I went to this location today just to vacuum out my car (mind you, I haven t stopped at this place in the past 2 years because of their shoddy car washes & vacuums). Thinking MAYBE their equipment was working better (foolish me) I put in $1.00 worth of quarters & nothing. The guy inside he would be the one to look at it, but he didn t have a working key for the vacuums, WTH!!!! He did however give me my money back. This place really needs to keep their equipment in working order or just shut it completely.

I went to the Oasis gas station to redeem a car wash I received from buying gas. My car wash voucher was going to expire the following day. Unfortunately the car wash was out of order, so I went into the store to ask for an extended voucher. I talked to the manager, her name is Sky, upfront she was very rude and unpleasant. She not only told me that she wouldn't extend my voucher but that "I should have come earlier." Almost mocking me for trying to redeem my voucher on the last day. She wouldn't give me her last name when I asked and she showed lack of professionalism and customer service. Very disappointed with the unhelpful staff. While this is just a car wash the real problem here is that for a small city like Twin Falls, we should expect and encourage the best customer service, we need each others business, and you just lost mine.

Spotfree rinse will leave very noticeable water marks and management will not do anything about it because no one else has complained about it. Wow, My vehicles have always been filled with techron, however after the way they handled this situation, they will never see or take my money. Beware that carwash facility is not properly maintained.

The cashier called the cops on me today when I tried to buy a beer she asked for ID, I produced it, she asked me to take off my hat.. I did when she asked me to take off my glasses I told her that I didn t need a beer that bad. She then had a nearby cop come and harass me. I AM 40 YEARS OLD!

Pumps play ads at you as you fuel up, with no way to turn them off. Really?!! You're already getting a fuel purchase! Well, now I will be fueling up elsewhere, because I am not a product to be accosted with advertising at every turn.

Tried to get a car wash and it would not take my card. So went inside and they where rude trying to explain why it was broke and had to pay inside. Employees were rude and I avoid this location.

Took my car through there car wash and the brushes ripped my passenger side mirror off my car filled out a report with the manager I was told they would be in contact with me to fix my car and never received a call for the station called back trying to get answeres and they won t five me the number to CorporateSo I m stuck fixing my own car will never use there gas station or car wash again

car wash is badly outdated and needs maintenance. self wash bays have no soap in the water.

Gas is pricey but I love the shipping center! Very nice and quick service. Use for shipping all the time go somewhere else for gas.
