Lane got me 4 brand new tires on Tuesday when I called Monday, and him and his guys had my old tires dismounted and new ones mounted and everything within 25 minutes best go to for anything!

We had a tire blow on us about mile 226 on the interstate headed to Utah. We put the spare on only to realize that it was basically flat.We googled the nearest tire store and this was it.With our hazard lights on we drove the 16 miles into rupert going 40 mph Only to get into the store and have them say that they don t have our size tires in stock!But! They could have some delivered in 20 minutes.Now I ve been around long enough to know that when someone gives a time estimate you usually have to at least double it.But not so! The tires were there in 20 minutes we were out within 35 minutes.Amazing people! Amazing service! Would highly recommend!

Paul and George were extremely polite and helpful. I am not from here and was worried about driving back to Pocatello with my vehicle saying I had a low tire. They made sure that not only that tire, but all 4 of them were the same pressure and that I would be safe on the road going back. Thanks!

We tried to stop here on our way through town, but it was closed. The website said it was open. We tried to call but no one answered. It was disappointing to drive all of the way off the freeway to try to get help with our tires, and no one was there.

BEST SERVICE WHEN YOU ARE TRAVELING!!!We were in an RV place went we saw our tire was flat; my husband contacted, Les Schwab Tire Center in Rupert, and they were so diligent, ethical, and with a good customer service. We definitely not doubt to find them again when we will be in that town. We feel so comfortable and with the good vibe that them transfer to us, we are continuing in our aventure on the road safe. Thank you so much again to the Team!!!!

Great place to go. Friendly and affordable with great benefits. They never sent me to collections and it took forever to pay bill off but they worked with me and understood hardships people go through to let me go delinquent as long as I did on the bill. Thanks so much Les Schwab. I'll definitely be back for new tires soon just not so long on the bill this time! :P

Thanks everybody for a job well done. I feel safer in my vehicle when stopping. Dustin was very polite and answered soo many of my questions about the rear brake job that I had them do at the Rupert, ID location. The head mechanic was also very polite and walked me through the process. This is my fifth time, in the last four months, that I have taken all of my vehicles to this location. They have all earned my business with their willingness to help me. I shopped around comparing prices and even though they were a tiny bit higher than others, the warranty, quality of parts, and the willingness to earn my business is what earned my business on this occasion.

I arrived just before they opened with a tire going low due to a bolt in the tread. As soon as they officially opened they had my truck in the bay. 15 minutes later tire was repaired and I was on my way. No charge even! Fantastic place. Thank you, I appreciate it very much!

I was waiting at the front for 10 min waiting for them to come help me while they were standing around doing nothing. There is no bell or anything. Deadass made eye contact with one of them and when the phone was ringing they ignored it. Idk where Dawn is but she's the only person that helps lmao

We were returning to our home in Washington state from vacationing in our class C motor home, the brake warning sign came on. We called ahead and advised them of the problem and they were eager to assist. We arrived 40 minutes later, (at 4pm,) and they jumped right on it. They diagnosed the problem and did a safety check on the rest of the braking system. Parts had to be ordered out of Salt Lake City which they did immediately and did a quick fix to get us to where we could camp for the night. The next morning with parts on hand they then finished the repair. They were so helpful that I made the decision to go ahead and replace all 6 tires which were close to the end of their lives while they fixed our brakes, instead of waiting to return home. I cannot express my gratitude enough for all their help.

Had a tire blow out on the freeway and they got us back on the road in no time. During our local stay we decided to change out all 4 of our trailer tires, Lynn tracked them down and got 4 to his location by 1 pm the same day. When we got there Matt did a great job getting them all mounted and us back on our adventures. Great team work and thanks to everyone for their help.

These guys were awesome. I was passing thru and got two flats. My original and the spare. The guys fixed my flat and my spare..all no charge. They saved me hundreds and got me back on the road in thirty minutes. Love this place and their honesty. Don't hesitate to go here. Lane is the manager and he has a great crew.

