First I thought things went great. Everyone was friendly. The deal felt fair. I was ready to give 5 stars. We only had one key, but they promised a second fob free next Monday once the tech came through. On the way home a tire pressure sensor went out. Called and they promised free repair. It's been over a month and 4 visits yet the sensor isn't fixed because they just reset it twice and the third time said the new sensor was bad. Fob tech flaked on us one week and showed up earlier than planned another week. They just left it to us to contact the key company, which still hasn't scheduled anything. I was at the end of my fuse with this level of incompetence. Today I got a phone call from Sirius radio. Apparently they signed us up for a free trial without telling us. Basically, they sold my information without telling me. I specifically asked before we bought if my information would be sold to a third party and was told no. They lied to my face.

Sean and the Tadd Jenkins team made my vehicle purchase seamless and stress free. My salesperson, Sean, was extremely knowledgeable, ensured all of my questions were answered while not adding any pressure to buy. As a person that has purchased vehicles in Ky, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Texas and now Idaho, this was the most seamless/comfortable process I have encountered . We initially went to Tadd Jenkins to do some research on some chevrolet trucks that we liked but weren't ready to purchase. We were looking at purchasing in a year or so. I had some questions and we were taken to Jeremy to have them answered. In speaking with Jeremy about used truck prices, I was told that they could get me into a Brand new SUV for the same amount of money. He knew that I was looking for a truck but he also asked if I was opposed to looking into a new SUV. Jeremy showed us what he had available and we talked some more. I wasn't ready to commit to either a truck or SUV and Jeremy was cool with that and said he would be there to answer any questions we might have. He wished us good luck and we went on our way. Two days later I had a few questions for him so we went to talk with him. He let us test drive the chevy equinox rs to see if it was going to work for me. At no time did we feel any pressure from him that we "had " to buy this specific suv from him. We were curious about what kind of payments we would have and asked if we could get a ballpark figure. We went through all of the discounts that we were eligible for and they gave me a great offer for my chevy cruze. When he was done crunching numbers, we were ready to buy and drive home our new 2024 chevy equinox rs. In all of the vehicle purchases we have made this one was the easiest and had the best Salesrep we have ever had the pleasure of working with. We would definitely recommend that if you are looking for a great purchasing experience go to Tadd Jenkins in Rigby and ask for Jeremy.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle at Tadd Jenkins Chevrolet. I ve had both good and bad experiences at dealerships in Idaho. I m glad to say that it was the former. I worked with Courtney on my purchase. Everything was painless and easy to work with. During the final inspection of my used truck, they noticed my cruise control did not work. Before I left, they scheduled an appointment to get it fixed. Courtney and the dealership seem honest and efficient. They will continue to get my business. Thank you!

My experience at Tadd Jenkins Chevrolet was great. Luke was very nice and patient with all of my questions about the Chevy Colorado. The atmosphere inside the dealership was relaxed, casual, friendly and no pressure about buying a new truck. I will definitely recommend Luke and Tadd Jenkins to all my friends.

Luke was the most knowledgable sales representative I have encountered while buying countless cars and trucks over the years. At 78 years of age, I have purchased quite a few vehicles ranging from muscle cars, sports cars, Mercedes, GMC's, Fords and Chevrolets. Luke is the best.From a buyers perspective, the delivery of a new vehicle is generally an exciting time and this vehicle delivery was very good. New technology was nicely explained by Luke and Stetson. We were able to transfer on-star, insurance, and satellite radio with little effort. The detail team missed several small items like the tailgate surfaces when the tailgate was opened, bird poop on the bed rails and dusty interior. this appeared to be a busy week for sales and we understand finding detail staff is very hard these days.The dealership was clean but parking was crowded with so much inventory on the lot. Potholes in the asphalt around the building were a negative but the first impression was offset by a very clean inside presentation. People were friendly and quick to greet. Service bays were clean and organized.Overall the experience was first rate and we will buy here again but mostly because of Luke and the trust he developed with us.B.Reid

Jeremy was great. he had the ZR2 we wanted in stock and we made the deal from 600 miles away. when we got there to pick it up everything was ready, and he gave us a great walk through on the features and how to use them. would definitely buy from Jeremy and Tadd Jenkins again.

