We had a great experience at Simplicity! Chad was super helpful and willing to work with us. He worked super well with our lender and made sure to keep us informed every step of the way. He also got us set up with a great warranty so that if we have any issues at all we are covered! My husband and I were so impressed at Chad s knowledge and attention to detail. We really felt like he cared about us having a good experience and getting a good car. I left with the car of my dreams!

Chad was super amazing throughout the process of me buying a car. He was super accommodating and flexible around my busy schedule allowing me to test drive, take the car to a dealership to get it inspected, and through the buying process. He had all of the papers ready to go when for the purchase of the car to make the process super quick and easy. The cars on his lot are all super high quality and well priced. Highly recommend buying with Simplicity Auto.

Chad over at Simplicity Auto Sales was great to work with! He was quick to respond to our inquiry and we were able to drive off the lot with a bigger vehicle for our growing family within 24 hours! I had an amazing car buying experience with Simplicity Auto Sales! If you re looking for a nice reliable car I definitely recommend them. Chad is a great guy and super upfront and honest about all of the vehicles on his lot. He has outstanding communication when it comes to answering all the car buying questions or needs. I drove from Bozeman a 3 1/2 hour drive to buy a car from Chad and it was worth every mile! I got there the car was everything he said it would be and more! He s not pushy and just wants what s best for his customers. He had everything ready to go when I got there and I was in and out in five minutes! I ll definitely be going back. I d check out Simplicity auto sales before buying your next car whether you re local or out of state!

It is a smaller lot, but that is because Chad is very particular about the cars he sells. He personally drives them to make sure they are in top shape. Chad is very honest, and reasonably priced. I highly suggest doing business at Simplicity Auto Sales in Rigby Idaho, and plan to come back when we are in need of another vehicle. When you are heading there you feel like the gps is taking you nowhere, just keep going and he is tucked away by the highway. Don t waste your time going to other dealers, it s exhausting and pointless, when you will find exactly what you need and in the price range you want with Chad at Simplicity Auto Sales in Rigby Idaho.

Very professional! If you have any questions or concerns about any of the vehicles on sale, Chad will answer any questions for you. Every single vehicle he is selling has a clean title which is very nice! Really do appreciate his help and business! One of the best dealerships, we very much liked it. After recently being widowed, I determined I needed a safe, dependable vehicle but since it would probably be the last car I would buy, I wanted it to have everything it could possibly have and fulfill just a tiny bit of senior vanity! I told Chad what I was looking for and with just a modicum of patience on my part and hard work and diligence on his part, mission accomplished! He was highly recommended to me by someone I have great trust in and Chad measured up in all ways to be someone who could also be trusted due to his principles, standards and values.

We were hesitant at first about buying from a smaller dealership based on past experiences, but Chad definitely changed that for us today! We were reading reviews online and were really impressed by the experiences folks were mentioning here so we decided to give it a try! We are more than happy that we went through Chad here. This was my first time buying a car from the dealer and he made it incredibly easy, takes great care of his cars, and we had great chats with him too! Very personal and fantastic experience. I highly recommend Simplicity Auto Sales to anyone looking for a vehicle to purchase. Great customer service and Chad was over the top with being helpful despite my busy and crazy schedule. My rental was due back and Chad even met me with this Jeep because I did not have a ride to pick it up. If I could leave more stars I would.

Bought a little run around car from Chad. He was awesome to deal with and fair on the price. The service was great. Even if I had to pay a little more I d buy from Chad. He is honest about his cars and doesn t use high-pressure tactics to try to make a sale. If you re looking for a car or truck, you should definitely check out simplicity auto sales. If he doesn t have what you re looking for, he ll go find it.

Simplicity Auto and Chad exceeded all of my previous car buying experiences. I was able to look around without pressure and didn't have to play the haggling game that I've become accustomed to with other dealerships. Chad was upfront and honest throughout the entire process and was able to provide great value for my purchase. The closing process was quick, painless and efficient. My husband and I just bought a Jeep from Simplicity! Chad was awesome to work with and gave us a great deal! We were in a car accident a few months ago and have been looking for a good car ever since. Chad made the process easy and wasn t pressuring at all! He even got the oil changed and a full tank of gas for us! We definitely recommend Simplicity if you re looking for a good car!

Fantastic experience buying my car from Chad. The car is great, just what I was looking for. However, Chad was the best part of buying this car. Very honest, straight shooter, and not a hint of misrepresentation! Buying cars for me is super stressful, but Chad was so easy to talk with and I felt his honesty from the first conversation, you will too. I recommend Chad and will send anyone who asks about buying a car to "FIRST Call Chad"! At the very least you owe that to yourself.

Best experience EVER! I posted on a facebook page looking for dealerships who could help broke, college students and so many people recommended Chad. I gave him a call (after hours, kind you) and he was more than happy to explain how buying a car would work. We toured his lot and he only buys the best of the best!We were planning on trading in my car and he gave me a more than fair price for it, considering it has some exterior damage. His main priority was trying to help me out of a tough situation.He did all the paperwork for me without prompting, called the bank and everything. It was an amazing experience.Highly recommend Simplicity Auto Sales for every age, including poor students at BYU-I!
