There is a reason that I have purchased 6 Jeeps from Pierce: they are amazing. The sales staff (Kevin, Jon, Lane and, Nick) are fantastic, the service (Brian) is top notch, and the team at Pierce is always there to give that extra effort to make sure that your sales, finance, parts and service are the best in the Northwest! Thanks for always being there for us!

Do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. While the salesmen are amazing people, if you are in the market for a used vehicle, look elsewhere. My cars engine died after 3 months of very light use, I was first suggested to find a cliff to push the car off of, then after getting ahold of someone else, they said they could get the car in to be fixed but I'd have to talk to 'parts' to get a price estimate. After I was transferred and explained my situation, I was told "those people over there are a bag of rocks. We are a dodge dealership, we don't touch anything foreign". So I called Sales again and asked about them taking the car back and swapping it since we barely had the car and I was told they wouldn't take a car back with motor issues.

My husband and I bought a used Cherokee (for our granddaughter)and a new Cherokee within two days. This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had and we have bought from Honda, Toyota, Dodge and Volkswagen. Some places only care until they have the money and then the attitude changes. These guys were all great the whole time and I know they will still provide great customer service down the road. When both sides walk away feeling good that s a successful transaction. I would definitely recommend them to anybody. Kevin was the easiest going non pushy sales person and Lane in finance was great also.

Took my Jeep in to replace the tire pressure sensors, it came out with a parking sensor error. (NOTE the parking sensor error is not a message you can clear without turning off the sensors, so I know it was not on before we took it in.) Service manager was friendly enough but claimed he knew 100% his guys didn't cause the damage. I asked if he had cameras covering everything and he stated that they had cameras everywhere. I then asked for screenshots of the jeep as they were pulling it in, and then screen shots of it coming out to prove that his guys didn't accidently bump it into something. He then told me "Well we don't have cameras covering all the angles"... How can you be 100% sure if you weren't there or don't have the evidence that it didn't happen. All I know is they were fine when I took it in and then after it had the error on the dash. (NOTE: This jeep was in a big font end accident about 5 years ago and I had it fixed. They have worked fine ever since.) Pierce did give me a receipt for diagnosing the sensors at no charge but they were not willing to go further because of the previous front end damage.) This is the second Jeep Grand Cherokee they have messed up for me and my family. To be fair to them, It is possible that it was just a huge coincidence that they parking sensor stopped working in their shop, I have no way to prove otherwise. Wont ever trust these guys again. I suggest taking your Jeeps to Spokane or CDA EDITED PART in response to the OWNERS comment: Only thing I can add is that they make it sound like the Jeep bumper is held together with zip ties. It was repaired over 5 years ago, some of the plastic pieces that are inside were reattached to another plastic piece with a zip tie. The body shop showed this to me and it did not look like a critical part. Make no mistake this bumper has held fine (bolted on properly) for the last 5 years and over 40K miles after its accident. Never had a problem with the sensors. This is the exact thing I am talking about the shop trying to misdirect you into believing they have no fault by stretching the truth... in this case they may be right, but I don't really buy it.

Awful experience with Pierce Auto Center. My whole family takes our cars here for every oil change and have never had an issue until this week. We took my grandmothers car here for an oil change about 7 months ago, and it is just now due for an oil change and this time we did it ourselves. Upon doing so, we discovered that the lower splash guard cover under the car was missing. All bolts were taken out and nothing was ripped or torn (it didn t just rip off, if it did we definitely would have noticed). It is obvious that they took it off and never put it back on. This is a $400 part that we now have to pay for because Pierce Auto Center refuses to replace something that they clearly removed and forgot to install. When I called to inquire, they had no record of quality check, photos, or any evidence that my car was there in the first place. Everyone we have spoken to has been extremely rude. Absolutely zero customer service skills. Never going back, do not recommend.

Not sure about this place when they say they have sent cars through their service department and there's obvious problems when you take a look at the car. The salesman tried to explain everything with lame excuses. Be careful shopping here. Have them fix everything you see. The person doing the paperwork didn't really seem to be happy with their job and seemed kind of annoyed at filling out paperwork which is his job.

