I needed to get my windshield replaced and I'm so happy I decided to use Grizzly. I was on the schedule in 2 days, they helped me find a coupon, and the installation took less than an hour. The new windshield is beautiful. I'm very happy with the results and I was super impressed with the excellent customer service.

This was the only glass place in town that answered our call in less than 10 minutes. The office person did a great job scheduling us on a full day, and she was very helpful once I arrived. Our rock chip was repaired in 15 minutes. Navigating the parking while waiting and then backing out (with no help) once finished were a little challenging given the shops limited space. Even though service was great, I probably won't bring our large van back to the Sandpoint location.

We had three quotes for shower glass and they were (by far) the cheapest so we decided to go with them. The glass came in earlier than expected so we were able to schedule the install quickly. There was a little snafu with the glass that was shipped to them saying the correct size but not being the right size so they had to reschedule for a later date. It didn't take long for the new glass to come in and our shower looks great. Chad & Mike came both times and were very professional, very personable and friendly. It didn't take long for the install either. They represent their company extremely well and based on my interactions with them I would use Grizzly Glass for all my glass needs.Service: Glass installation

Wow. I was recommended this place and was slightly nervous after driving by and seeing the size of the business, but don t let that deter you! Not only did they replace my windshield on my old Jeep, they put new trim retaining clips and my trim back on. That only leads me to believe this place is riddled with common sense and a strong work ethic. I am literally blown away with how awesome of a job they did, and Brittany was cool as an ice cube too. Great job guys! Loved the experience. These guys are great. We popped in today and had our rock chip repaired even before we finished making our claim with insurance. Actually the service was so good that we had 3 different windshields repaired all today. Brittany and crew were awesome! Sandpoint location!

Quick easy customer service. Very quick and accurate work as well. Got there at my appointment at 11 then went down the road and had a hamburger and with in 35 minutes they had it all done and called me letting me know it's all good.

Awesome service! I went to a few places to have a mirror i already had cut for my bathroom and all of them were asking for an unreasonable amount of money and said it would take them at least a week to do a cut. I only needed an inch taken off of the mirror and these guys got it done immediately. Awesome service and great prices! I will be coming back to these guys in the future for any work I need done! Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service!!!! I was driving in from Spokane and a 4x4 smashed my windshield on I90. They did whatever it took to squeeze me in so I didn't have to drive back with that windshield. They had my windshield in stock when no one else did, and by far the best price. They were compassionate for my situation and bent over backwards to get me in. Then they replaced it quickly and it looks awesome! I highly recommend them. They are honest, get the job done right, have the best price and are so incredibly nice.

I usually go to Speedy but always heard good things at Grizzly. I had family that went before they expanded and branched out. Maybe they are now too big for their britches. I had an issue with the glass after a new install and they said they will order new glass and they will just fix. I came back for appointment a week later and now they are retracting and will not replace the windshield. I am not happy with the services. Also they messed up one if my appointments for another car and assigned it to a different store so I had to wait for another scheduled day to go in three days later.

Quick and easy. Customer service is key to me and did not fail here. Super stoked that they got me in the time they did, literally next day, and not get laughed at like other similar local companies did when I told them my time frame. Thanks gusy for just being great. #SupportLocalBusiness an do the oricipr was fair! No hidden fees... Actually had a lil discount at the end too that they didn't have to let me know about but they still did. Very cool. Very professional. And the service took 30-45 min when I dropped off the car!

Unfortunately had to replace the window in my car and since it has all the modern options, it has to be recalibrated as well. They took care of all of it, quickly and with exceptional customer service! One stop shop!

Sandpoint Grizzly Glass was on it! We made a claim through Farmers insurance for a cracked windshield RIGHT before our camping trip in 2 days and they got us taken care of...AND they came to us! They were fast and efficient.One of them was apparently in training, and I'm not certain it was him, but perhaps it's not a great idea to make the comment about them not needing to be certified like other companies (not mentioned) do. LOL Personally I don't care as long as it's done right. A lot of "certifications" are to feed the money wheel anyhow and someone can be just as good or even better not having it.I've dealt with this company in Coeur d'Alene before also for rock chip repairs and was just as pleased!

This last experience, as my previous visits (for windshield chips), the staff has always been helpful and pleasant. They have been able to get my car in and out in a very timely manner everytime! Thank you!!

Really nice folks, took great care of me. The appointment was quick and easy to make, I called in, and had my appointment for later that afternoon. If you need glass work done in the Sandpoint area, I would highly recommend them.

Professional and courteous service. Worked with my insurance immediately, so all paperwork done without me needing to do a thing. A brand new, uncracked, windshield is a beautiful thing.

Ordered and was charged for a windshield with a tint strip. They installed one without it.The unprofessional lady that was there didnt apologize or offer a fix, basically said it is what it is too bad! There are lots of other glass places that want your business more.

I was attracted by raving reviews on facebook. They were very fast efficient and did good work. But Integrity is priceless.I had a lessor windshield installed without my knowledge. The store knew my shield didn't have the sun shade and installed anyway hoping I wouldn't notice. Two hours later I return to store they play dumb I go to dumpster to find the old one. Everything become clear. It was very uncomfortable having to call again to get it taken care of and then have to go back. I won't return.ALso got a bid for a house 10 windows they were over a $1,000 more than local competitor. Auto glass industry will always try to sell non OEM glass. but that was not the issue. It was the sunshade which is obvious. The first time they looked at my shield they said nothing special here clearly looking at the sun shade.Services: Auto windshield repair, Auto windshield replacement

Had someone come out from Sandpoint for a quote for glass replacement. Told me he would call me in 2 days, 2 weeks later, nothing. Call office they said they would get on him to call me. 1 week later, nothing. I don t care if your busy, it s poor customer service and reflects badly on your business.

Excellent, friendly, and fast service. Location is a little hidden and parking is sparse, but that is minimal. They do a professional job and I will recommend to anyone!

Needed a car window replaced and Grizzly got it done for me. At first the wrong glass was ordered, but they kept my car overnight while they waited for the right glass to come in. They called and said it was done first thing in the morning.

This place fixed my chipped windsheild after bringing it into the shop in ponderay where they did nothing for it. These guys here redid the work and did it right that day i will be bringing my car back in for future chip repairs here.
