On 26 December my truck, a 2002 Ford F-350 diesel, broke down just outside of town as I was driving from Boise back home to Las Vegas.I contacted my insurance to set up a tow truck for a tow to the Ford dealership. As the tow truck was on its way, I called the dealership but found that it would take 2 weeks until they could get to my truck. So I got recommendations from the dealership's service department and one was Craig's Automotive. I called them and they said bring it on in and we'll take a look at it.After we were dropped off at Craig's they immediately looked at my truck. As I waited in the lobby with my dogs, a mechanic came in with a bad tensioner unit from my truck. After explaining why my serpentine belt was shredded, the young lady at the front desk ordered the replacement part. She quoted me a price around $450 (I don't remember the exact quote).No long after that a guy came in with the part and the mechanic took it and replaced it. After he took the truck on a road test it was time to pay. That's when I knew I had found the right place to get my truck repaired.As I went to pay, the young lady told me the quote she gave me was calculated using a parts store that indicated they had the part needed. They didn't! That necessitated her calling another parts store and they did have the part! In fact, it was around $60 cheaper than the original parts store. They passed the savings along to me.I would never had known the difference had she not been honest about. Additionally, I was thinking I might have to stay a day or two to get the truck repaired. When all said and done, my dogs and I were back on the road within 2 hours! WOW!I highly recommend Craig's Automotive!!!

The whole group at Craig's Automotive is hands down the best I have ever encountered anywhere. The front desk (Cami) to the techs. There aren't any better. Their work is top notch AND honest as can be. They kept me from over spending on something I didn't need, and diagnosed my car and fixed it. There isn't any need to go anywhere else. I can't say enough about them.

I'm very happy with the work that was done on my truck. Customer service was very professional at all times when I had checked in on my truck. My Deferential is the best I have had since I had bought the truck. Price was fair for what all needed done, Good mechanics!

Craig's is a wonderful caring automotive shop. We came to them with motorhome brake issues that no one else would touch. They had our parts and repairs done all in the same day and had us on our way. I only wish they had a shop in our home town, they would get all of our business. And thanks to them we made it home safely with no more snafus. Hugs to all at Craig's Automotive Muffler.

I was passing thru Twin Falls when my vehicle broke down. Other shops I contacted told me about the wait I d have leaving my vehicle. Craig s understood my situation and did the best they could to get me back on the road and back home! Ryan the tech was on the money with his diagnosis and repairing the vehicle, and Kammi, the front end person was awesome in continuing to update me the progress on my vehicle. They come highly recommended by me!!

These guys and gal were amazing. Had a bad fuel pump 120 miles into a Boise to South Carolina road trip. Cammy got me in even though they were swamped. The mechanics stayed after quitting time to make sure I could get back on the road. When I went to pay the bill I was shocked at how reasonable it was. Labor and parts were amazing. Thanks guys for everything. You saved our trip.

I broke down in Twin Falls (throw out bearing on my clutch failed). Craig and his team were fantastic help and overnighted a new clutch repair kit for me and helped me to get back on the road again. They were very helpful and quick. Very professional. The price of their catalytic converters is a bit expensive. Other than that, their prices seem decent. They have a whole rack of keys on the wall so they must do something right.

I had them install a new exhaust and they did an amazing job! Would recommend to anyone and they don't charge an outrageous amount like everyone else! For any mechanic needs I recommend 100%

Needed new chrome tips and new end pipes for dual exhaust so the new tips could be installed. In 2 hours they called and said the job was done. Very good job, reasonable prices, friendly staff. New tips very nice.Would not hesitate to use Craig's Auto again. Thanks for being a great local merchant.

This is the only shop I will trust with my trucks , I have used Craig and his crew , and family in the past for everything important I needed done , I could count on them always getting on my stuff fast and timely, I knew when it was finished that I could count on the issues it had being solid and done right, they never tried to sale me work I didn't need or take advantage of me in any way. This is by far the best and very knowledgeable place in the state.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair

Overcharged me requested 45$ for 5 minutes worth of work on my car, a quick fix. Quoted me hundreds of dollars of further work that didn't need to be done. These guys are not trustworthy.

I was driving across the country when my exhaust pipe rusted out from my muffler. Craig's was able to give me a cheap quick fix to get me back on the road! I am truly grateful for their amazing service!

I have had multiple vehicles in this shop. This mechanics shop can fix almost anything. He backs all of his work but never has to. Very professional with very competitive rates. I will continue to take all my vehicles to Craig.

My turbo went out on my way through Twin on a Friday afternoon and these guys made time to look at it. Craig even hauled my fifth wheel back to the house. One of the best diesel shops around. Very knowledgeable.

Jimmy is a solid dude. My truck was making some crazy noises and Jimmy took the time to run some diagnostics and look around for any issues. Turned out that my truck was okay....ish. Thanks for helping me out and alleviating most of my fears.

Amazing customer service!Check engine light came on and O'Reilly's said it was an issue with a vacuum line. So I asked around for recommendations. Craig's Automotive was recommended by the folks at O'Reilly's and Les Schwab so I took my truck in for repairs. They got it repaired quickly at a reasonable price.Check engine light came on a couple days later; took it back in. They had missed a section of vacuum line that had cracked. Fixed it for free! Didn't even charge me for the replacement vacuum line! As long as I live in Idaho this will be my auto shop of choice!

I went to get my exhaust checked for leaks, their customer service was trash. I felt like I was being judged by my age because I am a teen. They acted like I knew nothing and when they checked my truck for leaks it took 10 minutes for a 30 minute or longer job.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

These guys are awesome. Even Kami is a great asset to the business. They repair our vehicles in a timely manner.
