I was trying to change my headlights and the staff were very helpful. They provided me with the right ones, lent me tools, and even assisted with the installation. Amazing team

The new young lady was very helpful. She even helped my lift my hood and put the oil in my car for me. Being a Senior Citizen, I used to have my eon do these things ror me. Hut he moved to Boise . Her willingness to help me was awesome.n

I zipped into AutoZone with a face more confused than a chameleon in a bag of Skittles, desperately in need of a lug nut adapter. Like superheroes in a car care comic book, the staff swooped in with lightning speed, probably faster than my grandma on her mobility scooter! Before I could say "Where's my lug nut?", they handed me the perfect adapter, as if they had read my mind (or maybe my panic-stricken face). I was out of there quicker than a hiccup, armed with my trusty adapter and a smile wider than my car's front bumper. Hats off to AutoZone - not all heroes wear capes, but they sure do know their way around a toolbox!

Almost every time I go in they have what I need and if not they can order it and you get it within a few days. Fast, friendly and good service.

I remember coming here about three years ago with my motorhome and they tried to sell me golf cart like golf cart batteries for my motorhome. What s wrong with this picture?

I do quite a bit of business at this location to do pretty good every now and then they get a new person in the might mess something up but typically if they've been there for a while they're on the ball and decent prices

Just went in to have someone look at a rather simple problem and the man who helped us, Shawn Hopkins, was about the rudest person I've ever met. The second I laid eyes on him I knew he was unfriendly. Very poor customer service.

After a great and informative phone conversation and upon learning my part was avaliable at a fair price with life time warranty I proceeded to this location where my request was promptly handled and I'm back on the road, GOD BLESS AMERICA

Went in today for new windshield wiper blades, and the person that waited on me was so nice and put them on my car for me. Every time I come in here I get the best customer service and everyone is so nice.

Needed some sun shades, we didn't see them at first but a staff member was really helpful and pointed us in the right direction and gave some good recommendations. Good experience. Parking was easy.

Zero stars for this place if i could. Said sir i wish i got his name but i walked out of the Twin Falls location so quick. I went to Autozone for help, and i have never experienced an a bad experience at the Autozone at the Jerome location so being in Twin Falls i decided the visit this store, i asked sir if he could do a diagnosis on my car, before i could finish; he said "no, you can do it." And tried handing me a device i know absolutely nothing about. So i started walking out without saying anything and he tried explaining that employees don't like to get into other peoples vehicles. I just walked out. I had no words and went to Oreilly's Who were very helpful, informational.

I was in emergent need of a car battery and the auto shops were closing. Not only was this place open but tested and installed a new battery, something I couldn't do on my own. I have never been disappointed with the service or prices at this place. Thanks to Cameron for the great job he did with the install and to the assistant manager for helping make sure I was taken care of!

We walked in with car issues and were trying to get a diagnostic report done for a check engine light that had come on while traveling to Boise from Salt Lake City. An employee immediately came out and took the diagnostic report. He ran the codes in the computer and recommended a possible part to purchase in order to fix the issue. Fast, kind and helpful. I was grateful.

Always a helpful employee in sight. I love that I can go and get just the amount of particular screws or likewise accessories and not have to buy what I don't need to get what I fo need. Reasonably priced with just about a little of everything.

These guys are awesome! They will connect their device to your automobile and give you a printout of the diagnostic results even if you have no reason to buy anything from them. If you need a part they have it and even help you understand how to use it. Awesome service!

Just needed a new wiper blade and the employee helped me pick it out, install, sign up for rewards and pay in about 5 mins or less. So quick and helpful! I really appreciate prompt and polite service and that s exactly what I recieved!

There was one fella standing at his computer and a line. He was very quick at helping everyone (while his co worker helped 1 fella) this fella helped 4 people including me and I was out of there in about 5 minutes. KUDOS TO YOU FELLA

I am very grateful for the assistance at your store. We were heading home when our oil cap came loose and dropped off. We were just leaving Wells, NV. We called, they had one in stock but we were running too late. Anthony Dement rang up the sale through our card and said he would wait until we got there. I went here for a truck exterior door handle I was visiting family and I was leaving I believe that day it was either the juck yard or autozone I really thought it was going to be a junkyard I need it that day but to my surprise they had both types of handles in stocks that the model of truck came with five stars for this autozone

Went in there looking for a tow hook insert. Both of the guys in there convinced me they were car specific. I said they look like they are and he said yeah well they are not. very argumentative and uneducated aswell. they are indeed semi-universal, figured that out when i payed a tow truck to come tow my car. assume you are talking to Patrick the star fish with these guys.

Just crashed my new BMW motorcycle north of Twin Falls, hit a new to me, Idaho phenomenon, the dreaded "Potato Slick", caused by a large dump of nice looking Russet potatoes. Realized that as I was trying to maintain control, I lost, went down, messed up my bike. Potatoes on the pavement are slick!!The folks at Auto Zone had the tools I needed to straighten up my handlebars, let .e use the rest room......just to make sure, everything was fine. And am now on my way again!!Thanks crew, you're awesome!!!!

I was not a very pleased customer! When I walked in one was on the phone and one was just Milling around. I walked up to them and ask for help. The young one stood at the counter and pointed which direction I should go instead of taking me there and then he yelled across the store directions. Then I had to ask for assistance at my car. By that time older one had gotten off the phone and helped with no problem. I don't know maybe the younger kid was new but you should never yell across the store you should actually take the customer to the point they need.
