Excellent customer service! Lukas researched the cab lights I wanted to make sure they would work on my truck, they did. They look GREAT! The guys that installed did a fantastic job and Hannah is so nice.

The guys at SMS did an incredible job on the install of the new Diode Dynamics fog lights (which I also purchased through SMS). Super slick job on the switch they installed in the dash, and the work they did adapting the lights to my not-so-standard Suzuki bumper was nothing short of a miracle! They even let me customize the lens color on the lights I purchased--perfect for a flashlight geek like me. Highly recommended.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Could not ask for better service. Both headlights failed on our vehicle while we had a one-night layover in Sandpoint. Lucas rearranged his schedule to diagnose the problem, perform the repair and get us back on the road and back on schedule. Personable, professional and proficient! Unquestionably five stars!

I always have a great experience with SMS Auto & Marine. I have had Fog lights, Head Lights, and a Remote Start installed over the past few years. Great group of people who stand by their work.

I had SMS Auto do halogen to an LED light conversation on my vehicle. From beginning to end, the work and customer service were outstanding. I wanted a one-stop location that I can purchase performance, high quality LED lights, have them installed, and resolve any problems; SMS Auto is the place to go. I did a lot of research on conversation kits for my vehicle. There is an abundance of companies that make those vehicle LED lights. Even though they make the LED lights for your vehicle, when you read the reviews there are often various problems people discovered during installation. Contact SMS Auto Sales Representative Milo who is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable of vehicle's electronic systems. He will get you the right products and depending on your vehicle, approximately four hours of work. I will be using them again.Service: Electrical

Big thanks to these Lucas and the crew for helping me get my 2021 Ford F150 Powerboost sorted out with the most dope sound system I have ever had or heard. Crystal clear, no distortion, loud as I want without making my ears bleed. His recommendations of using JL audio came true and there are no regrets here. Plus level of professional installation is amazing. I really like having something look factory and they nailed it. Highly recommend these guys to get anything done to your car stereo or anything electrical for that matter. Next thing we are looking at is bumpers with lights! Cant wait!

Update: Three years after getting our Drone remote start installed, our car was stolen. The Drone system made it simple to recover the car and we are so thankful we got this from SMS Auto and Marine.Wonderful people with great service. They really stand behind their products with a hometown feeling.

I had SMS put in the Drone auto start in my new Jeep a year ago and I absolutely love it. Their team was extremely knowledgeable of all their products and took the time to show me all the new features. I recently had to take it back in because it stopped working for a few days. They were happy to help fix it and got me in immediately. Only took about 30 minutes to fix and didn t charge me. I recommend them to all my friends and family. Wish I would have done it sooner!

I have been to SMS a few times for a variety of issues. A back window that didn't work on my Taurus. Removing Sirius from my newly acquired Toyota. They have always answered my call and have fixed everything. Very knowledgeable and helpful. recommend!!

Needed an Aux port installed in an older model Honda Accord. Really didn't want the old antenna feed system. I had called another shop and that was the only option they could give me. Another shop in the area recommended Sand Mountain. I left a voicemail and Lucas promptly returned my call. He knew of a better option available for my stereo that actually integrated with the stereo functions. The price was right and a couple days later dropped it off. Lucas explained exactly what they were going to do and made sure to go over the location of the port with me. Install was completed promptly and everything looks and sounds great. I know this was only an Aux port, but I d feel comfortable having them do any auto electronics, due to their professionalism and attention to detail.

SMS installed a front and rear dash cam on rather short notice. The results were outstanding: looks like it came from the factory. Their new facility is spacious and conveniently located. Plus their rates were more than reasonable.

SMS definitely the best. They installed a DC to DC charger in my DIY camper which is also my home and they did an amazing job. He treated the camper with lots of respect as if was theres. I have other projects in the future for it im definitely going back. Another awesome thing is he always had safety in mind in that install which gives me peace in mind that i am completely safe when im in my camper which is also my home. Thank you SMS you guys are amazing.

Does great work - installed new stereo, cellular activated remote starting system and backup sensors. Working flawlessly. Quick to help update Garmin maps (a long process if you don't know what your doing!)

Brought my vehicle in during a busy holiday time, they were very booked, but he squeezed me in. I got a whole new stereo console put in that would have taken me forever. Sand mountain sounds are very reliable and honest.
