Thank you so much for allowing trucks to park here! I got a random DOT inspection today and his computer was giving him fits so it goofed up my hours. Perfect location to help me get a little further. It's nice to have a safe and beautiful place to get some rest and stock up on supplies. You don't know how much it means to us!

The shorter short haired afternoon cashier/ self check-out lady. Does NOT have any costumer service skills. She's a complete Karen, rude about everything just giving costumers attitude and either rolling her eye's or giving costumers dirty looks. This isn't the first time either. Someone definitely talked to her because she was nothing but a big fake smile but that lasted a few day's now She's back to being the same rude Karen with absolutely no costumer service skills and her stuck up attitude. She should not be in costumer services unless it's one of those stupid rude service restaurants.lying to costumers about machines being down when I was just in there and it was up in the AM. So either she's lying or shut down the machine early.

I was waiting for Wendi to finish shopping, so I sat down on those empty chairs just inside the entry.After if you smiles and nods I realize customers thought I was a greeter so that's what I started doing

Clean place, friendly atmosphere. Always helpful with whatever you need. It's a Walmart. But the kind of Walmart you don't mind running too for all your needs.

This Walmart is the slowest and the parking sucks.. you get hit by semi drivers cause they are in this big hurray to get a spot and block traffic. The workers don t know how to bag they put cleaners with produce and they are so slow cause there is a lot of older people working that go slow or don t know what they are doing I have gotten yelled at my cashiers cause they wanted to see my card that I was paying with and that is none of their business. The manger doesn t do anything just walks around and doesn t care or say anything to the cashiers when this happens. I have asked to get stuff out of a locked case and they just stood there looking at their phone worst Walmart ever they are more worried about filling online orders then stocking the shelf s and the people filling the orders are more worried about getting orders filled then watching were they are going have almost gotten hit by them sorest Walmart location I have been too

It s nice to have a Walmart in our little valley. All the workers are very friendly and they usually always have what I need. I m grateful they are here.

I'm only giving it 4 stars be cause i looked EVERYWHERE for ATF and sure looked like they had none. That is, unless you were tall enough to see past the s stuff on the very top shelf...... which is like 8ft btw. I finally decided to ask an employee and they looked up on their handheld and showed that it was on the very top shelf that doesn't even have items listed or prices for them. You could understand how it would be a little difficult to find certain things like ATF!!

We walked in the out door and the employee that stopped us stated that she was hired to make sure that if the alarm went off, it was her job to find out why. She asked the most ridiculous questions I have ever been asked in ANY STORE in my life!!!We had nothing in the cart at all, so I have no idea what she could have thought we were stealing! She was EXTREMELY RUDE!I will never stop at that Walmart again!

Not every WalMart allows tractor-trailers to park overnight, this one wins kudos for allowing drivers to rest & stock up on supplies.

Lovely little Walmart. Nice and clean with very friendly staff. Found everything I needed including some crafting supplies. The best part, they allowed us to stay overnight in their parking lot. Thank you!

Very nice store. All the employees were very friendly. Got a lot of goods at a good price. And they allowed me as a truck driver to sleep overnight here. Thank you guys for taking care of us truck drivers since there's really nowhere else for us to stay around here

One of the worst customer relations with a manager I have ever experience from a Walmart. Even when I called a Walmart customer care hotline they are disappointed and is escalating the issue.

I worked here and can honestly say everyone who works in the store does their job to their best ability. Great staff, so great store. Customers always gave compliments on how friendly and helpful everyone was and how nice the store was compared to ones where they live so that says something.

Excellent Walmart in the mountains of Smelterville, Idaho. Great place to park for 10-hr break my. The entire staff are helpful and courteous very friendly.

I normally don t have any problems with this Walmart but 4 times I ve shown up right before closing and the doors are all locked and employees standing around inside looking out to see people trying to come in and disregard that it is not 11pm. Employees leaving parking lot at 11:09, thanks for all the dedication to your customers Walmart Supervisors & Manager!! (7/23/22) 11:54 doors lockedMonths previously at this location I had a grocery pick up order that I check in with the app and waited an hour for and no one came out so I called and no one would pick up the phone after 40 min of that I called the general line and took 4x of calling finally got someone to answer after explaining I had a pickup and had been waiting with no one brining our order she said someone would be right out, and they did 15 min later. They said they had no idea anyone had checked in and that pick up was closed. I said yeah now it is, it wasn t when I got here at my designated time tho. And then they had forgotten my milk and cat food, which I had to return in the morning for.

Well don't shop on a holiday everytype of hot dog bun was sold out. Tuesdays is when they get fresh shipment and stock.

Used to be a much better store, now nothing is in stock, I place an online order and most times half of the items are out of stock, same items week after week. The last order I places, I got the items but the lettuce expired the day after I picked it up, and was already brown and not usable in the unopened bag. So there goes money straight in the trash. Becuase I'm not going to make the drive back there for lettuce. Will start shopping elsewhere. The parking situation with the semis is out of control and dangerous. The drivers all but hit the cars to make sure you don't take a spot that they are going to Blick. They are even allowed to park in the lanes of travel and not just blocking the spots, which means Walmart customers have to cut through parking spots and hope not to have an accident with another car, because of the semi trucks.

Always love shopping at this store and every Walmart I choose to frequent! The super centers Meet every need a customer needs open to closing!!This store and every store is always clean, nicely stocked, in every department!Staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable always.Always a pleasure to shop at Walmarts everywhere!! A+++++Chain!!!!!
