To be clear, this review is about the inaugural "Goode Motor's Car Show." And not about the company.I had the pleasure of meeting the general manager, "Dusty," who is amazing. As well as his staff.The car show venue was great. It had plenty of parking for about 250 cars, numerous food trucks, and a large pavilion area for seating.However, the one significant disappointment, as this car show is intended to be an annual event with cash prizes, is the "Judges."The judges should never be allowed to select their own cars for an award with a cash prize.Nor should there be any be any bias as to selecting a car based on who they know. The winners selected should be based solely on the quality of the car.I spoke to a number of very disappointed people who brought high-end, quality cars to this show .Again, my review is only about the overall quality of the car show and not about the purchasing and / or services of the Goode Motors company.I am confident that the general manager, Dusty, will make some changes as this car show goes forward.

Very professional and never "pushy". They want to find the vehicle that fits your needs and budget. Great communication throughout the whole process and multiple questions and calls on my part were answered ASAP. I would highly recommendTed Long as a contact. After extensive research it seemed to me that they offered the best deals. No I did not get any $ knocked off my deal for this recommendation. Do your research then make sure you follow up with these guys so you save yourself a pleasant sales experience and $. Good luck!

This was my first experience with the Goode Motors Mazda Service Dept. it was a very nice experience. Extremely friendly and helpful people. I felt totally comfortable and relaxed in the waiting area. And when my car was done they sent a link to the video which shows everything the technician saw, along with his comments. It left me feeling very confident of their service. And as a bonus, the coffee oprocked!

The Mazda dealership did a good job fixing my 2011 Mazda CX 7. Customer service fantastic they went above and beyond highly recommend getting your vehicle fixed here. Good priced and good customer service

UPDATE: Apparently this dealer was using a third party for vehicle registration. After not receiving any info on plates, I called the dealer and they fired that company. Problems are, they bill $125 or something that I am told I have to wait on in a refund as there are 600 car deals that are backed up on as well. Second, they cannot send me the paperwork I need to register the car myself and my temp tag is expired.Bought a new ride here recently after looking at other locations in the state (Idaho) and also going to Arizona. Ultimately, we decided to go with Goode Mazda for our new ride. Couple of speed bumps with the delivery of vehicle and some miscommunication from the dealer. In the end, it all worked out. Rich was great and helpful to give us the technology tour of the new wheels.

The water pump on my car had a small leak a week before taking it on vacation, where it is triple digits ! They got it in right away, replaced it, and cleaned my engine. I'm glad I got the 6 year bumper to bumper ! They took care of all but $100. Great service!!

We wanted to buy a car from a local dealer they had great customer service & the car looked like a great deal BUT we decided to take it to a mechanic before signing the paperwork the car had a oil leak from the Rear main seal the left ball joint also had issues I was so sad to see such DISHONESTY. Where is your integrity people. I'd rather know you fixed the car & uped the price then sale me something that would cost thousands to fix. SO DISAPPOINTED

Place is awesome. We slid off the road in a snowstorm and I was worried my Mazda might have some undercarriage damage. The service department looked at it for free. They had no financial motive to help me out but still did. I would absolutely trust this place to buy a car.

I was ripped off $176 for a engine diagnostic that they said I needed a new heater core $2400, extended warranty would not pay.I had to go out of town, took to the dealership I bought my suv from and it was not the heater core, it was the water pump and temperature aculator. All covered for the $100 deductible and I purchased a new belt. Thanks to Bradshaw Chevrolet. Don't take your car here to be fixed. I go to Rob Green or anyone else.

Ordered a car. Finally arrived after 4 months... Not there fault, just the world we live in. However, they installed the front license plate holder even though we asked them not and reminded them several times. They also put a lot of scratches in the clear coat when they washed it. But what do they care? They got there money. It may be worth the drive to Boise, not that I would ever buy another Mazda, we bought the only one we would ever want.

I recently ordered and purchased a 2024 Mazda 3 Hatchback. I had the pleasure of working with Mariana Angulo from the time I stepped on the lot, throughout my multiple follow up questions, and finally to the end of the sale.There were a couple of snags on Mazda's side during the financing portion, but nothing that we weren't able to discuss and resolve.Mariana was absolutely wonderful to work with and answered every single question I had during the process. If you are looking for a new or used car, and want the best salesperson in town, Go see Mariana! You will not be disappointed!

DO NOT GET CARS FROM HERE!!!! I'm so disappointed in this establishment. My husband bought a car 2 months ago, and the transmission went out. We were told that warranty would cover it and they would fix it asap. A week later, warranty suddenly wont cover, and we have to find a "cheaper service spot." We have 4 kids, 3 of which go to school in twin falls, and 2 jobs. We NEED 2 VEHICLES. now we are just stuck What do we do now?

Though we didn't end up buying a car. This company is hands down the best dealership in town. TF Subaru sold us a lemon Pontiac and we went to Goode and they offered to take in our lemon along with getting us into a car we wanted. The only reason we didn't buy was because I couldn't give up my Jeep that I love.If you need a good contact ask for Nick Jacobs, he is not going to jerk you around and will be honest with you. We utilized him at Rubys when he worked there and followed him to Goode's. We more than likely will be back. Appreciate you guys.

Purchased a 2017 Ford F350 6.7 with 73,000 miles on it from this dealership. Owned it for 5 weeks. They said well you re out of luck there isn t anything we can do . DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP .. THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND VEHICLES THEY SALE . THEY GOT THERE 70K .

My wife and I recently bought a brand new (2022) CX-5 from Goode Madza. We love the car and the sales guys, especially Chris and Rich were super nice for most of the process. When it was time to pull our credit, we asked about their current interest rates. We were told we would get about 3%. Credit came out excellent and rate was about 3.26%. When we got to the finance office, the rate suddenly move to 4.2%. I asked the finance guy and he tried some long explanation and I told him if that's the case, we will go with our own bank. He said he was going to call a different bank and see what he could do. After the phone call, he said they don't have to pull another credit and that we will be offered 3.39%. After some hesitation, we decided to go with it. I received three notifications shortly after that my credit was pylled three times: one by Madza and two local banks.We were offered Gap insurance and the service contract fee was about $3000 with the total coming to about $6000. I told them to drop it. The finance got frustrated and our interest rate suddenly increased to 4.89%. He said because we dropped the additional warranty, that's why. For the love of God, our credit was pulled and interest rate decided before we were offered the extended warranty. After a lot of back and forth, we ended up 3.89% interest, with excellent credit.As can be seen from the photos, Madza didn't even clean the inside of the car. For a brand new car, you expect something a bit like new and fresh. We just got home and realized there's a scratch on the side of the car.

I bought my new Mazda from them in July 2017 and they have been really great to address any questions or concerns that I have. Like everything else the cost of repairs has really gone up. They are great at customer service though.

I actually didn't want to give them 1 star but I couldn't post without giving them at least one. I bought a car through Mark, Brian and Geoff. They forced a car on me that was out of my budget. I later found some problems with the car. I talked with Brian and he messed around long enough, that they refused to fix it. I also learned that the extended warranty I bought with the car wouldn't cover the fix either! I payed a premium price but got a less than mediocre service from them. I would not recommend buying a car from them under any circumstances! I hope I can save at least one person from the wrath of these crooks!

If there is one salesman I would let sell me a car again. His name is Jayce Baker. Absolutely astounding smile and vibrant personality. He sat down and was able to explain everything in full detail. Exceptionally good communication skills. When finding the best car for the job for an affordable price. If you have the opportunity to buy a car it should be from him.
