Unbelievable. These guys saved my bacon. I made a mistake when ordering online. I got back to the store at closing time. Blake held the door for me AND they had the correct part in stock. So grateful for good people and available parts. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with this store.

I live on the other side of town, but the Napa store in Star had the items I needed in stock, so I decided to place my online order there. My car battery was on its way out, which was the reason for my trip to Napa, and I had placed a pickup order for a compatible AAA branded battery. With the intention of just picking up my online purchase, I arrived at the store and was helped by Blake and Bryan. Both of them were extremely helpful, and Blake took the time to check the in-store price with the AAA membership applied vs the deal I got online. In the end, Blake was able to save me about $40 off of the online price and Bryan pointed out that the AAA batteries had a deal going for me to earn a bonus visa card rebate. Transaction to purchase the battery was fast and easy, cancellation of the old online order was quick, and I was able to return my old battery for the refundable core without any issues. Overall, I am really pleased by this Napa location, and I would be willing to drive to this store over the one closer to me because of the level of customer service that Blake and Bryan displayed by helping find me a good deal along with what I needed to get my car running again.Thanks!

Made my 63 yr old wife install her own battery that was a warranty replacement while they watched. Completely disappointed and will not do business here again.

I went here today to get a part for my car which ended up being a lot more involved than expected to install. I went back to rerun the part and go a different route for now. Robert the store manager was AWESOME! He did the exchange without any hesitation and made it right for my situation. I usually go to the other 2 main auto stores out here and it always feels like I m inconveniencing them with doing their job. Robert was a breath of fresh air to deal with and I ll be returning to this location from now on for all my auto needs.

I have had alot of good experiences coming to this location. The staff is usually really busy but they always assist me with my needs as soon as possible. I recommend coming here to get your auto parts. They are very helpful.

Customer service was a hit and miss my afternoon started out with a employee by the name of Katie was quick to tell me that they didn t have a part available and I found it hard to believe and when I came back hi spoke with another employee and with a little bit of digging we found both of the parts my shop needed, but it s happened a couple times she was quick to say no .And then today I came back to find a part I didn t know the name of and the manager just made me and the young man helping feel stupid and it just wasn t what I like to see when I come to Napa, step it up guys!

Just stopped in for an 0-ring. The lady behind the counter zipped around and found a nice selection of which I purchased just one. Then purchased some flush. She knew right where it was and I got what I needed and was out in record time. Thank you Carla!

Called the store to see if they had a Group 65 battery in stock. Bobby answered the phone and wanted to know the year and all the information on the vehicle the battery is for. I said it didn't matter, do you have a Group 65 battery in stock? Bobby was rude, very rude on the phone and said the only way to look up the battery was by application. I guess walking to the back of the store to see if the battery was there was to much for him. No effort or want to help the customer. Good thing I didn't ask to see if they had "D" cell batteries for my flashlight, I would have needed my model and brand of flashlight.

SLOW but nice. People were very slow and always seem to have computer difficulty. But they did put my windshield wiper on! Friendly and home town, but don t go if you re in a rush.

Super clean store, friendly staff always greets you either with a smile or a friendly greeting. If they dont have a part they take their time to help find what you need and get the product to their store.

Don't recommend this store when Bobby is there. Extremely rude and disrespectful! Sold me the wrong ball joints, and when I rented the press tool he gave me the attachments but not the press. Doesn't seem to know what he needs to be selling to folks.

It says they fix hydraulic hoses, well they dont. Got some excuse they dont have a bench to work on. Probably shouldn't advertise they work on them.
