They got it done quick and I'm assuming well? They literally didn't communicate what they did. They walked up to the counter and looked in my direction. I assumed my car was done. I had to ask if it was done and how much it was. They sure did vacuum beautifully, but they didn't ask about what oil or what service I even needed done. So it was a little strange. Hopefully they did a good job though. And I loved how fast it was.

Just timed my oil change with them from the second I pulled up to the moment they handed my keys back: 8 minutes and 14 seconds. That s unbelievable.These guys are amazing. Efficient, hard-working, and friendly. Genuine people and super helpful. Never go to a grease monkey or jiffy lube if you can get to them instead. It s quality service.

Fast service, always in and out in no time which is great...however I wouldn't mind if they took a little bit longer so they could either prevent the old oil from going all over the exhaust when they change the filter or take the time to clean it up. I get that the filters are in terrible locations on newer vehicles, but my vehicle reeked like burning oil for weeks until it all burned off. When I mentioned it to them, I got the "that's just the way it is" which is funny, when I change the oil myself, I take a few extra seconds to make sure it doesn't splash all over the undercarriage and it's not an issue.

I m not usually one to leave reviews but I was super impressed with my visit here. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. They have a good crew that works well and quickly together. I was also very impressed with the pricing being so affordable! Definitely will be coming back here

Went in for an oil change. Fast, excellent service and very affordable. No appointment needed - in and out in under 25 minutes. Even vacuumed the floor mat area, topped off the brake fluid, and added a little air as needed to the tires.

So fast they didn t ask me what oil I wanted (I wanted full synthetic, they used a blend) and when I asked if the oil level was low at all, they replied I didn t see it .

Pro Lube is top notch! Chatted with the owner, Blair, and he is a very nice guy. The prices are very good and the boys were quick and efficient and topped off all the fluids. This place is the best! The staff is friendly and personable, and they are so fast. I was in and out in about 15 minutes, and that includes them running to the parts store to get a new air filter for me. Those that came just for an oil change while I was there were in and out in maybe 7 or 8 minutes! These guys are fast, efficient, friendly, and amazing! They didn't even make me get out of my car while they changed my oil. I think we were there for about 10 minutes in total. This will definitely be my regular place for oil changes from now on!

Hands down best oil change service ever! I take all of my vehicles here, and have had consistently excellent results. Clean, friendly, professional and no wacky sales pitches. Oh yeah, they are also CRAZY AWESOME FAST!

This place is amazing. Employees seen me pulling up, waved me right in. I have 5 guys jumped right to work changing the oil, checking other fluids and vacuuming my car. It was less than 10 minutes and i had paid and was getting in my car leaving. Fantastic service.

When I brought my car in I expected it to take over an hour like many others do. But they were done within 10 minutes and explained everything they found with my car in a way I could understand. Twice I have been impressed with how quickly they changed my oil. The most recent time they gave advice to take my vehicle off auto setting and put it in two wheel drive to save gas on dry roads. Great friendly FAST service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

My regular place couldn't get me in. I drove right up to Pro Lube and the guys were friendly and got me right in. Sat inside where they had a free fountain drink machine was great. 10 minutes later (if that) I was driving out. Best oil change experience I've had and I think it was even a few dollars cheaper than my regular place too.

I won't take my vehicles anywhere else for oil changes. Pro Lube in Rigby is hands down the absolute best. I had gone to other places in the past where they tried taking advantage of me because I'm a female and would try to get me to spend a ton of money on stuff I didn't even need. My boyfriend took my car to Pro Lube before but I wasn't there for it and when I was due for an oil change before going to Primary Children's in Utah he told me he had called them, to go in, that they'd take care of everything, and so I did. When I walked in there were some employees talking but they immediately stopped talking and greeted me. I let them know of needing an oil change and that was all I knew where I was so worried about my daughter's upcoming medical appointments. I had apologized for going in right before they closed too. Everyone was so kind and kept assuring me that they would get my car serviced even though I couldn't answer their questions. We weren't there long before they had come out and let me know they were all done. Their prices are great and they didn't try selling me stuff I didn't need. What I really liked is that they weren't showing me stuff from the car such as filters but they would for the customers that do want to see it, it's just my personal preference. I never gave them my boyfriends name but they asked me about him and it took me off guard but it really impressed me because it showed even more how awesome their customer service is. I am extremely satisfied with Pro Lube and I definitely recommend them.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I have been using them since they have been open in rigby. Friendly and fast. But what I really like about them is they don't leave oil on the frame to drip on my driveway or garage floor like their competitors do.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

$44 (for my 2011 2.4 L Jeep Patriot) and 10 minutes later... that's how quick and efficient these guys are. I pay almost double at jiffy lube. Including the 3 people in front of us we were there 20 minutes tops. Never going back to Jiffy Lube, or anywhere else again. We love supporting great locally owned businesses!
