Honest and fair. I've never had a negative experience here and I've had probably a dozen cars worked on in their shop. The service is always fabulous and I appreciate the honesty and demeanor when we discover issues with cars that we didn't foresee. It's just a great business and Doug is a truly talented mechanic and just a great person. However don't go here because I don't want them to get discovered this is one secret I should keep to myself but they deserve the good recognition. :-)

We had a lovely experience with Doug at Custom. He treated us with respect and kindness, and helped us repair our truck in a timely fashion allowing us to get back on the road quickly. We felt that Doug was honest and transparent about the state of the repairs we needed, and the peace of mind we have as a result is priceless. Thank you Doug for your calm and kind demeanour.

Doug is a good guy, he s usually able to get to your problem without too much delay. His prices are reasonable, and he s also very upfront and honest about stuff if you just ask, especially if your not very knowledgeable about mechanics...

Top notch mechanic...honest fair knowledgeable very pleased to have doug work on a couple of my vehicles...no complaints from me..highly recommended for custom car work... hot rods..or stock vehiclesand one of the only honest guys left.
