I appreciated the effort at chasing down issues I am having with my truck s transmission. Periodic issues the hard to find, they even made time to stop in at my house and test drive my pickup while it was cold and I had the issue recur at home.This truck is kind of my baby/project so it s important to me to have people that go the extra mile.

Great mechanics. Great prices. Descent people to work with. Even gave me a ride home while vehicle was getting repairedA few of the the only honest mechanics I know in the area would highly recommend.

My husband was quoted a price on a transmission repair without them even looking at the vehicle. Quote was based on what he said he was was having issues with. Took the truck in .They started the work immediately. Had a couple of gliches but had the truck to us with in the week. The bill.........was exactly what was quoted. Fine job.

They were fast to diagnose my car and fix it. Other places wanted to wait for a month to even look at my car.Alltech diagnosed my car, and fixed it in a afternoon. At a price that did not break the bank. Grateful!

I didn't get my car checked because of reasons I'll explain. I made an appointment to go get my car checked and I went in about 20 minutes early. The good thing was the mentions of this place I got from my mother. I quickly learned the opposite1) The person I called was rude to me and wasn't nice at the end of the call. I'm sorry but that is a bad first impression and I started to doubt the possibility that things would go well. Yea he wasn't able to hear me well but when he was he was completely rude. The rudeness didn't stop after that. When I went in and started to talk to the guy who I assumed was the same guy that I talked on the phone he was just as rude too.2) He wasn't helpful and quickly put his hand out asking for the keys to my car without even saying hello. He then asked if I had a ride home. The first thought that came to my mind was that I wasn't informed on this and when I told him he didn't say anything. The second thing that came to mind was that it shouldn't take more than 20-30 minutes to look at my car which anyone is capable of waiting for.3) When I asked for an estimate of how much it would cost to have it looked at he said and i quote, "I don't know I'll have to look at it first." That's not being helpful at all and avoiding my question.To anyone that reads this review I take great pride in my car even if it's pre-owned. I won't be calling these people again unless I get an apology for the rudeness that happened. I didn't feel welcomed and I was treated a LOT less than a valued customer. 1 star for the complete rudeness and bad customer service.

The men that work here are so nice and will take care of your needs. Unfortunately, along with all the other automotive shops in Twin Falls, they don't work on hybrids.

Doug and Tom are always great to work with especially if it's an emergency they tend to move you to the head of the line tend to be a lot faster than most other places

Fixed everything right up! I had a broken alternator belt and a busted water pump. They were quick and efficient and it was cheap too!
