Best auto shop I ve found! Professional, friendly and put in the work to make sure they got me the best parts at the best price, helping me save a bunch of money compared to the other places I tried. The work came backed up with a 3 year warranty plus 3 years roadside assistance anywhere in the country. Left a very happy customer and will definitely be coming back again

Super friendly. I m new to town. Went in and asked for an oil change . They called me half an hour later , and said it didn t need an oil change yet, the oil looked good. When I got back to the garage, they had topped off the liquids(windshield cleaner, antifreeze etc) and explained their diagnosis and sent me on my way without charging me a thing!!Definitely been go to place since!!

SEEMS LIKE A DECENT PLACE, BUT FAST, THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT; THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE ABOUT AN HOUR WHEN I CHECKED MY TRUCK IN WITH THEM; IT WAS OVER AN HOUR & THEY HADN'T EVEN PULLED MY TRUCK INTO THE SHOP TO START THE SERVICE.. I GAVE UP & LEFT

Two back to back oil changes, less than 1,000 miles. Failed, loose oil filters, lost oil! Cheap parts shoddy workmanship! Rude customer service! To no customer service! Would not recommend! Kootenai Idaho

I've been using Lightning Lube for 10 years for oil changes in my vehicles. Service has been great and with a senior discount the price has also been great.Yesterday, I got an oil change in my wife's Chevy Cruze and the bill came to $95 for 4.5 quarts of oil and a new filter. No senior discount was offered and they added a 20% tip with no option to opt out. Very disappointed .

I m not one to leave a bad review typically, but unfortunately we were also completely blindsided by the amount we had to pay despite us asking 2-3 times prior to the work being done. We paid $120 more than what was quoted not once but twice to us (they claimed due to having to order something )We asked specific questions and were blatantly mislead. I usually give folks the benefit of the doubt, but I cannot in good conscience do that for this situation.Look, I understand stuff costs, but just be upfront with your customers so that we can make an informed decision. You re messing with people s budgets and living expenses when you make an error this severely. And if things change or come up mid way through labor, consult and inform your customer- it s really that simple.Service: Oil change

Passing through town I got an oil change on my E450 Ambulance. Staff was super nice, and completed the service even though the rig was too big to put on a lift and had to go old school by doing it on the ground (I have been turned away by other shops in the USA for this!!). Price was reasonable and waiting room and bathroom was clean and spacious. I'm not surprised they have been in business a long time.

I have heard nothing but bad things about the service here but decided to find out for myself. I was told the wait would be 15 minutes. After 45 minutes my car was still not in the bay. Then I watch the employees do a dog and pony show on a poor woman which resulted in her purchasing a "engine flush." Fed up with the honesty and integrity of the shop, I grabbed my keys and left without receiving service. Ladies beware of the scare tactics to get you to purchase services.

Paid over $200 dollars more than quoted. Owner didn't even care enough to talk to me about their mistake as he was at his other business. No one knew what was going on, half of them didn't know how to use their new computer system.Some very greasy business practices going on here. Parts mark-up is insane. Would not recommend...Service: General repairs & maintenance

I really appreciate this company! They are open and ready to help any vehicle owner! First come, first serve. The wait time is comparitive to my regular mechanic.

Was really nice when took our rig in. I asked if they could check the oil that came out, as my rig has high miles, for anything that looked bad. Like metal or sludge. When they drained it was told it wasn't that bad at all,. I was in disbelief so the guy even let me see the oil!! Will definitely be going back.

Really substandard service. Took 2 hours cor them to change oil in a company rig. While I was there saw a guy get fed up waiting go get his keys and leave. Another guy stood at the counter two times waiting to be helped before he left. And then there was the lady that they changed a battery for and couldn't reset the alarm so it would start. I would never bring anything of mine there.

I stopped by this place 3 times within the span of one year (on weekdays and weekends). I was never able to get my oil changed since there was always a 45min to a 1.5 hour wait. I'm usually pretty laid back but this irks me since the name of the business is a bit deceiving since it implies fast service. I've gone to many oil change places and have been in and out in 30 minutes or less.

Super fast , walk in appointment for oil change. Reasonable in pricing.Update: Back again to have a PIA knock sensor installed on my 2002 Honda CRV along with a oil change. These guys are very polite and efficient. I am very appreciative of the attention to detail and quick efficient work. Gonna start bring all my 5 vehicles here. Was told to come back at 11 for an oil change and it would take 15-20 minutes. Came back at 11 and didn t get pulled in until 12. Took another 45 minutes for the oil change. No one kept me updated, addressed why it was taking so long. I had to ask a few times and finally needed to leave to pick my child up from school - expect to wait.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Relatively quick once I came back. You need to go in and check in to get on the list. Did a good job at a reasonable price for an oil change.

These guys are fast and efficient. You pay a little more, but the full service is great and they do a loyalty discount. This is the only place I go for oil changes now.

Regular oil change for $81.67 dealership charges $43.95 and they wash the car, check and do a more thorough service. Owner claimed that the required GM synthetic oil GM necessitates him to charge an up charge. No mention of this when I discussed the oil with him on arrival and no signs noting the different price. It appears that he cannot effectively service GM vehicles! Attitude was "I guess I should have told you there was an up charge". Yeah, you sure should have, I will never go there again for any of my vehicles. More reasonable and complete at dealerships better attitude, price and service.

I never go anywhere else to get my oil change. Always quick and easy to deal with. Not sure what the other review is talking about though, I have never paid near that much for my oil change there.