Pierce Auto Center is amazing. From buying vehicles from them to getting the simple oil changes. Brian and Josh in the service department are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and some of the nicest guys around. They will do the best to get you the best price.I told Kevin the kind of vehicle I was looking for and he would send me what I wanted. I have bought two different vehicles and they have always been fair priced. In fact, one evening Kevin drove me home because my pickup needed a part that wouldn t be in until the next day.Their customer service is unbeatable!! My family will always buy vehicles from Pierce Auto Center. Not to mention all the Support they give to our local community.

If I could give less than one star I would. Stopped here from out of state to get help on a quick diag on my transmission problem. Was willing to leave the truck for a few days. Service manager was a joke - rude, unprofessional and clueless. Keep driving past this dealer - literally go anywhere else. Just limp mode on past to get a proper Chrysler dealer and customer service.

Took my '19 Wrangler there today for a factory warranty issue. Doors and hinges are corroding on a '19 with 20kmi. Josh from service tells me, if I didn't buy it there, he would not accept, nor arrange the warrenty repair. If I did buy it there, no problem. Josh should not be the front man for customer service... didn't realize or care that I'll be in the market for a '24 soon. Pierce will not be getting my business. In response to the owner's response... If I bought the Jeep there, you had no problem accomidating? Won't be needing your help in the future. thanks, but no thanks.

Our salesman, Mick Teno, lied to us about the $149.00 documentation fee. He told us the fee was mandatory even though the sales agreement, which he didn't give us until after he had our check, clearly says it's optional. When I called him on it later, he lied again, denying that he had said it was mandatory. He then tried a different tack, telling us that they were bound to charge the fee to every customer. If you deal at this place, be careful to watch out for their tricks. This came in today from Lonny Tutko of the Idaho AG office: "Idaho law does not prohibit motor vehicle dealers from charging dealer documentation fees, but such fees must be disclosed pursuant to Rule 233.01.b of the Idaho Rules of Consumer Protection. The parties are free to negotiate the amount of these fees."

There are not enough good words for the quality of service we received from Pierce Auto s service center. They are so informative, incredibly helpful, kind and on top of it. We drove from CDA just to work with them because of bad experiences with other dealerships. You feel welcome right as you walk inside and you know you re in good hands always with them. They did the brake job for my Jeep SRT and were more than reasonable on price. From now on I will only go here for my vehicle needs and will continue to reccomend them to friends and family as I know they will be taken care of in the best of ways. Thank you for the great experience, we will absolutely be back.

I just bought a new truck from Pierce, I traded a truck I had bought elsewhere 7 years ago, and got a fair trade. Jon and Kevin both were a part of the sale, and we're both great to work with. I have used Pierce for my service visits for several years, and they are trustworthy. When trading a vehicle, I just don't want any shenanigans or surprises. I imagine most people feel the same way. I recommend Pierce Auto for your next purchase. Without reservation.

Sept 2022: We were traveling in the area of Sandpoint and Bayview Idaho on vacation with good friends and developed a fast leak in one of our back tires. Eeeks. We stopped a couple times to add air to the tire in this rural area, to buy time to Les Schwab north of Sandpoint. The leak was coming out fast. What to do? A very nice man advised us to head a 1/4 mile north to Pierce Jeep.Service Advisor Josh Stokes was a total champion Customer Service Professional. We fortunately had a spare tire in tact under the rental car. They popped that onto our rental Suburban. He got us back on the road and the guys dropped us girls off at the hotel and headed up to Les Schwab. We are forever grateful to the 2 awesome shop techs AND the wonderful, warm and friendly Josh Stokes! Thank you so very much.

I was able to purchase a used vehicle from Pierce. Kevin was our salesman and he was great. I've had terrible experiences with buying both new and used vehicles in the past from various car lots in the region. These guys worked with me and helped me find the best financing option while being friendly to my family and I. We plan on doing business with them in the future as a result of our buying experience.

Very unprofessional repair shop, would not recommend to anyone for any reason. The guy that runs the shop, Brian maybe, extremely unprofessional had to make sure he told us his life's sob storey as an excuse for not knowing how long he might been to diag a problem. When they had the vehicle they figured it out relatively quick but took for ever to actually install the parts citing that they needed to "work it back into the scedule" all the interior pieces they removed were broken in the process or were not reinstalled correctly at all. When we called to complain and ask what they intended to do about it they basically said nothing and that they wouldn't break anything and offered no apology at all. Afterwards they would not return any calls at all. I would absolutely not recommend Pierce for anything what so ever.

