O Reillys in Shelly, ID was very helpful. He put my windshield wiper blades on correctly and price matched from Amazon. And was very educated on the product. More then I expected.

I will never do bussiness with this company again purchased a battery 8 month ago last month went out still under warranty it is for my quad to plow my driveway as I'm 100 percent disabled and I ow my elderly neighbors driveway to ans since we got 11 inches last night now I have no battery as it's still under warranty they said that it is not defective ..how do they figure that I won't ever do bussiness with orielly again why can't they just replace the battery so I can continue on with my day don't do bussiness agin with this company

My car had been parked for a year and wasn't starting without a jump, so I brought it into the store to replace the battery. The staff friendly offered to first test my old battery to see if it warranted a replacement and would charge it for me if needed. The battery was SO DEAD, it wouldn't even register a reading! They informed me of the comparable options and prices of batteries they had available and kindly installed the new one for me. I brought up concerns about my alternator, as it alone powered my car there - intermittently losing power the whole way- so they tested that as well and assured me my engine was in safe, drivable condition before I left the lot. They also suggested I purchase fuel injector cleaner so the old gas in my tank wouldn't gunk up my engine. I've been a loyalty customer of O'Reilly's for years, and I've always received the same standard of friendly, knowledgeable, honest and helpful service. This level of care is what keeps me going to O'Reilly's for all my automotive needs.

I came in to get my headlights and asked if he could help me install them. Matthew didn't hesitate at all. He knew what I needed and even fixed one of the light sockets which had been put in wrong. Thank you Matthew for being so helpful and friendly

Never a good experience at this location, just avoid this store. I ordered a fuel pump on my brother's account which they gave me and when I tried to purchase batteries under the same account they wouldn't let me. Funny how they will let me walk out with a whole fuel pump that was already paid for but not a couple of batteries during the same visit. Stupid

The guys here (and pretty gal) have always been exceptionally great. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store is clean, updated, and well organized. They even have a separate restroom for the ladies. It's great for quick trips and easy to get to.

I went in to get my battery checked turned out i needed a new one which was fine..Jon helped me with everything he was very friendly and installed it quick and easy and put some Corrosion grease on the connectors he answered all my questions and also referred me to a great mechanic shop right down the street to get my terminal connectors replaced and they were great there too. Thank you Jon!

Very knowledgeable staff. I have been able to complete my repairs because of some intuitive thinking on their part. They have the ability to show schematics and can provide a walk-through of nearly any automotive procedure. I will continue to ask the experts here about any of my future automotive needs.

I went in with my toddler and baby to return a specialty tool my husband had rented. Not only were the guys there quick to help me but we're SO friendly with my girls and made my toddler's whole day by gifting her a little toy car. Top notch service, we will be using O'Reilly's a lot more!

I mainly just visit the Shelley store and they have always treated me right and have gone above and beyond to help.. I should add that the rest of the stores in my area treat me well.

Went in to get some window visors for my truck, so when doing so Assistant manager Willy goes by the off-road package (FX4) instead of cab size. For future references, you cant get the size of my cab based on my off-road package. You can have an FX4 package on a Crew cab, XLT and Super crew cab trucks. But to make me feel like I dont know what I'm talking about and then to giggle at me because you lost a sale? Whoever allowed him to be an Assistant Manager needs to re-evaluate their crew, regardless how small of a town it is. I'll never shop O'Reilly's again. Thanks Willy!
