If anyone wants and good used car to see sam and country auto in twin or in jerome he help me get in to my 2014 buick verono and did everything he could and he is awesome friendly and he dose what he can to help do if u need a vehicle go see him and he will hook u up for sure this is my beauty I love my car

This place is a joke. I got this car 3 months ago and have driven a few hundred miles on it. I told them I checked the transmission fluid and it was burnt. So I take it to the so called shop they claim they have and the shop manager proceeded to tell me that I don t know how to check the transmission fluid..pretty much told me I didn t know what I was talking about. I then take it to the dealership that works on this specific car and they verify that yes indeed the transmission fluid is BURNT and overfilled.. so I was charged over $500 dollars from the dealership because their shop doesn t want to fix the problem. I have tried to contact the manager multiple times to at least have them pay for SOME of the cost but of course I have never heard back..don t waste your money. 0/10 would NOT recommend

So today has been an amazing day. I bought a 2013 Ford Fusion SE. I moved to Twin Falls with nothing. And I ve been more then overwhelmed using my Lambor..feetie lol but seriously I didn t think I would get approved. With out stating my entire story just know the struggle is real but Amanda is a amazing woman. and all the staff go above and beyond to make it happen for you. Used car with a warranty!!! That right there speaks volumes. I m forever grateful for Amanda and Country Auto. You helped me with one huge step in the right direction. Thank you thank you thank you.

We recently chose Country Auto in Twin Falls and worked with Sam. Our experience was AMAZING. They were no nonsense, in and out. Their buying program is GREAT as well. They are very transparent with the vehicles and what has been done. We look forward to doing business with them in the future. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS!!

I definitely would recommend this place to anyone to buy a first car or even their second! Sam is the one that helped us, he helped my husband and I find out first car that we financed, and I m beyond excited to continue this journey with them! Thank you so much Sam!

Awesome customer service!! I bought my buddy a car here as a surprise for Christmas and was treated awesome. I'm pretty sure Sam and Cass the gentlemen that helped me were just as excited as we were about it. Awesome experience.
