Hands-down, one of the best autobody repair shops in town! My wife took our truck into the shop due to some damages that had occurred in an already stressful situation. David, one of the estimators ended up helping her. He made this whole thing really simple, stress free and easy to manage. He took excellent care of us and everything having to do with this. He dealt with our insurance sending them everything they needed and kept us involved with the whole process of repairing our truck.He would constantly keep us updated on when parts were arriving, and the current status of our truck. If we ever had questions, he was very easy to contact and would always gave us a straight answer. The work and repair on our truck speaks for itself. When we picked it up our truck looked even better than it did when we bought it. It seems like everybody who works there, from the estimator to the painters to the detailers who clean our truck take a lot of pride in what they do, we are very grateful and would definitely recommend our friends and family.

12/05/23 Update. My car looks great. The team at Caliber Collision did a superb job. The paint guy is awesome.David however is fantastic. He has a lot of cases he works, so he obviously super busy, but he always found the time to keep me in the loop. And I really appreciated that. He also went above and beyond dealing with the insurance, having to explain things to me, and deal with the holidays. He s a very respectful person, and his attention to detail and doing things right is awesome. He takes pride and ownership in his work.The accident was not fun, dealing with the insurance sucks. But I can honestly say I enjoyed working with David. My insurance company is the worst but I m very glad they recommended Caliber Collision because I got to work with him.I would recommend his team to anyone that needs repairs or fixes.11/21/23 I ve been working with David. He has been great to work with. He kept me the loop regarding my vehicle and explained what he could and couldn t do. He went above and beyond to look at my vehicle and ensure it got fixed.As well all know insurance sucks and they try and nickel and dime everything. Don t confuse them with the repair shop. David has done a great job dealing with being the middleman in the process.

The team at Caliber Collision did an awesome job on my vehicle. The gentleman Mike whom kept in touch with me made this situation painless and stress free. Mike kept me in the loop every step of the way. He listened to my concerns and took them seriously, he got answers to my questions and concerns. Caliber Collision and their entire staff were amazing to work with. Their work was professional and they definitely are well versed in their abilities. My only issue was out of their control and that was with getting the necessary part in on time to complete the work. Even with this unavoidable issue that was beyond their control, they were spectacular in their work and with keeping me informed both by phone and via text the entire time. If we are in need of help again, they will be our first call!

Great staff that welcomes you as you enter. The waiting room is very relaxing with a television for entertainment and they offer free popcorn and coffee for snacks. It was my first time going here and have had only the best service from them. I received an excellent quote and will see if they do as good as job on the car as their customer service...... to be continued.........

Man.. after several estimates from other shops. I pulled up to Caliber. Da man David was able to help me out and go over the estimate and how the process is. He made simple and stress free! Now I got my car back and she a beauty!Thank you David and Caliber.

Great customer service, text updates were consistent, and the estimated completion date was only moved out one day (with notice of this change being sent two days prior). The repair looked great - minus a tiny bit of overspray. It did seem like the color match was just a hair off, but I chalked it up to my car being exposed to the elements for the last 4 years and the new paint just looking newer.Service: Painting

The team at Caliber Collision made the whole experience stress free and ensured i was informed during the entire process. David communicated with me from beginning to end via call or text and in the end my vehicle repairs were completed sooner than expected. Happy customer!

Put my truck in a ditch 12/26/23 after hitting some ice on the freeway. Took it to these guys and had no issues up until I took it back home and realized the steering linkage was still jacked up even after confirming with them twice to make sure it was good. Took my pickup back to make sure it got fixed and went on vacation. Now that I m home and have it back the steering linkage is still not fixed. I will not be taking it back a 3rd time. The only reason this isn t a 1 star is because Alex is great to work with. Aside from that, their shop needs to do better.

Communicated very thoroughly and accurately. My Jeep was finished several days before anticipated and the vehicle repairs took place over 2 holiday days,Christmas and New Year s Day fell on a Monday this year,which is a normal work day! Thank you

I had work done at the 4th Ave location twice now and have never been disappointed my wife ran into the back of a pickup and took out the radiator and ac cooling part last winter. She was very concerned that the ac wouldn't work when it was done and how do you check your ac in the winter right. Mike Patterson assured us not to worry it would blow cold air in the summer. After doing a dumb thing (backing my car into the closed garage door at my car dealer's shop following a routine oil change), I was referred to Caliber for getting the repairs done. They took care of the damage I self-inflicted in a very efficient manner, keeping me posted as to the status of the work they were doing. A situation that, frankly, "sucked", they made more bearable, and for that I am most grateful. Customer service front-desk staffers were nice, and the guy who did the appraisal was very open and descriptive of the work they would need to do. I appreciated all they did for me, personally, in keeping me from passing out due to the stress I was feeling (first accident I'd had since 1979) and in their subsequent contacts, giving me updates on the work they needed to do.

I m I m so impressed with Clint and the guys at Calliber in Twin. From the greeting I got from the gentleman at the front desk (I don t remember his name ), to the service and communication while they had my car/Lola. I couldn t have been happier. But when I picked her up and she looked sooooo great .. I m totally impressed. I never met the guys/gals who actually worked on my car but A+!! I would recommend them to anyone/everyone. FYI .. they replaced and painted my front bumper and fixed/replaced the things that needed it. It matches perfectly and I m a VERY happy customer! Thank you!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great experience at Caliber Collision! They were able to take my car in a day after my accident & get the process going, this was great because I only had this one car to rely on. The receptionist is so friendly and helpful with explaining the process. Big appreciation to David Juarez who took the time to explain everything in detail going on with my car & gave me great advice on handling my insurance company (something he doesn t have to take the time to do) & because of this I was able to make a 1,000$ difference on my total loss settlement for my car from what they initially wanted to give me. This is my first crash so all was new to me! Thank you!

Caliber was fantastic with repairs to my vehicle. They did a great job, sent me frequent updates on progress, and even brought my vehicle to me at my job and returned my rental for me when I wouldn t be off work before they closed. Great customer service, and their techs do really good work. They walk you through each step of the process if needed and are always cordial and very kind (especially when you call them multiple times in one week ) All in I'd highly recommend Caliber if you need vehicle repairs done. From the moment I pulled my wrecked car in the parking lot to pickup the entire staff at Caliber Collision were phenomenal. A special shout-out to Clint who kept me updated every couple of days on the status of my car. Even though there were a couple of delays his amazing communication made the entire process a breeze and I knew what to expect. I was even more surprised when I picked up my car and it looked brand new, you couldn t tell it had even been in an accident. The teams work was flawless! Thank you.

Big shout out to Alex and everyone else at Caliber Collision. They are a great place to do business. They do quality work, and stand behind it whole heartedly. I hope I don't need this type of service again, but if I do this place is where I will take my vehicle.
