Wow! Great experience working with Charles at Helios! I live 6 hours away and he was very helpful in answering my questions about the Lexus I wanted to buy. He held the car for me and even came in on a late afternoon Sunday to help me purchase the car. No BS the entire transaction took less than 20 mins. We chated and he was very transparent about the condition of the car. He is hands down the best used car dealership that I have ever delt with. Nice guy and nice to know that the business is family owned and operated. To top it all off the pricing was great and fair. I will not hesitate to drive 11 hours round trip again for another car in the near future. 2 thumbs up and 5/5!

I wouldn't recommend anyone to ever go through this dealership if you're looking to buy a car. I had a very sketchy and just overall awful experience after the process of being at the dealership. Everything had been just fine and I felt comfortable, and then when I went to get my temporary plates renewed they continued to send them to the wrong address and their communication dropped off the face of the earth as well. Mine and my boyfriends phone numbers being blocked after the collected commission. It took the Department of Licensing and my mother (cosigner) in order to actually get them to send in the money for tax and licensing (which is verifiable to be apart of my monthly payment). I also was told that I could add on my warranty within 90 days of buying it and due to being blocked I was never able to get that which my transmission is going out on my car that I bought from them. Overall not a good experience and took months to get just my license plates. Once they get their money you'll never hear from them again... an absolute nightmare. If anything id be contacting the better buisness bureau of idaho.

I never claimed to have purchased anythang from helios auto sales. This buisness has made up a false review and accusations on my business. I have had there friends target my buisness left and right.. they attempted to sell me a vehicle with well over 200 ,000 miles on it. I recall it being closer to 300,000. They tried to sell it to me for $20,000....

Horrible! Bought a 2009 Edge from Charles. We did notice a slight hesitation when we bought it but we don t have a clue about cars. Now that we have taken it to our mechanic, turns out the transmission is bad. The PTU is leaking fluid, oil leaking from under cover and the transmission fluid is completely black. It s guaranteed to die within a short period of time and obviously completely unreliable! Thanks Chad for a STELLAR deal!

Charles was so helpful and knowledgable. He made the process so easy for me. From test driving to financing, I highly recommend working with him for your car needs! Very attentive, nice, and no pressure! Will definitely ask for him again the next time I come in.

Unfortunately they are desperate to sell cars. I was looking for a specific used car and they kept trying to push me into a more expensive car that I DID NOT WANT.Not interested in getting a high priced item that just depreciates.

The salesman Charles is great, this dealership is honest, and doesn't pressure you at all. He's a no-nonsense honest guy, and makes the experience of going to a dealership enjoyable.

I bought my first truck from Helios Auto-sales and I am amazed by both the help they have given me in order to find the perfect fit and the customer service! They are absolutely amazing and don t pull on your leg to buy their cars!
