After having a appt at safelight and then canceling due to incorrect window ordered, I was pretty upset as it was a appt scheduled for over a week.As I went to leave I saw Gary's across from me and figured I would try ..He not only had my window but he said come over and I'll do it now.. then it's was 200.00 cheaper and customer service was amazing. I was there 45 min tops for a 3500 silverado windshield .Absolutely amazing will use again and recommend.

Amazing service and fast. They were ready for my truck when I arrived for my windshield replacement and they finished in less than an hour. I have front collision detection that uses cameras behind the windshield so its not an easy windshield to replace but they did a great job.

Tremendously nice guy who knows his business well. Fast, honest service that does not break the bank. We "dropped in" on the half chance we could get an later appointment, Gary took us right in to fix a serious chip thrown at us by a passing Amazon truck. Fixed it (and four others we didn't know about) and it didn't take but about 20 minutes from start to finish. Superb polite assistance .

If you want fast & great service go to Gary's windshield ! We have tooken 2 of our vehicles there & the price is very reasonable if I could rate them higher I would great service !!

Great service had a great price. They even replaced my dash cam glued to my previous windshield, my car wash sticker, and my oil change sticker. I saw there were a few negative reviews, but an overwhelming number of positive reviews. This just shows that you can t please all the people all the time.

Had a rock chip in my windshield and they fixed it in no time. Can't even tell where it was, worked their magic and made it disappear. I called and got a same day appointment, very fast service. If you pay cash, it'll be cheaper. Support local!

Highly recommend Gary to do your windshield! Did an amazing job on my windshield at a reasonable price. Quick, efficient and very friendly. It s obvious he knows what he s doing and cares about quality of his work. He does inexpensive rock chip repair as well, which I will definitely be coming back for from now on.. (I wish I knew him sooner! )

We got it replaced at safelite in Nampa took them 4 hours for a $100 more, these guys did it in less then 30 mins, very impressed very very impressed!

Was just passing through and got a large rock chip in my windshield on the freeway. I knew it would spread rapidly if I didn t get it fixed asap. First place I tried did not take walk-ins. After only a short wait Gary got my chip repaired and I was on my way. Probably saved me from the $ of a new windshield, and the repair looks great. Thank you.Service: Auto windshield repair

I went in to get a small rock chip in my windshield repaired. I was in and out in 15 minutes. You can't even tell it was damaged to begin with, it looks amazing. They also noticed my trim was missing on both sides of my windshield. I actually bought my car a few months ago from the Chevrolet dealership in twin. When we noticed a slapping sort of sound when we got up to speed they told me it was just the license plate holder slapping. Turns out both sides of my windshields trim were loose and they flew off shortly after I purchased my car while I was doing 80 on the interstate. I purchased the parts for it but hadn't been able to repair it yet while it's been cold out cause I don't have a garage. This wonderful gentleman offered to put my trim back on for me no charge!! I was so happy I almost cried after leaving. I will definitely be back to take him up on his offer. I've used this place before and came back this time because of the memorable customer service.. they do not disappoint!Service: Auto windshield repair

Gary has been in business for a very long time now, and for good reason. He has proven to be one of the best at what he does here in Twin Falls and will back up any work he does. He can replace anything you bring to him and can also help you with a quick fix.

I highly recommend Gary his prices are decent and they do amazing work. I recently bought a 2021 rogue I called everywhere and they quoted me $800-$1000 to replace I ll because they had to calibrate my windshield along with my settings in my car, when I called Gary, he was honest and I appreciate his honesty which goes to prove that some businesses are here to help not to steal or to rob people of their money. Thank you so much Gary you guys are amazing from paying $380 compared to what the other places were going to charge me due to they said it would take 4 to 5 hours Gary did it an hour and a half Kudos to you thank you again Service: Auto windshield replacement

Gary s Windshields is the best! We got a rock chip in our windshield on the way down to Twin Falls. We called Gary s at last minute before pulling in and he said of course he would take us! We were in and out within 20 minutes. Definitely the best pricing and customer service you could ask for. Despite living in Carey, I m sure Gary will be our #1 spot in the future. We were traveling through the area when we received a significant rock chip. Not wanting to wait for it to expand, we called Gary's at 11:30am and said he could get us in at noon. He fit us in and we were on the road again by 12:30. The repair looks great almost unnoticeable. I highly recommend Gary's!

Thank you. mr Gary Windshield he was so efficient. I called him and he asked for my VIN number. He called back and told me he got my car windshield in stock. same day I went over and I get it done less than an hour. In front of me were 2 car.He and his staff were so efficient . He told me not to wash car for 2 days . I can used my water jet on windshield because they used the best product and I love my new windshield. The excellent customer service was above and beyond expectations! Mike was phenomenal. The service done to our windshield was so fast and looked great! I received text messages confirming the appointment, reminding me about the appointment the day of, and letting me know when it was complete. In addition, Mike would also call and give me the update. He was so respectful! There was another gentleman that talked with me also and he was extremely nice as well! Five stars isn t enough!!Service: Auto windshield repair