Visiting in the area and needed 2 major repairs according one chain repair shop in Vegas. Took car to Les Schwab for those services in prep for 10 hr trip back home. Turns out only 1 was needed but included an extra charge for front end alignment. Check out excluded alignment charge because it wasn't needed. This business could have charged me anyways and I wouldn't have known the dif. I appreciate their honesty. Planning another 5 day roadtrip and hope a Les Schwab center is on my route as a recent inspection by another chain (Pep Boys) was as long as my arm. Their dishonesty cost them a customer.

We brought both our cars in, one to balance the tires, the other to rotate the tires. I appreciated that they told us before hand what the cost would be. They were very kind and helpful. When the cars were finished they said there's no charge. Merry Christmas!What a kind gift! Thank you!

Les Schwab has always been so good to me. I appreciate their service very much and they have always made getting repairs on my tires so easy! And after they fix it all up they are always great about getting my vehicle back to me while I am at work. I would definitely recommend Les Schwab in Rupert! Layne and his crew have great customer service!

I love Les Schwab, I had an issue with brakes, rotors and calipers and I was going to schedule for the next week, however, they were VERY concerned and scheduled me for the next day!

The staff here is beyond helpfull and surprise unlike their competitors in Burley they are honest and fair I would use this establishment for all my tire needs in the future and will strongly recommended it to all my friends family and all of you reading this review this is the ace to buy ur tires if you want fair and honest people to do business with my compliments Dustin staff like you make this business recommendable

Arrived at 9:53 and was out at 10:25 with four new tires professionally mounted on my car. Great service. Has popcorn I'd desired, and comfortable waiting area. Very roomy.

I give them 5 Stars. I ran over a screw and got to Les Schwab as quick as I could before my tire went flat. Even though I did not buy my tires there they fix the flat for free and the employees were all very nice. When I do go to buy new tires I will go there

They are the best specifically the Rupert LSTC and in particular, Dustin. We had been camping at City of the Rocks and we woke up to a flat tire. I was able to fill it with my portable compressor, but was obviously anxious if it would hold, since we had another five days of camping planned. Dustin pulled the truck right in and had the tire off in minutes exposing the culprit, a huge nail. He was able to repair the tire for free. And the best part was we were headed over to Bear Lake in 13 minutes. A little prayer and Dustin kept us on the road.

Up until recently I have always been happy with the service I have received at Les Schwaab in Rupert. I have bought tires for 3 of my vehicles and regularly get my oil changed there. But something has changed. I have tried repeatedly to get my oil changed there only to be turned away time and time again. There is always a different excuse. The person has went home early, the person is at lunch(2:30 in the afternoon), oil change person has been assigned to something else. Today I went and waited in line for about 30 minutes. When they were through with the car in front of me. The mechanic came out and told me that he had been ordered to go to lunch. And that I would have to return in 2 hours. This is all while I was waiting in line. Alright Les Schwaab I get it! My businss is not important to you! I will take my business elsewhere!

So on a multistate trip to help my niece and great nephew after homes burnt in Slater Fire.I was getting ready to leave after dropping off family locally.I discovered a screw in tire, called Les Swab, Kandi assisted me once in store.After asking how much for tire repair and rotation, expecting a price.I was shocked when she replied no charge!!!Thank you very much.I will update more once tire is repaired on time taken etc.

Amazing Service!!! These days its rare to find quality service; this place has it abundantly from the manager on down....shout out to Layne who put a tear in my eye through his willingness to go above and beyond. Highly recommend this team for any services available.

So get this I bin a customer for a minute now spent over $5,000 on tires for the past 3 years so I go and ask the guy can you torque my wheels for me he ask did you get the tires from us i said no not this set then he just blows me off and tells me go some where else. I will never spend another penny at les Schwab ever again I'll take my business to a place with good helpers

We were needing to have some brake work done and wanted to support a local business. Unfortunately, The Rupert Les Schwab tried to sell us work that didn't need to be done. All we needed was to have new pads. But, the Rupert Les Schwab told us we needed 2 new rotors, calipers and pads. We were able to have the work done in Twin Falls for less than half of what Les Schwab tried to charge us and we didn't have to pay for unnecessary replacement parts and labor.
