This is a nice quiet little park located within a short drive from Yellowstone,Teton National Park, Jackson Hole, Big Springs, Mesa Falls, and many more. If you love to fish this is a perfect location to stay if you want to fish the miles and miles of the Henry s Fork of the Snake RiverThe new park owners have made numerous improvements with new graded and compacted level site with nice grass strips between the sites you can tell they actually care about there guests experience They have plans to continue making improvements by adding restrooms, showers, laundry as soon as the Town Council gets out of their way.Jim the parks host is an outstanding representative of park management and makes sure the guests have everything they need and is great for making recommendations for short day trips and activities. We will surely stop back in on future travels.

We loved this quiet little RV park. Very well kept. Neat and clean. Camp hosts were awesome and shared some great sight seeing locations that we would not have known about otherwise. Walmart close by. 77 miles to West Yellowstone NP and 77 miles to the Grand Tetons (different routes). Nice dog park too! Would definitely recommend.

Great quiet little park. They are doing a lot of work to make it even better! New shower house/laundry room, Pickleball court, enclosed dog area. We will defiantly stop here again in our travels!

Nice quiet campground off of the highway. We visited Mesa Falls and Grand Teton National Park. Shopping is not far either. Camp hosts are very nice!

I have stayed at Sugar RV Park now for four consecutive years and hoping to make it the fifth in 2024! What keeps me coming back is the outstanding attributes of this park and the exceptional Camp hosts, Jim and Janae. They are both very knowledgeable of the area, helpful, friendly, and accommodative. The relatively new owner is a visionary man.. forward thinking, and a very proactive participant in the many improvements that have taken place in this park. This place is nice, quiet and safe, there is no noise. It s location is ideal for all that southeast, Idaho, Yellowstone, and Teton National Park has to offer.I do not often write letters of review, Sugar RV park is something that I endorse and encourage you to Consider making a part of your travel plans.Dr. Jon David Brown

Great place for one or two nights! No restrooms or showers but with full hookups, we didn't need them. If you have kids, make sure to visit the Civil Defense Caves! Don't miss Mesa Falls and stop at Ole's for fresh Idaho Potato fries! Camp hosts Jim and Janae were awesome! Great stop before Tetons or Yellowstone.

A nice, clean, quiet, safe RV park. Pads are level and stable. Pull thru's are angled for easy arrival/departure.Very good tasting water.Sewer/water/electric all functioned very well. Excellent cell service, (we have AT&T).Located on the backside of the Tetons. A great central location for exploring the area.Lots of beautiful hikes/natural sites within 45-60 min. Very pretty country, in every direction. Close to many historic sites. Just over an hour travel to Yellowstone's west entrance, and without the crowds. About 45 min. travel to Jackson, WY.Incredible hosts were caring, friendly, helpful.Park will get even better with completion of bathroom/laundry facility. We will definitely return. Thanks!

Very nice & clean campground and very reasonable! The hosts, Jim and JaNae, were the sweetest people. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stop here again.

Nice little RV park that is open in winter! Located in business park with easy access to Highway 20, the park was quiet and well maintained. No rest rooms, shower or laundry at this time, however these upgrades are scheduled for Spring/Summer 2023. We enjoyed our one-night stay and would definitely consider staying again when passing through the area.

We enjoyed our stay, Jim was very accommodating at letting us stay a couple more days. They have a great dog park. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area. Will be extra nice when they get a laundry facility.

This campsite is a cute little spot right off the freeway. We stayed for one night as a pass through to Glacier and the camp host was so accommodating. It was easy to pay and get our spot. Hookups available.

Sugar City RV Park is a great and convenient spot! We stopped for an overnight continuing on further west. We called last minute when we needed a place to stop and they were very accommodating!! Clean, comfortable sites and beautiful clean dog park for our pooches!! Andy and Jim were both very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

This is the perfect RV park for long or short term. The camp host was fabulous! All lots are pull thru, they even have an extra faucet that is hooked to the well that you can wash your RV's with. The dog park is clean and plenty big enough and they are in the middle of building washer/dryer and bathroom facilities. The park is easy to get to and easy on and off of the highway. We are from the area and come back to visit our kids and grandkids and if the prices stay the same (or not too much higher ) we will definitely be back every year. Thank you!!!

