Great mechanic location with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'm just a bit frustrated that they upcharged a camshaft position sensor part 4x the price it really is.

Quick response and quick service, way better price than what I was quoted elsewhere, other places handed me a list of everything that needed worked on and a huge bill with no explanations. Bill s listened to what my concerns were regarding the sounds and feels I was experiencing, was able to pinpoint them, get the parts and not try to talk me into doing 20 other services to raise the bill. My car hasn t sounded or drove this well in almost a year and I can t thank them enough. I m not going to go anywhere else for car repairs. For anyone with a Nissan- I was able to have transmission fluid exchanged as well after being turned away from multiple shops due to the key that is used

I grew up with Bill. We suggested to our Pops Ralph Galford that he takes his cherished 1972 Ford 3/4 ton pickup that he ordered in "new" to get a fuel pump installed and a couple other little things done. (He is 88 now). Wasn't able to go with him. As always 'no worries'. They took awesome care of him and his awesome pickup. To who it may concern, tell Bill I said hello and best wishes. They are Johnny on the spot! Took my 2013 Chevy Impala cuz my exhaust sounded funny they diagnosed it in 15min and had it fixed in less than an hour. I would recommend this shop to anyone!

Huge shoutout to the crew at Bills Automotive! They are awesome and always get my vehicles back on the road. My Duramax needed the much dreaded water pump replaced and Clayton knocked it out like it was nothing. Highly recommend bills. When we were in town needed help to fix a muffler. Had an appointment for one day mistakenly came in two days early, they got me in and got me fixed that day. Good place, very friendly people. They just want to help!

I work at Premier AutoGroup and I've sent many customers to Bills over the last year as well as had them work on my personal vehicles. Anyways a friend I recently referred to Bills called to let me know how pleased he was with the experience. He is a older gentlemen and was very happy that they really listened to him and that they didn't take advantage of him when they easily could have.

I took my older vehicle to get a tuneup and oil change. The staff were friendly and helpful. I needed a new battery but was at work so they got a replacement and installed it for me. Their prices are reasonable and their staff are great. My car purrs now.

This place does a good job the few times I have called them. They not only fixed my problems and had extensive knowledge but they made sure I was aware of other problems that could become an issue in the near future.

A mechanic at Bill's Automotive called to say he had found the problem with my vehicle. When I asked if he was confident in his findings, his exact words were "I'm certain". He quoted $310. To save a few dollars, I asked if I could supply my own part as I could get them at cost through a family member. Yes, but he couldn't guarantee his work. For the guarantee, I agreed to pay the $310. His "repair" did not fix the issue so I took the vehicle back and was charged another $70 to replace a different part. Explaining the situation to the receptionist, she thought they should refund part of the original $310 since the mechanic misdiagnosed when he said "I'm certain" and guaranteed his work. The mechanic came in to talk to me with the owner standing over his shoulder. He refused to guarantee his work. That was off putting enough but more so that he was condescending in the process. Even more distasteful was the owner not saying a word. Mistakes are understandable. However, to so blatantly refuse to correct them when it cost others money shows a lack of integrity. In hindsight, I should have paid heed to the other bad reviews elsewhere on the Net.

They were very professional and had my truck up and running same day. It needed a new gas pump and they were very quick to diagnose the issue and have it resolved. I will be using them again in the future.

At Bill's Automotive, Tom was awesome and thorough in checking out my truck, testing all parts to pinpoint the cause, and explained everything to my understanding. I believe Bill's Automotive employees, (especially Tom) are a perfect example of knowledge, experience, expedience and most importantly, honesty. I will recommend them to all.

Repaired a lot of things on my 1992 VW. They were able to convert my AC to the new refrigerant so it would work again. Very reasonably priced. They were great!

Really friendly people. Was driving through the area and my engine started making a loud noise. They didn't have the time to squeeze my car in that day, but they still gave their time to listen to it to referred me to a mechanic who could look at it.

I dont recommend this place at all a friend of mine took his car here to fix his cut exhaust up and the guy refused to do the back portion because it didnt have cats on so he asked him just to do the muffler delete which is perfectly legal but the guy refused to do it because it was off the car he didnt want to put the exhuast on or help us out in any way, i belive his name was bryan, he slammed the cars hood really hard and took the car off the lift fast and hard. The lady at the desk was very kind and helped us out in any wat possible.

These guys are stellar, don't know what all they do here but I travel 65 miles to take my rigs here for exhaust, shocks. This is the spot to farm out your extras for sure

Went in to get my exhaust put on my car at the standard rate when they threw in an extra $200 for the job with no clear answer as to why I was getting upcharged. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