We worked with Courtney, who showed us a different vehicle than the one we had planned to see. It ended up being the car we chose! Courtney was kind and professional; I can't remember the name of the gentleman who took care of financing, but he was great and got us the loan we needed through a local credit union. The only complaint was the wait, but that's only because my kids were going a little stir-crazy in spite of the coloring books, crayons, and complimentary snacks and drinks. All in all, it was a good experience and I would buy a car from this business again. Thanks for taking care of my family in style!

Courtney was extremely knowledgeable about how the new Chevy Silverado ZR2 compared to our GMC AT4, and the team at Tadd Jenkins Chevrolet in Rigby got it ready very quickly so we could travel back to Challis with very little delay. I was greeted immediately by Tyler and asked about my problem. Technician went to inspect my vehicle and mentioned to Tyler that my vehicle needed immediate attention. Through an inspection, it was discovered that vehicle had other items that needed fixing. I appreciate the thorough review of my vehicle and how quickly it was returned to me. Great work guys!

I am not a car guy. More over I despise the car buying process. Luke Shurtliff at Tadd Jenkins made the process as easy as I think it can be. No pressure, just helpful. If the the used car business had more Lukes it would have a much better reputation. He was patient while I took too long and was too picky. Thanks Luke, I love my new used truck.

By far one of the worst buying experiences of my life. The vehicle that I purchased began having problems just days after I took possesion. My salesman was no help, even refusing to take my calls. It was in and out of their shop several times, with the issue never being resolved. This has been a very expensive lesson, and I will never return to Tadd Jenkins Chevrolet

Tadd Jenkins had a webpage stating that they had new trucks and my 2019 diesel truck was running rough and was in 50% less power mode, it was a bad situation to be in 1000 miles from home. It is very hard to get a diesel mechanic so, I was thinking to trade it in on a new truck. I talked with Scott in sales, he said all the trucks were ordered six months ago and they were basically sold as soon as they hit the lot. His suggestion was that I should just get mine fixed. Scott transferred me to the service manager Colin, I explained that I was 1000 miles from home pulling a fifth wheel and the campground was closing in five days, I was in a bad way he said get it there and they would look at it. Two hours later I was on their door step, it was a 70-mile drive with a bad running truck. Colin told me of an Enterprise car rental 15 miles from them and one of their mechanics drove my wife and I to get a rental car. The next day at 10:00 Colin called and said that the #4 injector was bad and if I okayed it the part would be in the next morning. Somehow, they got the part expedited and by 9:00 the next morning it was fixed. They picked me up with my truck at the Enterprise rental car with the same mechanic that took us there. They got in there, got me on the road quickly and set us up with a rental car so that we could try to enjoy our vacation. I know that it is hard to change the schedule, but somehow, they did an outstanding job to accommodate a traveler in need. Hats off to the team over there!!

Working with Randy was easy and straightforward. Didn't have to go back and forth with trade-in negotiations and when the truck had a bad battery I came right back and Tadd Jenkins fixed the issue with no hiccups. I will be sending friends and family to Tadd Jenkins in the future.

I ve been meaning to leave a review to the folks at Tadd Jenkins for awhile now, but have been too busy enjoying my new car! They were all so nice and so helpful, but a special thank you goes out to Cody. My financing changed, I needed a hitch installed in a time where it s hard to get your hands on any sort of part for a vehicle and he made it happen, and he was so patient and kind while doing so. I d highly recommend them, I drove two hours just to buy from them and I d do it again.

After searching 6 months for my dream car for and contacting 232 other dealerships, I am incredibly happy to share that my dream has finally been fulfilled thanks to my fantastic salesman RANDY SMITH.I put down a deposit, secured my own financing, then came in 2 weeks later to buy. Was in and out of the dealership within a hour.Throughout all this, Randy was super responsive & worked with me every step of the way. He truly went above and beyond. I have given this place more tries than I should have. Scott is great and was always very helpful, I've bought cars from him in the past so I wanted to come back and see what I could find again. Unfortunately, the other salesmen I've dealt with there have pushed me to never go back. They didn't listen to what I wanted or what my situation was, they had their own ideas of what I wanted and if I wasn't going to bend I could have a nice day. The salesman the time before that was recommended to us by family and was SO rude we didn't even look at other cars on the lot. After the first car we just went to idaho falls to look there and found what we were looking for that day, bought it and brought it home. Maybe it was meant to be.I finally had the time to update my review with a written review. These instances occurred some time ago now, but I felt I should leave more than just stars. My best tips buying a car- Don't let someone tell you something realistic isn't possible, research before you get there and be ready to tell them you need time to make a solid decision.
