It s been a while since I ve lived near a Les Schwab. I have always found them to be friendly, fair, and to do good work in the past. I went to this location this morning for a minor repair and they were very fast, friendly and helpful. Gabe really went the extra mile for us. We will be back. Thank you Star Les Schwab!

Wow! Best Les Schwab I have ever been to! Started the week off with an allignment on our Escalade, then dropped off my wife's camaro which has been in storage the last 10 years. Logan helped me on both and they were great! It was super-quick for both experiences and there were no lines! They were honest, telling me I did not need work on the camaro suspension when I thought it needed it. Definitely recommend for family and friends!

Wanted to thanks the folks at Les Schwab. Last August I needed an alingment after some work done at Star Tire (also great folks). Well, I need to new tie rod end bring the cost up quite a bit, but they showed it to me and I had the work done. Fast forward to the other day 4 months later while working the car, I realized the Bellows boot had come loose. I stopped and presented this to the Les Schwab and they were quick to check it out and make it right, it seems these boots are held on by zipties and over time had worked its way loose. Anyway, thanks guys, for us trying to keep our older cars on the road your commitmant and top drawer service is a welcome one.

Had an excellent experience with Doug. Nail in sidewall of tire. He was knowledgeable, patient and honest. Always back to Les Schwab we go.

Thanks to the team at Les Swab, I was able to get a flat fixed and my tires rotated without having to wait long. I appreciate the service Les Swab continually provides. Great job team!

I bought tires and had an alignment done on my vehicle about a year ago at a different location. Total price was about 1400$. I was sent an email reminder to get my tires rotated so I set up an appointment at this location because it was close to my home. When I came in to have the rotation done the person helping me said they did not see the appointment on their computer. I told them I received an email reminder about the rotation, that was when a different employee from the back informed me that all of the stores are their own location and that I need to have the rotation done at the location that I bought the tires from. They said they would do it this time but to keep in mind for next time.

We took my husbands truck here before a trip to have tires rotated and an inspection done on the vehicle. After the trip the check engine light was on so we had to go to an auto repair shop (unrelated to brakes). Upon inspection of the entire vehicle they told us the brakes were critically low to the point it was rubbing against metal we had just had the brakes and everything checked at Les Schwab not even 2 weeks earlier and they said it all looked great. Could have seriously risked our safety on our trip. I had always had good luck with the Eagle location and thought this would be the same for Star. Sadly not, we won t be back after not catching the extremely hazardously low brakes.

My experience here was great. They went above and beyond what I was hoping for and then told me there would be "No Charge today." I'd like to see more businesses treat their customers this way. Well done, Les Schwab & Crew

I purchased tires in 2021 and was unaware the brand I bought had NO warranty. I went in for a tire rotation and was told that two of the tires were showing "wear bar" which means getting worn down. The tires had just over 22,000 miles and on the so called warranty it shows a minimum of 30,000 for tires with warranties. I asked about getting prorated for new tires and since my tires had no warranty I was not eligible. Valuble lesson -- make sure you have a warranty. I was never advised of no warranty. They gave me a 3 price quotes and the very first one was the same tires I originally had with no warranty. So they would sell me the same tires that didn't last to begin with, not a great sales approach.The reason for 2 stars and not one the employees were nice, I know how hard it is being on the front line. So don't kill the messenger.

I've been a Les Schwab customer since 2005, but I think the customer-service attitude died with Les.I did my own tie rods, but didn't have the tool to tighten the tie rod to the steering rack. I waited until Monday to take the car in for an alignment, as Saturdays seem very busy. I walked in and asked if they had time to align my car today, and they said, "Not really... we do those by appointments now." I said, "That's fine, can I make an appointment?" They replied, "Well... we usually schedule those appointments online." I was trying to be easy going and said, "No problem! I can do that, but before I do, would you guys be willing to torque down the inner tie rod while you're aligning it?"They said, "No, we don't touch that." Now, I understand company policy, but they could have been so much more helpful. Perhaps, "I wish we could! But there's a company policy that doesn't allow us to do that." That sort of phrasing would have landed so, so much better! At that point, I politely said, "I'll try another shop" and excused myself.I went down to Bruneel, and the guy behind the counter greeted me with, "Hi! How are you today?" He cheerfully agreed to torque down the tie rods during the alignment, asked a couple of questions about the replacement I'd done, and asked if he could keep the car for a few hours.Thinking back to Les Schwab, it felt like they were actively trying to turn me away before I even asked about the tie rods. After 17 years, I think I'm completely done with Les Schwab. My next set of tires will come from Bruneel.

My first time at Les Schwab. Needed new tires and had an issue w/ Ford lug nuts (capped, swollen, stripped, etc.). Jeff was able to get them off, mount new tires , and replace the lug nuts. Now I don t have to worry about getting getting a flat and not being able to change my tire because the lug nuts are all jacked up. Tammy was very nice and got my tires ordered and appt scheduled in a timely manner. Very good experience.

Wow, just wow. On two separate occasions I have been blown away by the speed and professionalism at the Star Idaho store. Visit 1. Went in at 4pm needing a wheel bearing replaced. I was on my way home at 436pm, with said bearing replaced. Visit 2. Purchased a pair of tires that required being ordered. Dropped my truck at 8am with instructions.I expected to be contacted after 2pm possibly later. At 11 am I got a call letting me know it's ready. I will gladly continue to put my family's safety and confidence in Les Schwab. Special shout out to Tammy and Doug. Tammy was so helpful getting account info squared away and doug took some directions and nailed everyone. Great eye for detail all the way around. Thank you Star Idaho Schwabbies.

Stopped to put air in a tire I had plugged yesterday. The young lady was happy to help. As I was starting to remoce the spare a young man named Logan, who works at the location walked out to me and offered to help. A minute and a half later I was thanking him for his kindness. Saved me time and frustration. Got my business, I need brakes done and this is where I'll be heading.

After weeks of difficulty and every issue, these guys/gals were absolutely amazing. If it could go wrong, it did. But this place found the problem and fixed it. I couldn't be happier with the service and friendliness here. They went above and beyond for me, and I appreciate it so much. Thank you!!!

This location has no urgency to get people s vehicles taken care of. I came in to get a low tire checked out and turns out I needed two new tires. Waiting an hour and a half plus for two tires. I have never seen five guys walk around the shop so slow with no urgency. I love Les Schwab but this is by far the slowest I ve been too. I am the only person waiting for their car.

I'm a die hard Les Schwab customer, this is the only one I've ever been disappointed in. Rolled in in the middle of a weekday just for my tire rotation and sat in waiting for nearly an hour without seeing my vehicle moved. Finally just left.

They are always so helpful and friendly. I had a flat tire due to running over a knife blade and they didn't charge me to repair it. Definitely my go to for for car and tire fixes

Got a flat repaired, no charge. They did an inspection to boot. I have been happy with all my dealings with them. My wife's family have used them for years & say the same.

What a lifesaver! My car battery was dead. I was literally right across the street and Tammy was kind enough to have someone come right away to give me a jump. Way to make sure your dedicated customers are safe and well cared for. Thank you Tammy!

Only 1 car in the whole shop, 3 mechanics standing around and couldn't get an oil change . Ended up doing it myself and found new tires at the shop down the road. Customer service was lacking, i won't be back.

Had a flat, nail in tire, they serviced it, patched it, told me I had plenty of tread, didn t try to up sell me on new tires I don t need. Honest and serviced my tire for free Logan was very helpful and I know where I will be buying my new tires!
