I don't know what you guys did at this store lately, but it's amazing! The bald guy you hired that works with the customers is a huge asset to you. I tried to steal him to work for us and he wouldn't. He is truly engaged. It felt like a million dollar service experience. Wow, what a change. Well done Jiffy Lube! We WILL be back for sure!

Thought I needed an oil change...( that's what my car was telling me) The tech came in and said hey, we're showing you still have 1200 miles left before you actually need an oil change. Yuppie!!! So just got new windshield wipers instead I'll be back in 1200 miles Thank you Jiffy Lube

Heading to Yuma and Ford was closed on Saturday. Happy with getting a signature service at jiffy lube. Now spring break can't get here fast enough

These guys are amazing in what they do. They are very efficient in what they do. I like how they go over everything that is good and bad about your vehicle. I've never had a problem with this location and they have a crew that knows what they are doing. Keep up the awesome work

Quick to get in, and didn't try to up sell me anything and was honest about the condition of my vehicle is/was. Reasonably priced for what you are getting.

The guy at the front desk was so so great! Even though they were insanely busy, they were great communicators, and throughly completed everything. Definitely the best experience getting my oil changed. They went above and beyond.

I love the employees here, anytime I come they are always so nice (Been going regularly to this location for about 2 years). Money has been a struggle for us, but jiffy lube always does their best to make sure we keep our only car we have running smoothly. Thank you so very much, I'm so grateful for all of you from the shop to the counter.Service: Oil change

James was very kind. He explained everything thoroughly. He even went the extra mile for me and called around for an under carriage part that I have that is broken. The location was clean. Week after my oil change I found a puddle under my car. So I jack up the front and feel oil filter and it falls off in my hand. I look at the hole for the filter and I grab a spare filter I had laying around and compare them. The filter that jiffy lube had put on was way to big. I'm actually surprised it didn't fall off while i was driving. They're very lucky I'm not charging them for an engine now. I am lucky caught it in time. I will never trust thus outfit at any location ever again. If you have your oil changed I recommend you go somewhere anywhere else but here.Service: Oil change

I've been to this location twice, with two different cars. Both experiences were good in terms of the service. It was friendly, the folks seemed to know what they were doing, etc. I wish I could give a five-star review ... BUT with my second trip, I brought the car home and a few days later I noticed an oil leak on my garage floor. Because of travel and other commitments, I couldn't get back to Jiffy Lube to have it checked right away, so I put a piece of cardboard underneath my car to catch the drips. I took a picture with me when I finally was able to take it back in and showed it to the guy who greeted me. A dinner plate-sized oil stain had collected over a few weeks. There was no question that there was a leak, but the guy working on it swore to me he couldn't find anything. I put down a fresh piece of cardboard and it was still dripping. The next Monday morning I took my car to Jack's Tire and Oil and they (a) found the leak, (b) replaced the drain plug gasket, and (c) didn't charge me for the work. I'm done with Jiffy Lube after that. The guy at JL either didn't bother looking, or didn't care, or both.Service: Oil change

The guys are professional, proficient and very helpful. I dont mind spending a little more because they check a bunch of areas of my car and make sure its in good shape to drive. Always get the coupon online from their website.

This jiffy lube is fantastic! This team of guys are great.They greet you and they look very happy to be doing their job. Pulled into Jiffy Lube since "something" was hanging from beneath my car and loudly dragging. Was kindly greeted by employee "James". Got the problem taken care of at *no cost *. I have always used Jiffy Lube and have gotten great, friendly and honest service. Thank You very much!!

We went here to get our headlight replaced on our Saab. We pulled in the bay and the tech said she could do it. Then after about 2 minutes she gave up and had someone else try. Then that tech said they couldn't change the headlight bulb because they would have to take the fuse box out and they weren't authorized to do that. I went to the dealership I got the car from a few days later and they changed the bulb in like 5 minutes with no issues, they said jiffy lube was probably just being lazy and didn't want to do it! So not extremely happy with the service I got here. I live right down the road from this jiffy lube and I'm nervous to take my Saab in for an oil change now because I don't want them to say they can't do that service as well.... maybe someone from upper management can contact me and let me know if changing the oil on a Saab is something that they do!!!

Go here. I mean it. I used to have a 1994 Toyota Camry and I came here all the time. Because it was older I brought it in to be serviced every 2,500 miles. I recently got a 2017 Honda Fit and let us just say, I am not a car person. So before my trip to Boise I went it at about 3,000 miles to get it serviced before my trip. I told them I wanted the signature service and after about 3 minutes they told me my car didn't need it. They explained that with newer cars you don't need a change until about 5,000 miles and they even explained what the oil life percentage meant and how to tell when to take it in. The best part, no cost. They checked and topped everything off for free. On top of that free coffee and popcorn. I love going their and the fact that they have great customer service makes it super easy to get anything done there. They are the only place I will get my oil changed ever!

Oversized drain plug was installed in my CR-V oil pan 2 oil changes ago, damaging my oil pan (this was confirmed by my Honda mechanic). Went there for another oil change a few months later not knowing it was damaged and within a few weeks oil began to leak from my vehicle. Had to replace my oil pan at the dealership (950$) and although the JL manager was helpful sending me video footage of the previous oil change, it was evident the first oil change I received was the culprit. I still don't understand how the accountability wasn't taken as this was clearly their fault.Service: Oil change

Rave to Jiffy Lube. I m a 20 somethings female that doesn t know anything about cars, and for the last 5 years have been going to my dealership just to get routine oil changes, inspections, etc. I would have to call ahead to make an appointment, and then when I would get there I would be told my car is due for a dozen or so services, usually totaling around $700+. Me not having an extra $700 laying around, I would ask them what they really think is most necessary, and would do 2 or 3 of the services, usually totaling around $200 or $300. Me not being mechanically proficient and trusting them (I bought my car from them, they should know what services it needs right?) I would fork up the money, and wait for 1-2 hours while my car was to be serviced.Today I went to Jiffy Lube and told them what I needed and they quoted me $120. I brought my book inside expecting to sit for an hour and read while they did my service. Not even 20 mins later the car was finished and they had not only done the services I requested, but they also serviced/replaced my engine air filter, windshield wiper fluid, air pressure in my tires and did an inspection on basically everything else all for free, plus they cleaned my windows, and vacuumed the driver side. Then when I checked out they gave me a discount because it s Ladies Day . My total came out to $110.72.At Middlekauf Honda, where I bought my car I would have spent $75 on a multi-point inspection alone, not to mention the services I actually needed done. Never going back there, Jiffy Lube has my business from now on.Services: Tires, Oil change

I normally use a trusted shop for all my service needs (oil change included) and while I originally felt I had to settle, I was extremely pleased with the speed, knowledge, and professionalism of this establishment. I drive an Audi A4 B8 and have had issues before. Trae and team stepped up and really delivered.Would recommend.