So far I have taken my vehicle in for two oil changes and 15 point inspections. They are quick and efficient. I feel like they will know and will let me know when it is time to have brakes worked on or other necessary service performed on my vehicle.

Have been coming here for about 5 years and always had a good experience. I recently had a flat tire not too far from them. It's been a long time since I ever changed a tire let alone on this truck. Called them for help and Brian sent two guys to help me out. So thankful for and impressed by their helpfulness!

Recently had brakes done on a Cherokee. Evidently lug bolts were over-torque when the wheels were put back on. Used our Snap-On air impact and Napa lug socket to attempt tire rotation. Hex started rounding off on two bolt heads. Only could get one lug bolt loose with impact. Managed loosening two more with way more effort than ever should be needed for these bolts. Tried hammering on the socket for the two damaged lugs without success. Never had this happen before and been rotating our own tires for many many years. Dealer service loosened and (hopefully correctly) retorqued all the lug bolts plus replaced the two damaged lugs. Be cautious of torqued bolts, wheel or otherwise, done by this service department. You may find them much tighter than factory specification. I hope they brush up/review what they say on their service website page that they provide high standard/quality on everything they do.

Top notch customer service with this group! My family was stranded near Sandpoint, over 1500 miles from home, and these guys worked with me over the phone to get them back on the road as soon as they could. I'd recommend Pierce Auto to anyone.

Very unprofessional front desk employee at the service counter. Got very rude with me when I was explaining what his mechanic crew had told me over the phone. Continued to tell me I was wrong while I was trying to explain myself. He then took my appointment paper I had just filled out and threw it away in front of me. I stepped outside tried to call my local mechanic. He was booked out so I went back in. He looked at me with a smirk asked if I changed my mind and then pulled my paper out of the trash. Will not go back after my vehicle is done.Update: 40 minutes after my review on the customer service at the front desk I did receive a call saying I could pick my vehicle up. I was under the impression They were refusing to fix my car. What they failed to mention was they did flash my ECU. They just didn t install it. They made right and I just must have caught them on a stressful and busy moment. They did do right by it.

Good luck getting any service from this dealership. Do not recommend. No updates on my vehicle that has been sitting in their parking lot for months.

I had a great experience at Pierce. I'm a commercial hot shot hauler and flew up from Vegas because I couldn't find a dealer there that I wanted to do business with. I live in Sandpoint and decided to check out my local dealer. Rob won my business with his non pushy approach. He was very helpful and when I needed to leave he didn't argue or try to keep me there. He was professional, knowledgeable, and cared about my time. I was able to find a beautiful 07 1 ton dually that fits my needs and my budget. It was super clean and the service dept gave me a full review of their inspection. They were fast and polite. Once we started the paperwork my family and I were out of there within an hour. I will be doing my future business with Pierce Auto Center. Thanks Rob

In February 2022, I purchased a 2013 GMC Sierra Denali from Pearce Auto Center. I live in Western New York so I had the truck shipped to me. I received the truck on February 19. As the truck was being unloaded from the carrier, I heard a ticking sound similar to an exhaust manifold leak coming from under the truck. I took a video of the truck being unloaded from the car carrier and on the video you can hear the truck ticking. At the time I figured that it was an exhaust leak and I would get that fixed. After having the exhaust replaced and after I changed the oil, I still heard the tick. It was coming from the rear of the engine. I took the truck to Grand Island Auto Tech and on April 6, 2022 they diagnosed the noise as a bad main bearing meaning the engine would need to be replaced. I contacted Pearce Auto Center that day and asked if they could help me out. I spoke to the sales manager on April 7 and April 8 and he told me since I did not buy a warranty they would do nothing. I explained that the truck arrived with the bad engine and that a warranty is for items that break after delivery. I sent a copy of the video where you can hear the engine ticking but was told that nobody at Pearce Auto Center could hear it. I asked the sales manager to contact Grand Island Auto Tech to speak with them about the problem. The truck sat at Grand Island Auto Tech from April 6 to April 14 before the new engine arrived. During that time, Pearce Auto Center could have contacted Grand Island Auto Teck to speak with the owner OR they could have had a third party inspect the truck engine to confirm or deny the diagnosis. The sales manager refused to contact Grand Island Auto Tech and told me that I should just drive the truck until the bearing failed. Bearing failure is catastrophic and I cannot afford to be stranded when it does fail*. When I spoke to the owner of Pearce Auto Center, he told me that he was not sure of my character and he believed I was trying to scam him. Now, I am stuck with a truck that I paid $33,800 for and another bill for over $10,000 for a new engine. I was not looking for Pearce Auto Center to pay for everything but just to help out a little. The last time I spoke to the owner he told me that he would review the video I sent along with the texts and phone calls between me and the Pearce Auto Center staff. However, as of June 23, 2022 I have heard from no one. After speaking with the sales manager and the owner, I am sure they will write some rude and condescending comment about this review and say that I am a scam artist while all I asked for was help making this truck safe to drive. I would give Pearce Auto Center zero stars if I could.*Telling me to just drive a vehicle until catastrophic failure is similar to saying that I have a small gas leak in the basement of my home but nobody has died from asphyxiation and the house hasn t blown up yet so just wait until that happens and then fix it.

