Had to delete my oil cooler on my 6 2 diesel, so I was in need of some brass fittings and high pressure line.They let me behind the counter to view their assortment and bring what I needed to the counter.

I ordered parts for my car. The Guy answering the phone was very knowledgeable & helpful. I had to wait a few days for parts. I had checked prices at other Auto parts stores. They had the best prices. Plus I got a big discount, too. I saved $50... However, when I picked up the parts, I also needed to buy spark plugs. I was asked what type of motor?!?! It's a 4 cyl. I now know there are two kinds of engines for this vehicle ...Well, since I didn't have my car with me, I didn't know. So I didn't buy the Spark plugs.FYI... if I was asked at the time of ordering other parts, I could of checked the car...Then I would have bought all parts at the same time....Always learning ...

Simple. They had the parts I needed.The thing that stood out most was the customer service. 10 star rating if I could. Hands down the most respectful and helpful place I have been in years. They let me park my 18 wheeler in the parking lot as I tried to fix my reefer and even let me stay overnight. Not only that but later when they had a BBQ in the back and asked if I would like to join.Great afternoon crew. And I truly thank those awesome guys.

Skateland down the road from you guys sucks, they were very rude and the manager has the intellect of a 3 year old, 0/10 would not recommend, advanced auto parts is killing the game. Keep up the work, and being better than skateland. 10/10 would recommend Advanced auto parts.

2022 06 04 Saturday - website and Google says open until 9pm, go in at 630pm, open sign on, doors locked, zero signage about hours.Wish their website and Google would update their new hours and keep missing inventory in check better.Decent staff, usually have parts ready to pickup, thanks!15mar2022 - happy to have the oil change and filter ready to pickup from my online order just wish there was a way to deliver or pickup without someone having to punch it in the system. Can be a long wait if there's a line of people...22jul2022 - annoying online ordering system saying all the oils I want to use are not in stock, but on the shelf...

It's okay going there but I would prefer to shop at the cheapest auto parts stores normally it takes me to like O'Reilly's

HORRIBLE customer service. I went in and asked for help to find a product to get some sunscreen off the exterior of my car. They sold me WD40 and said it would work. When I tried and it didn t do anything at all I tried to return it. Apparently any chemical products can t be returned. Next time I ll go to Walmart where it is cheaper and accept returns.

Nice store pretty decent prices. How do I compare between Napa AutoZone and O'Reilly's? Well they each carry slightly different brand of parts. I guess only time will tell how long things do last on the purchases I made. I chose Advance this run for headlights they were about 30% less money for the basic one that I needed.

Had a great experience, didn't have the part,i wanted but they asured me they can get it. When all else failed they went and outsourced it for me. What company does that!?! 10/10
