i recommend this place for any collision repair. they had fixed up my driver side and my fender so well that it looks like i was never even in an accident. their environment is friendly and the estimater was thorough with his work along with the auto body tech that was working on my car. made everything seem like it was never touched.

Huge thank you to the whole team at Caliber Collision! I ve brought a couple vehicles here and they always take super good care of me and make sure to keep me up to date on everything going on with my car and repairs. Just got my Mazda 3 back after getting rear ended and it looks brand new! Big shoutout to Jose and Alan for taking super good care of me and working hard to make sure my car got the right parts. Definitely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs help with a vehicle or accident repairs!

I was impressed from the start. Friendly, immediate service provided by Alex. He was friendly and attentive through the entire process. I had a more challenging combination repair. Part of the repair was covered by insurance and part was my responsibility. They handled both in a timely manner with impressive communication to update through the entire process. My husband even gave them credit for work well done and he is picky about body work on cars. The best part was having my car delivered to me 65 miles away so I did not have to schedule off work to get rolling again. I would use them again in a heart beat, but I sure hope I don't have to.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

They need to clean the snow in their entrance and parking lot. Other than that the guys inside and everyone there are very polite and helpful! They do good repairs and were able to take care of my vehicle while dealing with a stressful time. Much appreciated.

I was initially impressed with their work but their warranty leaves a lot to be desired. After the car was repaired and driven 500 miles all kinds of electronic issues surfaced that had not previously been an issue before the accident. Repeated trips back to them resulted in unsatisfactory results. They pawned off the electronics to the local Toyota dealer to diagnose which then resulted in them telling me I had to pay for additional repairs that could not be contributed to the accident. SO THEIR LIFETIME GUARANTEE IS GOOD FOR 500 MILES NO MORE! Nov 5, great car > Nov 6, rear-ended > Feb 9, now I own a car with multiple electronic error codes.

I got into a minor fender bender and they fixed my vehicle to look even better than it did before. There was even a small chip of paint that wasn't caused from the accident that they offered to seal for free for me. I would absolutely recommend this place, they were very easy to work with and very friendly. If I could give 10 Stars I would

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. From the receptionist to everyone in the office. Jose came out and took charge and explained different repair options for my car. Went in detail how insurance determines the cost they will pay, and if I decide to change parts from aftermarket to original parts, what my cost would be. After I took it to the dealer and they realized that there was more damage, we called Jose and again he took great care of it. I had to deal with nothing. Even the rental car was ready for me. Thanks, Jose, for outstanding customer service.

This place is new so what the heck give it a whirl with your second largest investment that you own and see what happens. Everything went smoothly right from the start when alan Jose and Alex wheeled it in for the other 2 Jose's. I gotta tell you Jeff started ordering parts like it was going out of style and pretty soon they came in like clock work. Felicia at the front desk was outstanding everytime I had a question and before I knew it Sarah was washing it like it was her car and PRESTO MAGNIFICO Sarah tosses me the keys smiles and says how well she enjoyed fixing my car. If you would like a quality efficient perfect work either caliber collision in Twin Falls will not disappoint. If it would effect my insurance rates I'd cost back into a pole on purpose

10/10 recommend to work with caliber for any of your needs! Got into an accident and they got to work on it right away. For an item that was expected to take over 6 months to receive due to it being on back order- Allan and Alex were able to get it me sooner! They did an amazing job and communicated with me throughout the whole process.

We engaged Caliber Collision for a crash repair on our vehicle. They were terrific to work with, professional, courteous, and the communication was excellent. I received text updates throughout the process. The repair was flawless and the vehicle is stunning. I won't hesitate using them for anything else in the future.

After an overnight accident 120 miles from home, our car was towed to a Subaru dealership for repairs. Subaru was unable to help us and recommended Caliber Collision. We showed Caliber Collision photos of the damaged car and it was determined the repairs were more than the car was worth. They were very gracious and accommodating during a difficult and stressful time for me and my son. Allen and the Manager even made sure our second tow of the day (to the salvage yard they recommended) was scheduled and paid for. These men went above and beyond our expectations. I can only hope that the employees at Boise's Caliber Collision are as caring and helpful as those at this location in Twin Falls.

These guys I would recommend to anyone. They just recently opened so getting in wasn't to hard, but that's not going to last. From start to finish everything went smoothly. They also worked with my insurance a plus. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, I was kept update by text the whole time. The work was finished two days later than expected but with 2 holidays during that time I don't consider it taking longer. It was well worth it my truck looks absolutely great you wouldn't know there was any damage at all. If you have damage to your vehicle and are looking for somewhere this is the place. They definitely are going to be a very busy place very soon.Service: Body & Trim

Caliber collision was the best experience I have had with a body shop , most body shops in twin falls take forever and are inpatient with customers when it comes to customers stressed with unexpected damages . Caliber collision made sure I was well taken care of with getting the process of getting my vehicle in a good timely matter but most importantly with a great job on body work . In fact it really made me feel like more than a customer and more like a family . Way overpriced, had a quote for a couple scratches and was over $1700 went to another local body shop and was $700 less. Just looking to price gouge you just go elsewhere

I do not recommend this place at allThey did a horrible job on my car wires exposed when it wasn t even in the first place the passenger side (the side they were supposed to fix) is falling out of placeI left them an email and I never heard from them at allI believe if I return the car and tell them about their fault they ll just charge me even moreI DO NOT RECOMMENDService: Body & Trim
