Everyone at Gription is so great! One of the ladies at the front desk noticed a small issue with my car as she was moving it and wrote it down to be looked at. Not only did they get my tires changed out quickly but they fixed the other small problem as well. On top of that the charges are very reasonable. I highly recommend them

The staff was knowledgeable and the tire picking process lasted about 10 minutes. They had my tires the next day and installation took a little over an hour. I left very happy spending about $300 less than I thought it would be. Highly recommend!

After my new winter tires came in, I stopped by to have them installed and was told it would be a 2-3 hour wait. I had my 6 month old baby with me and I really didn't have another choice, so I got comfy in their cozy waiting room and was prepared to wait. They got my car done in a little over an hour and I was out the door - baby didn't even have time to get fussy The customer service is excellent, they made everything so easy and were so kind.

The team is absolutely fantastic. Tim communicated about my car problem very well and got my car back to me the same day. Amazing customer service and it was an amazing experience.

The quickest tire replacement I ve ever had. For a couple days after a big snow, I was shocked. The ladies at the front desk are super nice and easy to ask questions. Probably will be my lifetime tire changing place now. The last two businesses I went to took all day where I wasn t able to get anything done. 5 stars babes.

Great service, fixed a problem I've had for a while that other mechanics have dismissed. I feel price was fair and they worked way faster than I expected, turnaround was 4 hours from initially calling them to having the car ready!Thank you!

I went to Gription Tire Pros on December 28th and ordered a set of tires for my car. Tim at the front desk was very helpful and said I d get a call when my tires came in. I was very surprised the next day, getting a call saying my tires had arrived! I went back on January 3rd for the install. When I got there the parking lot was full so I was expecting a lengthy wait. But an hour and 15 min later my car was ready and the parking lot was almost empty. Thanks Gription Tire Pros for a very satisfactory tire buying experience.

Went in there about 3 needed 6 new tires on my dually.They gave me a friendly quote (cheaper than two other places I went too first by hundreds) by 4:30 truck was ready to go.Thanks guys. Good simple service for hardworking people.I ll take it every time.God bless you guys.

First time coming here. I've always been a less scwab guy. Someone recommend them so I decided to try something new and I was not disappointed. They were friendly, knowledgeable, competitive and fast. I have zero things to complain about. Job well done.

I had no appointment. Needed my summer tires unmounted and my winter studs mounted. Had my spare on the passenger front and my actual front tire hanging from the spare position. They removed unmounted all four mounted and balanced the winter tires did me the favor of putting the spare back where it belongs and it was less than a hundred dollars. No guarantee that you will get this exact price as I m sure they have a system but I was shocked a how little they charged me. This is not my first experience with the Tire pros and it won t be my last

About a month ago mom got a flat on side of road with no tools to fix it so I went there they loaned me the tool to fix it .So came time to switch mom to snow tires I told her go to tire pro instead of less s...... so she did .they did a great job in a timely manner mom watched TV in warm clean waiting room fair price and got on our way .great store and very nice people inside .thanks tire pros

This is the first purchase for my personal vehicle I have used them.alot for my commercial vehicles I take care of they are a great business and do great work . The tires I bought today handle perfect best my jeep has driven in a while thank you!!!!!!!!

Can t recommend this place unfortunately. I ve had the only two occasions I ve ever experienced of loosening lug nuts after leaving here. Good thing pop s taught me right.. Also, I learned that Schrader valves have cores after having to replace two of those as well. First after initial tire installation, another after the last rotation I ll be coming in for.

Love Gription Tires! They are always very professional and thorough. I took my car in yesterday because there was a slow leak in one of the tires. They were able to fix it (there was a nail in it) within an hour. Highly recommend this company!

Today, Monday November 20, 2023, 08:00 hrs, was my first time using Gription Tire Pros, in Sandpoint Idaho for Tire Rotation, Balance and Wheel Alignment services. Staff & Tim Redick were very professional and were able to complete those services efficiently on my 2011 Toyota, Tacoma 4WD. Mr Redick was also able to provide me with a written estimate for Stud Mounted, All Terrain, Mud/Snow Tires w/rims. Service was completed in timely manner and was able to return home in Spirit Lake before noon. I look forward to the additional Tires & Service this winter with Gription Tire Pros of Sandpoint, Idaho.Sincerely Appreciated, John Cunningham

Refused to fix a flat because tires were slightly weather checked. Choice was buy a new set of tires or come pick up your vehicle un repaired. We need Littles back.
