I am very satisfied with the excellent service and quality of the repair of my snowblower. The machine was heavily damaged and the technician was able to repair it and kept the repair cost reasonable. I highly recommend Pac West Parts.

I highly recommend pack west parts, I've purchased multiple times from them and I always get high end parts. Great customer service! Keep up the good work and stay around! Our community needs you!

More than helpful, they did a great job with my weed trimmer and at a really fair rate.

First experience with Pac West was to repair a tire on our snow blower. Somehow the tube deflated and the stem got lost in the rim. They fixed it on the spot right there for free! Our second visit, we brought our Bolens over because the snow thrower attachment didn't work. Once we got it back, the auger didn't work. We brought it back and they fixed the issue right away - again, no charge for their additional time. The staff is really kind and the techs do know their stuff. Anything else breaks in the future, we know where to go!

Horrible experience. They lost my snowblower after having it a week longer than they said they would, after they finally found it I went to pick it up and they didn't fix the auger bearings (that was the only problem) but somehow they told me it wouldn't run so they fixed the engine and put a new belt on even though I drove it off the trailer when I dropped it off. They said it was because they lost the tag but it was still attached to the snowblower. They are extremely unorganized. I would not trust them with anything.(One month later) the bolts they had to take off to change the belt were not tightened and fell off the snowblower.

Zero stars if it was an option. I dropped my one month old top handle chainsaw off with a warranty carb issue. The new husky saws don t allow you to tune them by yourself anymore. I was having a lack of power and dying issue within a month of owning the saw. It took almost three months with very little communication from Pac West to get my saw back. I called in multiple times to check in, and every time it felt like I was hassling them. When I picked it up they did the warranty work but also charged me for a spark plug and air filter and told me I need to learn to take care of my saw. I have been a wildland firefighter and arborist for years and know the ins and outs of taking care of a saw, so felt that was an insult but paid the $20 and was just glad to have my saw back. I got it back mid winter and just started working again with my saw. I put it to the test and it died on me about ten times with one basic tree removal, and had no cutting power when turned horizontal for face and back cuts. I will be taking my saw back in to another shop now. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

After reading the other reviews on here about Pac West, I find them not to be truly accurate. I went in today needing a part to fix my broken generator. Not only did they stop what they were doing to go in the back and pull the part off of one of their own, but they tried to just give it to me at no charge. I refused to let them not charge me as they earned every penny and they were so helpful. Thank you! I have no problem recommending Pac West Parts and will use them more in the future!

I took my 40 year old chainsaw in twice for a thorough go-over. Fix it right, was what I asked for. Leaky gas lines made my saw no longer safe. After having my saw in Pac West twice, it still leaks (although less). Second issue: I took a gas 4-stroke weed eater in to get tuned so it would run better. I called 2-3 times to get an estimate on when my trimmer would be ready. They were friendly and said mine was getting close to being worked on, but for whatever reason it just didn't make it onto their repair bench and get fixed. After waiting three months they finally called saying my carb needed to be rebuilt. I'd already purchased a new electric trimmer since the weeds kept growing. I'd like to give these local folks business, but the drive to Coeur d'Alene is now looking like the better option, unfortunately.

Liars, Liars, Liars and still charge you.. I was told two weeks for a simple tune-up on a Stihl Weed Wacker as I called each week and told them after 5 weeks not to bother since you LIED about it will be done many times. THEN when I went to pick it up they tuned it up and charged me FULL PRICE for a tuneup with NO apology at all. NEVER GO TO THIS BUSINESS AS I HOPE THEY WILL GO OUT OF BUSINESS.. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...

Very nice customer service. Called to check for part before driving there. Representative had pulled the part and kept it on her desk until my arrival.

This place is awful. We took our chain saw to be checked for a compression check. They told us 5 days on day 6 we go there, the saw is not even looked at. The customer service is awful. They tell us "to look for our chain saw" amongst a ton of them to be repaired. Then Tony tells us "the guy did not show up this morning, maybe this afternoon." We go back the next day to pick up our chain saw to take to another place, and they charge us $35.00 to pick up our saw that nothing was done to it. I would not take anything to this place, where customer service is a fat 0. They are idiots who do not know what they are doing.

Oh My God, really, this place is full of idiots. I call and they tell me 2 days to fix my chain saw, from what I could tell, I needed my carb rebuilt or replaced, they wanted to charge me double of what I could get the parts for, from any other parts or repair shop! After this call I did some digging, to find out more about this supposed reputable Husqy dealer, and repair shop, in Ponderay,ID. I found that they started as a home appliance repair center! I don't know about anyone else but I would not trust a dish washer repair guy, to work on my chainsaw, or generator.

brother in law brought in his lawn mower to be fixed last fall. After carburetor rebuild I picked up and delivered to his house in Ponderay and put in garage. As this was the beginning of cold season lawn did not need to be mowed again until recently(April). Lawn mower did not work. Brought back to your business to consult with your mechanic about fixing mower. Maybe it was something simple. He blew up. (Your mechanic)How dare we bring back a mower from last fall..take your f.......en mover and leave. Things then escalated from there. As a retail manager of 35 years thought you should know who is representing your company. We have three generations of relatives that reside in Sandpoint. None will be using your business again. I have never witnessed such disregard for customer service.

I like these guys a lot. I went in thinking the carb needed rebuilding and they explained that all I needed was to change the oil and stop using ethanol gas in the engine. Ethanol gas was leaking into the crankcase.Best in Sandpoint!
