We have been going to Shelley Auto Care for years and they have helped maintain/fix four of our vehicles. They are always quick to get us in for an appointment and efficient in turnaround time. I would recommend this business!

The staff at Shelley Auto is amazing. We have brought in all 3 of our cars multiple times, and they are always quick, honest, informative, caring, and friendly. They explain things well, they remember my name each time I come in, & they have gone above and beyond for us many times. Their customer service is excellent. We continue to bring our cars there because it's always a pleasant experience, even when the circumstances for needing to go in aren't ideal. We came here to diagnose and repair a noise in the rear-end or a truck. The shop worked us in even though they would prefer appointments.The end result was the job done right at a FAIR price.We feel that we can fully recommend this place.Thank you for your honesty and integrity.

I brought in my vehicle because, the indicator lights were coming on. Which could have been numerous things. He put it on the diagnostic machine, and found a few things in the history. He addressed those, explained in detail what may have occurred. Then took it out for a test drive to be sure. His time and expertise is valuable....After which, he did the unthinkable..... and refused to charge me.This business possesses; professional integrity. It s truly a shame there are not more like it. I highly recommend Shelley Auto. Did I mention; I m from out of town. I dropped my car off over the weekend and did the key drop. They got back to me first thing Monday morning to ask more questions. They had a diagnosis by mid-afternoon and it was fixed before they closed Monday night. I picked it up the next morning and haven't had any problems with it since! I even paid less than they quoted me! I would definitely recommend Shelley Auto Care to anyone looking for fast, reliable service!

Ryan, Robert, Penny and all the guys at Shelley Auto Care are true professionals. I know I can take my vehicles to them and get the highest level of service. Recently took my vehicle to them with a check engine light. Not only did they troubleshoot the problem, they advised me that there was a manufacturer extended warranty on that issue and referred me to the dealer for a warranty repair at no cost to me. They easily could have fixed it and charged me and I never would've known. Great integrity! A+

Everyone at Shelley Auto Care are the best. They are always very friendly when you come in, and straight forward when it comes to work that needs to be done. And they get it done in a reasonable amount of time. If you have a question they do their best to get it answered. I won't take my vehicle any where else. I have had my oil changed here for a few years, with never a problem. And when my van started making a noise that others were struggling with they found the issue and then were so awesome and making sure I had my van back promptly so that I could take my kids to their doctor appointments in Salt Lake! I was so impressed! ... because it was a job that required removing the transmission to get to the part! Prices were reasonable and as always the front desk people were awesome and kind!!! Thank you so much!! It meant a lot to me! I will continue recommending you!

My better half and I were both headed home from work for Labor Day weekend when we noticed we had a shaky rear wheel! Everyone at Shelley Auto Care were amazing at getting us a diagnostic, quoting for repairs (Great pricing!) and helping us get started back on the road safely! If I could give more stars I would!

Shelley Auto Care is top notch! I have always had a good experience with them. They are trustworthy, friendly, and reasonably priced. They have always been prompt at getting my vehicle back on the road, even for larger repairs. Customer service is a priority and Ryan has gone above and beyond for us on multiple occasions. They have my upmost confidence!

Before I knew about Shelley Auto Care, I had my truck aligned by three different shops. All three happily took my money but failed to correct the issue and it was obvious. Speaking with the staff it was clear they were more knowledgeable both about the problem and how to get to a resolution. They did exactly as they promised, the tires now sit straight up and down as they should, the truck tracks nice and straight and no longer feels as though it's in four wheel drive.They had already beaten the other shops in customer service, work performed, at a better price, and on top of it all when I got my truck back it was vacuumed! Unbelievable service, would recommend it all day to anyone!

I had an issue with one of the safety belts in my car and showed up on a very busy day without an appointment to see if it needed to be replaced. Robert was very kind and said he'd take a quick look to see what needed to be done, so I expected to have to come back. However, while he was checking it, he had it fixed in less than 2 minutes. He must have magical hands. I am very grateful that he knew just what to do and that I didn't have to return on another day. Thank you, Robert.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I will never go anywhere else again. I had a check engine light on and took it to several shops but only Shelley Auto Care could actually figure out the problem and fix it. I love their up front communication, follow through, and knowledge and skill to get the job done. I've been to a lot of shops in my lifetime and this one is by far the best in every way. When I moved to the area and needed some minor work done I found Shelley Auto Care. From the moment I spoke to them on the phone I had a great vibe. They've worked on my truck a few times now and I always get great, friendly service and excellent repair work. Just made an appointment to get some needed work done next week. Highly recommend.

Staff was amazing! My car was having issue with a flashing check engine light and running rough. Dropped it off at 2pm on Monday. Car was repaired and back to me by 9am the next day! They were exact to the quote they told me to the cent. I would take any of my vehicles back to them for any issue!

My Family Hauler had been in need of some attention. These guys properly diagnosed the issue with the engine, gave me a detailed quote, and took something that was complex and made it easy for me. My van has never run this good, ever! I always like to use Napa Auto Care Centers for my repairs because I get these kind of consistent results. I had a great experience with Shelly auto care! When my car needed repairs, they took me in the shop to show and explain everything to me, so that I could understand. Their prices are fair, and the front desk staff was friendly and very helpful! I will definitely be going back for any car maintenance or repairs, and would recommend the shop to all my friends and family! Thanks guys for all you do!

I love Shelley Auto Care. Penny the front desk manager is wonderful to work with and has a great personality. The mechanics are top knock and do very thorough work. I have used Shelley Auto Care on more than a dozen instances and have never felt like I was taken advantage of. Highly recommended!

Great great car care! Staff is fast and friendly- never "too busy". They started an oil change for me after their normal time they don't take new jobs for the day because I really needed it done. And I've stopped by several times for air- they are always so willing to help!

I just want to Thank Shelley Auto care for coming to my rescue today when my battery stopped working during winter months when most places make you wait several days to get you in..I would highly recommend Shelley Auto Care,Robert and all their auto staff, they did a great job replacing my battery and were very efficient and affordable!!Service: Battery

Ryan saved me a small fortune once when I was stranded in southern Colorado because of a timing belt issue and the local garage was going to charge me outrageous fees, got it towed home and he fixed it for less than a third of their cost!That being said the last two times we had our oil changes there we sadly had less than paar experiences. One time we came in and they didn't put a sticker on the windshield saying when to go back which wasn't a big deal but the time we came in after that they tried to tell us we were past due, they also said we had a cracked windshield and bald tires which wasn't true we had just bought new tires and had windshield replaced which tells me they just read the notes from the last visit without even checking them this time...kind of sad with the experience.

We've trusted our vehicles to Shelley Auto Care since we moved to Shelley over 4 years ago. The staff is super friendly we feel like we are entering Cheers when we come in. They are fast efficient and fair with the service.

These guys are great! I broke down next to their shop and they came out and helped me get it over to their shop when it was freezing cold. They got it in, diagnosed and fixed the same day while I was at work. They were really friendly and helpful. I will definitely be calling these guys next time I need work done even though it's 20 miles from my house.

HANDS DOWN the best shop in the area! They had to fix a joint on my truck, then a few months later had to fix it again. No excuses, they took care of it right away without any hassle, even gave me a ride home and picked me up again when it was done! There's a lot of shops that can fix cars, but what are they going to do when there's a problem? for me, that's the bigger question. The guys at Shelley Auto Care passed the test!
