Got told if the trunk to a car was not in good shape I could take the lift supports off of it. Then get told later on that I couldn t do just in case someone else wanted it. What does that even mean? People can rip entire motors out of cars but I can t take that? Absolute nonsense!

Got a price quote via email with Mark at Barger-Mattson to purchase a wheel. First let me say, this guy either doesn't know proper email etiquette or purposely shouts at everyone he talks to, since he chooses to use all caps in his correspondance. When I asked about doing payment online via their website he said "DONT HAVE A WAY TO DO ONLINE BUT YOU CAN CALL ME OR EMAIL IT TO ME" Who would be dumb enough to email a credit card number to a company? When I sent him a photo of their website showing an online payment method, he didn't respond back - apparantly, he didn't want my business. If this is the way these guys do business, they must lose quite a bit of business. Needless to say, I didn't do business with Mark or Barger-Mattson.

Brendon was excellent and his communication and proactively letting me know condition of parts. Had it already as agreed upon at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend

Barger-mattson is a great place to spend your time pulling your parts. If you dont have access or tools to do that, No Problem! They have a parts puller there who gets the job done! Great place to visit!

They are mismanaging their business. Claim they are backed up 60 orders and it takes one week to get parts. I gave them four days notice. They lost $800 for my order. I couldn't get 4 modules and two seats... Just pay workers more or run part time shifts.

Don t call with one price and take payment then call and try too jack me around for more on shipping. Not my fault you didn t calculate properly. Honor your quote or don t bother opening the doors.

show room prices, place is now being ran by a bunch of asholes, over priced. I RECCOMEND ANYONE VVHO SEES THIS TO GO TO JALOPY JUNGLE!!!! there 100% cheaper and nicer. and they dont scrap cars in 5 minutes after getting it

Great prices! I have a 1992 state police bronco, they gave me a hub cover for the front wheel and it was only $5! These guys are great! Who ever leaves bad feedback for these guys is full of sh$t. The prices are great! And every time I went there the guy with a beard is very friendly and never over charges....

I've been going to Barger for years for used parts small to large. Mark and Curt are great guys who really know how to treat people. Their selection is great, but their prices are on the high side.

They no longer allow you to go pull your own parts. Man on the phone there today said it's been their policy since 2015, yet I've pulled parts off of vehicles in the yard countless times since then and as recently as a few months back. Don't know why they're doing this now, but it's pretty unfortunate.

I order in transmission for 2009 ford escape they spend 2weeks for have the part pulled and later bring transmission to my house take the broke one off from my car very disappointed the one buying from this guys no fits my car I back to store they said keep 20% I pay for restocking I don't return just want the right part terrible this people unfortunately im a man work to survive day to day sad for my someone need file a complaint with this persons

Parts as good or better than rating on car-part.com website. Very organized yard with good selection of what I needed for domestic and import. Good customer service. I am ASE certified, been in alot of wrecking yards. Everything went smoothly at BargMatt, no hassle.I would buy from again.

Went to go look at a truck bed they assured they had but came to find out after a 5 hour drive that they had sold it a week in advance, would not recommend going here

I drove 7 hours to get parts from them they were reasonably priced a great staff that knows their inventory and worked with you on getting what you need at a affordable price.

Traveled two hours for a part they assured my husband they had and was in "pretty good" condition, but they did not even have the part when we got there.

Last time I'll give them my business. I called asking about a part to pull for my car, they said they had it. I came in the next day and went to the desk, they told me it was out in the lot, so I took my tools and proceeded to work on removing the part for 1 & 1/2 hr. At that point somebody rolled up and said "Hey man I'm closing the yard, I need you to leave."At this point the only step I had left was to feed the wiring up through the steering column.I told him "I just need like 5 more minutes to get this part out."He responded "I don't have 5 minutes." and drove off to the gate. I tried to finish getting it out but couldn't after a short time, so I packed up my tools and went to the exit.The same guy told me "Next time you need to check in." (If you've been paying attention, then you know I did check in.)I ignored him and walked to my car because I was already very frustrated, and didn't want to snap at him. I put my bag of tools in the car, and left.I came back the next day and went straight to the yard. There are no signs saying that you have to check in before entering the yard, and I didn't really think about it.I went in and pulled my part (BTW took me about 4min.) then walked out to my car. I started to drive across the street to pay for it, when two large intimidating men came out and approached me. He started by aggressively pointing at me and saying "You need to check in before you go out there." (Granted he's totally right here, I should have checked in.) "Last night we had to chase you out of the yard, and my guy said you ignored him 3 times before you left." (see story above. He only approached me once.) "And then you took parts with you." (all of this was stated aggressively with a finger point at me.)At this point I was boiling on the inside and looked him dead in the eyes and said equally aggressively "I did not take parts last night."Here he back pedaled a little. "Well you left with something in a bag last night." (MY tools) "You don't go in there anymore, if you need parts you call us and we pull them. We have your licence plate."Upto this point all I said was "OK." to everything except the accusation of theft.He and his backup went back over to the shop, and I drove over and paid for my part. The man who has been yelling at me this whole time rung me up and didn't once apologize. He did say that he remembered me checking in yesterday, but that was the only thing he loosened up on. I paid for my part and left.He had no right to accuse me of theft, and overall my experience with the staff was rude, and threatening. I will not bring my business back.

These guys are a joke , I m mechanic and these guys have been really rude and unprofessional , they talk to me like I have no knowledge or understanding of my craft. Do no go here! I repeat do not go here , save your time and money and try elsewhere. This is why jalopy is on top of these so called professionals.

Man I had a list of parts I was hoping to walk out with only two parts I asked for were too high as if brand new plus guy at the counter had major attitude this was my first time at this business and my last this guys attitude lost my business they are not willing to be negotiable or competitive that's basic business. I would not reccomend waisting your time here.

Inquired about an LQ4 engine. The counter guy had a major attitude and then quoted me $3,500 for a block, heads and intake w/ 120,000 miles. That's $600 at Jalopy Jungle. So many comments on here about attitude and unfair pricing you'd think management would sit up and pay attention.

Probably could be an excellent salvage yard if they ever had what u need and the service didn't come with a side of lip and large attitude that makes u wonder who is the customer or leaves u wondering if your just lucky there in business to offer u no help with 10 pounds of attitude
