During our road trip through Idaho, we encountered an unexpected parking brake issue while passing through Salmon. Someone had left the parking brake engaged while driving at highway speeds, causing damage to the drum brake. Fortunately, Napa Auto Parts came to the rescue with all the necessary parts to fix the problem. The staff went above and beyond, allowing us to address the issue right in their parking lot. Not only did they provide the parts, but they also used their shop to press in some pins for us, ensuring a proper repair. Additionally, they were kind enough to grant us access to their facilities, including the bathroom. The exceptional service and assistance from the team at Napa Auto Parts turned what could have been a major roadblock into a smooth and convenient experience. Highly recommended for anyone in need of auto parts or assistance while on the road.
