Needed tires installed on our motorhome. Was not able to get over to the shop till after 4 pm yet they were able to get me in still and completed before the end of the day. They installed 7 tires in total. Great work. Thank you! Rig rides smooth now.

Service is great. I work for franklin building supply and our trailer had a tire with 2 screws in it. We rolled In late in the day and they got right on it and fixed it without charge.

Brian Burgess is the best thing since sliced bread when it comes to customer service. Shay also does a wonderful job. As long as those two work there I will purchase ALL my tires there.

These guys always take care of me! Rotations, repairs, changes. I love the number of locations in neighboring towns for service calls and repair needs for traveling. Great workers!

The employees at the Kimberly Rd location are always kind, helpful and friendly. The pricing is right on point & the service is top notch. Commercial Tire is my families go to tire center. I highly recommend the Commercial Tire Kimberly Rd location.

Brian was great! He literally drove to me and saved the day when I got a flat tire on a road trip, and charged me NOTHING! Then the guys at an affiliate shop were able to replace my valve stem for FREE! SO thankful!

Very nice and pleasant personnel. Also very confident and thorough technicians who know what they're doing and what to look for. They helped me out of a really tough situation I was having with my truck tires. So if you have tire trouble don't hesitate to give them a call.

I came here to have my tires inspected before a road trip to Boise and I left with a bigger issue. Extremely unprofessional manager. They caused me an issue and didn t want to accept it and admit fault. Instead the manager tried to lie to me a couple times as to why it happened. If I didn t witness it myself in their waiting room I probably would have believed him. I came here to give this business a chance. It s close to my home and I need some repairs on my car. I m just saying there are better places to throw your money and faith into.Also, I went to Napa Auto Parts after and explained what happed to the man. He said he wasn t surprised a bit to hear that coming from Commercial Tire .Long story short..Napa Auto Parts was great, and I was able to fix my issue!

I've lived in the Twin Falls area for a long time, used many tire shops in the area, but Commercial Tire on Kimberly Road is my go-to now for any tire related work. Brian down there has a great operation with a great crew of guys to get work done quick and correctly. Never had any issues, they follow up to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction, and they genuinely treat me like a friend. Their prices are fantastic, they get my vehicles in quickly and get work done fast. Huge thanks to Brian and his team for a job well done!

Pulled in here because our brakes started screeching really bad and it was the closest place. Unfortunately they didn't have any available appointments and were booked all day, but the manager who heard us pull in made room to get us in!

I picked up a bolt in one of my tires about a mile and a half away at 6 am. I quickly Googled "heavy duty tire shop", and got over here to their yard as quick as I could before all of my are leaked out. By the time I got here, I had two flats on my trailer, Christmas Eve morning. I waited until they opened at 7:30 a.m. and they immediately got me in and turned around and gone within an hour. From the super friendly and helpful woman at the front desk, for the young guy getting wet and dirty first thing in the morning on Christmas Eve in the blizzard, thank you, thank you, thank you. You guys really saved my bacon today.

We had an issue with a tire on our motorhome- stopped in, they were able to fix it quickly and easily checked all our other tires and made sure we were topped off with air. Their customer service was fantastic! Thank you!

This store is top of the line when it comes to Serbians competitive pricing. I started going to them with my work vehicle because of frustration with another tire company and since then I have used them on all my tire purchases of my personal vehicles. I highly recommend using the commercial on Kimberly and seeing Brian Burgess when you are.

Got told it would take 45 min even though I am the only customer. Came back 1 hour later only to watch my truck get pulled in after other trucks being pulled out. Not away to run a business and then lie about being backed up and caught in the lie

Extraordinary friendly staff. Don't need an appointment if you have an issue with a vehicle. Safety review and assessments are free of charge and all flats and rotations are free if you buy your tires from this company. Have been going there for years have had no complaints.

This location is horrible! I took my new to me pick up in for an alignment. They had to make repairs before doing the alignment, labor charges were okay but I was charged for parts that were not installed. I thought I would give them another chance after my last pick up was ransacked and a seat cover ripped while they were looking for the spare tire tools that weren't put back after use. I will be driving the 40 miles to go to the Burley location from now on!

We were traveling thru, and had 2 tires that were about to go......stopped in this morning when they opened and they had the tires we needed, mounted on the wheels and back on the road only an hour behind schedule! Superior customer service! We thank you!

Great service and friendly to boot! My wife and I were passing through with a car fully loaded on our way from Bend, OR the night before to Grand Junction, CO. After getting in the car and leaving the hotel in the morning, the tire registered "very low tire pressure". Fortunately for us, Commercial Tire was directly across the street from the Chevron Station and so we had them take a look. We waited in the lobby (wife, dog and me) for about ten minutes while they diagnosed the issue. I bought brand new tires when we left Seattle ---- Commercial tire determined that the stem wasn't tightened. They fixed the problem, smiled and gave me back the key --- No Charge. Neighborly and just nice. I would recommend this place over and over. They deserve the great review and your business.

Went here after getting a flat tire while on a cross country road trip. The guys there got us right in with a new tire and balanced it in less than 20 minutes. Great service, fast, and pretty cheap. I definitely recommend them!

Very disappointed today. Made an appointment for an alignment. Dropped off the truck (2017 Tacoma), and they couldn't find an air chuck to put air in my tire before they aligned it. Then they gave up and all went to lunch. So I walked home. 6 hours later, I come back and they're just finishing up the alignment. I had purchased new tire pressure sensors for my aftermarket wheels, and asked them literally 5 times if they programmed them. They assured me they did. I get in my truck, and check my tire monitoring page, and its blank. Not reading anything. They assumed that since the light wasn't on, it was all good to go. Then, I tried explaining a problem with the lug nuts and how they're not compatible with my new wheels. They talked to me like I was an idiot and didn't know what I was talking about. Luckily I found the manager and he listened and helped me order the lug nuts I need. Last, don't buy tires here. Do your research. Commercial tire wanted 1380 dollars for a set of cooper ST Maxx for my truck. Discount tire in Boise wanted a flat 1000 for the same exact tires. Worth the drive if you ask me. Wasn't impressed with their work today. I think a job should be done right the first time and the customer shouldn't have to keep pressing an issue only to find out it's still not done.Edit:The manager (Ramon) saw my review and how frustrating my experience was. When I came back for my new lug nuts, he and the assistant manager personally worked on my vehicle. He sincerely apologized and ended up covering the cost of my new lug nuts. I appreciate a manager who responds to customer feedback and does what he can to make it right. Thank you

I will not take my vehicles any other place. I have always been treated great and they always communicate with me on what they are doing or if they find something wrong. Mark Burgess goes out of his way. He emails me quotes and in a timely manner. This is the tire store to go to. Great Job Guys!!
