice and took my concerns seriously. 10 stars!!

Came in for Veterans Day. I'm very picky about giving good reviews but this was seriously the best oil change experience I've ever had! Staff at this location were very courteous, professional, and a worked fast as a motivated team. Thank you, Jiffy Lube, for supporting the Veterans!

I ve always been treated well at Jiffy Lube. The staff is so friendly from the time I m greeted when I pull up to the last check to make sure all the caps are tight.In my book, customer service is right at the top. Bravo, Jiffy Lube for raising the bar!

These guys are great.I used to get my oil changed somewhere else. But then I got a VW and they made me go to O Reillys buy a filter and then come back.It was just an extra step I didn t want, or need to take.So I tried out jiffy lube. Not only did I not have to buy the filter, I was in and out in 15 minutes!!! The other place I was there for an hour minimum.That s not to say jiffy lube is always that quick. But if you hit it at the right time, you can be in and out in 15 minutes.

One star for friendly staff. Do yourself a HUGE favor and take the slower and less expensive route and go to a dealer certified shop to get your rig serviced. Go someplace that likely pays their employees enough to care. I stopped here after 20 years (when they mucked up another car, but I heard good things about recent jiffy lube service and I was in a hurry) and they did a $100 service. I was in Boise and smelled burning oil. My truck was down 2 quarts and the oil filter was a FULL TURN loose. I've been trying to get my promised refund for 6 weeks now. The manager and district manager are NEVER AVAILABLE. 2 weeks ago I called again and the manager had "no memory" of the incident. I guess the paperwork was "buried under a pile of paper", but they would get my a check in the mail that week. Today, the district manager is in Alaska on vacation and cannot be reached. The manager is also out of town and can't be reached. I've got an oil streak along the undercarriage of my newer truck, had to buy a new filter and 3 more quarts of sythetic oil to correct this mistake and I'm still out the original service fee.

Went at 10am on Saturday. All three bays were being used for full service. It would be a 40 min wait. No thanks! Why don't you just leave one bay open for quick services like oil change?

Normally very dependable and good service. Had a radiator flush done and 150 miles later the truck overheated. When radiator fluid was checked it looked like water with black pieces of plastic the size of raisins floating in it. This was the Twin Falls Idaho location on Addison Ave E. If I could give a negative rating I would.. very disappointing and cost us 2 days travel and expense to have a mobile mechanic come fix the problem on a Sunday, so we had to pay for a hotel room for 2 nights.

Great, got there at 8 am and I told them what I needed done, oil change, check fluids, tire pressure!!!;-))) finished and out and home by 9am!!!!;-))) Very satisfied!!!;-)))

Get my oil changed here all the time never had an issue with them I love that they show me the oil level and clarity before I leave. To make sure oil is to my satisfaction they also do a great job changing light bulbs if they are out.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I had great experience. Waited maybe 45 minutes but it was no issue, I brought a book and made some coffee in the lobby and got some kid free time. Can't wait till the next oil change so I can do it again! They were kind and kept me updated with where I was in line and was informed about my wait prior to service so I had the chance to decide if I wanted to wait.

Very fast service. I had to drop my jeep off and run next door to the urgent care my husband was being examined at. The mechanic at jiffy lube actually walked all the way next door to ask me if I would want the synthetic or basic oil for my jeep and informed me that it would be more expensive for synthetic. I asked him if there would really be a difference and he was very honest with me. I really appreciated the honesty because finances are quite tight now a days. Upon my return to jiffy they informed me of my windshield wipers possibly needing to be replaced soon. They were starting to crack. They also vacuumed out my jeep and wiped down all the windows. All done within about 30 minutes or maybe even less. I was very impressed and will definitely be back. You can really tell they care about their customers. Thanks guys you made my day!!

They changed my oil and did a tire rotation for 77$. Great waiting, popcorn and. Capri Suns for the kids .

The team on Adison Ave. East were excellent tonight. I drove away feeling like they had taken good care of me and my truck. Didn't do several of the services they claimed to. Didn't top off fluids and I don't know how they checked the air filter without opening the interior cover.

This is by far the best place to get your oil changed in twin falls! I've never had such wonderful, quick and caring service from another auto place! I had almost forgotten to use the online coupon last time I went and they reminded me right before I was about to pay and it saved me about $20! I also felt like they were not just trying to take advantage of me being a non auto savvy person! They vacuum your car, do ALL your fluids, (I say all because I've noticed a lot of places ltely haven't been checking my transmission oil properly because the car has to be warm and running to do so), they checked my tire psi, then told me to come in again before my next oil change and they will give me one free top off and overall look over for free! Their "premium" oil change is truly superior!

I don t give 5 s ever, but this time I made an exception. Knowledgeable about prices & services offered. Very friendly. Got me in and out in a Jiffy! Asked them to check the air/cabin filters as AC wasn t working properly, which turned out needing changed!