Wow these guys are awesome It was probably one of my best experiences of buying a vehicle. Not a lot of negotiating my worst part. A reasonable price and acceptable trade in value win-win If you are after any Chrysler products or looking for a newer car check them out!

During a very busy Christmas week, we received outstanding automotive services, communication, and help with obtaining a car rental, when we were stranded for essential emergency repairs to our vehicle. Brian and Josh at Service Dept worked diligently with their automotive mechanics technicians to order essential parts. Within 3 days our vehicle was restored with new parts and given new life for years to come! Thank-you Pierce Auto Center Team and God Bless You!

My wife and I will not be going here again. We had to have our Jeep serviced on the warranty and they will deliver only so far. We were never called about our services, we stopped in, or called them to get answers. I do not recommend.12/07/2020 Update: there was a response to my review publicly. I am unable to respond to their comments, so I am updating my review. We called and set up an appointment for our vehicle, called the day before informing the vehicle would be dropped off by towing company, called the day of the scheduled appointment, and stopped at the dealership the following day of the appointment because we had not heard from Pierce.

Immediately these guys were fantastic. I called the dealership and spoke with Kevin, he said that he could help with pricing and work with my bank to get me in the rig I wanted. I went in to the shop a day later and asked for Kevin. They passed me off to Jason. It didn t feel right that I was passed on to someone else but I went with it. Jason was great. The entire purchase process was great. My issue is with the gas mileage on the car I purchased and with the way the service person spoke to me about it. I have driven it for the last three weeks, used regular gas, supreme, air conditioning off and on, tracked highway and in town mileage, driven it in the most fuel efficient ways possible. I wanted to see if I could get it to come close to the lowest rated gas mileage stated for the car. The car is rated at 17-24 mpg. I am getting 13.8-15.8 mpg. The service person said well it s used and kind of high miles and you get what you get right . He said he didn t even know what he could or would do for me. He said the mileage isn t ever right on the specs. So he s basically saying that the car companies are lying about their fuel mileage claims? I am not impressed at all. I told Jason that one of the reasons I wanted this vehicle was for the mpg s For the vehicle size. Really disappointed that this is the route the service dept. is taking. I m still ruffled about the you get what you get comment.

We traded in a car and they resold it with OUR PLATES still on it. We ended up getting 3 tickets in the mail from the new owner running stop lights. Had to go back several times for copies of the trade in receipt to prove we didn't own it.Since then we've had nothing but issues with the car we bought from them. We've spent several thousand dollars fixing it every few months. Most recently took it to the dealership service center instead of our regular mechanic. They charged me $100 PER HOUR to tell me there was nothing wrong with it after the first hour, then the second hour came back with over $1k worth of work. Called my regular mechanic, he said $340 for what they listed. And he doesn't charge for diagnostics, especially when he doesn't find anything wrong with it. Learned my lesson never to go back there again.

Though we didn't end up finding a vehicle that fit our needs on the lot, the experience was great. I felt Ryan was very honest and helpful. I would feel very comfortable buying from them if something comes available soon. He was great to work with and very responsive.
