My experience with the whole Addison Collision team was a 10/10!! I very much appreciated Monika and Kimberly's constant updates and overall communication! The quality of the repair was also a 10/10! The shop and technicians did a fantastic job. I never thought my truck would look as good as before the accident. Now, it looks better than before! I will use them for all my autobody needs and strongly recommend them to others! Cheers!

I took my car in for a repair to the front end after hitting a semi tire in the road. Monika & Kim at the front desk kept me updated via text throughout the week as the car was repaired, which was very nice.All the the staff at Addison Collision was so professional and attentive to me with regard to questions about the repairs. They even helped me with my car rental.Eric, my repair technician, advised me of some other unrelated minor issues he discovered while working on my car and made sure I went home with nice, clean headlights and a new battery in my key FOB.When I picked up my car it was perfect and the whole experience went smoothly from beginning to finish.I highly recommend Addison Collision. They made a "not so fun" situation as pleasant as possible!

Driving from slc to sea, the hood of our car flew open right outside twin falls. We took it to Crach Champions and had excellent service. They made the vehicle safe to drive to get the rest of the way to sea. They were incredibly kind. Would highly recommend!!!

Bravo to Addison Collision. I had a cracked bumper and they couldn t have done a better job bringing it back to showroom quality. It s a fairly unique bumper, so I wondered how easily it would be to fix. From start to finish they sent me text updates and were all very friendly. Superb job guys

I had a great experience with Addison Collision Repair. They fixed my truck after a minor accident and made it look like new. The staff was friendly, professional, and honest. They also handled the insurance claim smoothly and kept me updated throughout the process. I was very impressed by their quality of work and customer service. Had an amazing experience getting my car fixed through Addison Collision!! The ladies in the front office were very nice and respectful and kept me very well informed through the entire process of my repairs. Their insurance rep was awesome and helped work everything out with my insurance so I didn t need to worry! The job is very well done with no complaints at all! The detail to my car was also a very nice touch! Thank you so much ACR for a job well done!! :)

From the time I contacted them about the situation with my car and when they notified me of it's completion they were just awesome! They always made sure that I was kept up to date on the repairs and when they expected it to be done. They were always very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Addision Collision is by far the most professional repair shop I have ever encountered. Repair was done almost a week sooner than estimated and was seamless. Even offered a second wash of the truck as I was picking it up due to dust or pollen settling(which was appreciated but declined). Great service and great people!

They do very good work. They get five stars in how they communicate with you on how your repair is going. They are super friendly from the time you walk in, to the consultation on the job needed, and always answer your questions with a no dumb question approach. 10/10 RECOMMEND! This is our 3rd time using Addison Collision. Each and every time we are beyond impressed and somehow each time more impressed! They are thorough, friendly, fair, communicate super effectively, and way fast. They got my vehicle done WEEKS before the quotes start date even with delayed shipping still post Covid. They detailed out my entire car and bagged all of my belongings for me that were spread all over the car after the accident. I bought this car brand new and after they were done with it it was in that condition again and smelled like a new car!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Brakes

We had a large truck blow a tire right in front of us on the freeway, damaging our car's undershield and front bumper. Addison agreed to look at it that day, even though it was only a half-hour to closing, and did a quick fix that should get us all the way back to Alberta. The hinges on my back hatch door on my SUV cracked so my door wasn t usable. I live in NV and called Addison collision they got me in right away.When we got to TF they said they would try and get it done by the next day since I have a toddler and didn t have a second vehicle for transportation.They went above and beyond and had it done by that afternoon!!Their customer service is top notch and I highly recommend them!!Service: Body & Trim

Everything was done in as timely a manner as they could manage, considering the insurance company of the person that hit me was not making negotiating very easy. Monika at the front desk helped me feel much more comfortable after explaining to me a lot about what they were going over and why it was taking a while. Addison Collision did a great job repairing my car. They were friendly knowledgeable and communicated throughout the whole process. They even had text and updates so I could track my car s progress throughout the repair. They also had my bill posted online so I could refer to it whenever I wanted to. Great experience and I will recommend it to everyone.

Excellent communication and detail. Someone was tired of waiting at the McD's exit onto Poleline and backed up into me. I first went to someone else and wasn't happy. So glad I retracted that bid with the insurance co. ACR took care of me Supremely. No hassles, just Professionalism at it's finest. A clean car in the dead of winter was an added Surprise!

Took my car in to get fixed in February 23 and got my car back and the radar for the brake was acting up so they took my car back . They took care of it. Well my car was acting up like what it was doing when i got it back. They took it in and took very good care of my car. I just want to say Thank You very much. Excellent business to deal with! Do not hesitant to use Addison Collision Repair. To start, the wonderful ladies at the front desk are professional, pleasant, understanding, and accommodating. Their staff is highly trained, well skilled, detail oriented, and knowledgeable. We ve had two vehicles repaired by Addison Collision Repair and they knocked it out of the park. The body work and paint work completed on our vehicles was impressive to say the least. They are by far the best and know exactly what they re doing. Not only do they do an excellent job at repairs but they stay in touch throughout the whole process by providing updates and informing you of any delays that might occur. Overall, very satisfactory service by Addison Collision and their team of experts. I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My Jeep got doored pretty badly in a parking lot, so I took it in to Addison Collision to have the scratches buffed out. When I picked it up the outside looked perfect. I didn't expect that they would do anything else as the price that I was paying was so minimal, but I was pleasantly surprised when I got inside and the interior had been completely detailed!! The detail technician, Shiny, did an amazing job. It looked like new!! It could not have been an easy task as I have a German Australian Shepherd that leaves spades of hair wherever he goes. I had planned to have it detailed professionally this spring. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone at Addison Collision Repair for a job well done and for going above and beyond!