Great little stopover spot. CampHosts are very nice, the coupon for Ole's was awesome. We might have missed that place otherwise, the burgers there are HUGE!Couple of full timers in there with nice folks, didn't get to chat it up too much when were there but it was HOT! So didn't get outside in the park much (but they can't control the weather), spent our free time at Yellowstone and some of the camp-hosts recommended places while we were there.Felt like a safe park, not too much to it. Spots were a little tight, not too much outdoor space, but not bumper to bumper either. We have a high energy dog and they have a bit of a grass area for immediate needs, but not much area to walk right there, unless you walk the street for a bit. But if you load em up in the car, heritage park in town is maybe 2 min drive and lots of room over there. I'd imagine same for kids, probably not a lot to do right there, but that heritage park a few minutes away had playground area and lots of activities going on with a little baseball field, playground area, etc...Would be nice if they had a laundry or something nearby, its a little bit of drive for that aspect. But Walmart and other basic stuff is not too far away (~10min). Definitely not a resort type place, but nice people, good hosts, clean and quiet little RV park :)

We stayed at Sugar City RV for 5 days and it was so comfortable. Site was super level, great water pressure, only wish they had laundry facilities, but the best part was our wonderful camp hosts Jim and J'Nae. They made sure we were taken care of and made our stay so much better! If in the area, please stop by there. Jim and J'Nae make you feel like your at home. 5 stars

Awesome park! We stayed on night but were treated like family. The park host, upon learning we were traveling on the 22 from Grand Teton national park, took the time to call us just to warn us about the 5 miles of 10% grade in both directions. Just in time to turn around and take the southern route along the snake river instead. Beautiful drive. And again, texted us to let us know the winds were picking up and to wish us a safe journey. I have to admit, I own an RV park and my hosts aren't even close to being this professional. This will be our "go to" park whenever we're in the area. And the addition of the laundry facilities will make it even better.

We stayed for 5 days over the 4th. Jim the host was wonderful and gave us great places to go other than the main attractions and also pointed out local places to eat. The park was well maintained and clean. Jim treated us like we had been friends for years. When we are back in that area we will stay here for sure.Robert and Sara Smith.

With Sugar City RV being a newly opened RV park the camp hosts were very helpful. After checking in they came to introduced themselves and let us know they were available for any questions or concerns to please contact them. After we were settled Jim sent us several links to amenities close by, sight seeing areas and great restaurants. We will definitely be back to stay at Sugar City RV park.

The only reason this was not a perfect rating is two issues which are already being addressed. There was no Wi-Fi at the site, and there were no bathhouse/laundry facilities. The owner is already working on these things, and I have no doubt they will soon be remedied. Otherwise, our experience with the owner in coordinating our stay, and with the site host during our visit, was the most enjoyable and professional we have had yet in our travels. Congratulation to all involved, exceptional customer service!!!

My husband and I are full time RVrs and we're delighted to stay at this park for two weeks. The park is very well kept and managed with nice green grass between spacious sites. Jim, the park host was so friendly and accommodating as we had mechanical issues and had to extend our stay a couple of days. I. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a sweet spot if you are traveling to/from Grand Teton or Yellowstone National Parks. Minutes away from BYU and the E. Rick's botanical garden. The camp hosts are terrific and will give you a list of other awesome Idaho sites to visit in the area. The RV park is clean, tidy and with enough room for a motorhome on all pull throughs with full hookup.Great Value, check it out

Smaller park with nice, level sites. They are a bit tight, but fit our RV nicely. Everything is clean and well kept. No pool, showers or bathrooms. But that's what the RV is for, except for the swimming maybe. Jim, the camp host, is a really nice guy and will help any way he can. We will be stopping here again when we pass back by.

Very nice RV park. Easy access and wide spaces. The camp hosts are so nice and supplied suggestions for things to do around the area. Have never had camp hosts be so helpful in all our stays at RV parks. Great hosts and thanks for a great stay.

We stopped over at Sugar City RV Park on our way to Grand Teton National Park. From the second we entered the park we had nothing but a positive experience. This was just a quick stop, so I had no expectations. It is an easy, convenient exit. The camp hosts were very nice and welcoming and even walked us 2 spots over to our camp site. The park is tidy, clean and very quiet -we even slept with the windows open and didn't hear a peep! There was plenty of room for my dog to take a few walks without invading anyone's campsite. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip down and I highly recommend this RV park!

Sugar City RV Park was great!! The park is clean with ample space for our 39 RV and tow vehicle. Jim, the camp host gave us some fabulous tips on places to see in the area and history also. We wanted to stay an extra day and even though they were full, Jim found us a spot that accommodated us for one more night. Great park and great people!!!

I lived at Sugar Rv Park for 15 months, it is an industrial park with tons of public storage on site, no amenities, you are forced to move to accommodate construction. The lots were recently redone and they are very soft and inadequate for big rigs.It is noisy, there is dog poop everywhere & it is substantially overpriced compared to better parks in the area.

Host was very nice! No showers, toilets or WIFI here as of 9/6/23. $45 seems a bit much for just a place to park and use the full hook ups. Paid less elsewhere for more...

We arrived and greeted by the charming Jim and JaNae. They gave us the run down about the immediate area and asked if we had plans while we were there. After chatting for a bit he text us a local waterfall and suggestions for our trip to Yellowstone and Teton park. We ate at Ole s , great burgers and fries and also stopped at a few other places he recommended. Now this park has full hook ups but no laundry or bathrooms ( in process). A simple, quiet place to relax after a long day of adventures.

Stopped overnight on our way to Yellowstone. Large, level pull though sites. Nice quiet park with easy access to US Hwy 20. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
